The gentleman that checked us in had a great personality and was very helpful. The hotel was clean and our room was clean. The problem began when we pulled out the sofa bed and unfolded it and the sheet on the mattress had dirt and blood on the sheet. The gentleman at the front desk immediately gave us a new room. that sofa bed was better except there was dirt on the sheet and a yellow stain. we decided to just close it up and my nephew just slept on the couch because we didnt want to change rooms again. The pool was ICE cold absolutely miserable. we planned to spend lots of time at the pool with 3 young kids and they were looking forward to swimming also. we were in there for probably 15 min.

Super clean and comfortable. Breakfast is well stocked and ALL staff is amazingly nice! Will stay here again next year when we are in town for business. A/C is cool, pool is clean, local diners and restaurants were great. Overall great place to stay.

Arrived on a Thursday. Room was not cleaned or refreshed until the following Monday, despite multiple requests. The room was covered in ants throughout our stay, for which the front desk only offered us a bottle of Raid. We were told they were too understaffed to clean; if that is the case, they should not be operating. Worse, there was a huge, active leak in the ceiling above the pool (see photo). It took two days, talking to three employees and threatening to call OSHA for the pool to finally be closed. According to the front desk, this leak has been there for over a year and they have been repeatedly “patching over it” because there is “nobody who can come fix it.” If that is the safety standard of this hotel, I would caution anyone against staying here.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, great pool, room good size, comfortable bed and linens. Would like to see glassware in room instead of plastic Bathroom requires towel hooks for clothing. small amount of mold in shower otherwise great stay.

Everything was pretty much in line with other Fairfield’s. The bathroom is very well lit when all lights are on. The main room is a little dimmer but on sunny days, the natural light from outside brightens the area. Breakfast in the morning has a range of options from quick grab-and-go to sit down items like eggs, waffles, and bacon. The property is a little older so you have some mold starting to grow in the tops of the showers and some appliances, like the refrigerators, in the room make noises and leak water. Overall, an excellent property to stay at.

Mirror light in bathroom broken. Reported it to desk and was told that it could not be fixed. I suggested they move us to another room, no response. The door to the bathroom would not close. There was no bathroom fan. No light at or near the desk.

Nice place. Only a sheer for curtains. The thick curtains were just for looks and didnt actually close. So even though check out time was noon, dont plan on sleeping in if light bothers you. The staff was super friendly. Nice and clean. Convienient location.

Nice place. Clean with comfortable beds. The shower curtain was worn and needs replacing. My biggest complaint was the noise. Doors slamming throughout the evening. The sound really carries through the hallway into the rooms.

Conveniently located; mostly on par with the expected Fairfield experience. Had to move rooms because it sounded like a stampede overhead. Ask for a higher floor. Staff was very nice and accommodating.

I went to the lobby at 1:00am to get cough/sleep medicine for my boyfriend and the woman working the desk was amazing. She had some great suggestions for suppressing his cough and even got me some sleepy time chamomile tea for him. It worked like a charm and I am grateful for her help. The manager was very nice and helpful with restaurant suggestions and the lady at the desk the next day gave my daughter some feminine hygiene products. I am not usually that needy of a hotel guest but these people were lovely and I would highly recommend this hotel.

Clean hotel with convenient location. Very friendly staff and decent breakfast. A little noisy at night due to a nearby highway and poor sound proofing. Budget hotel with minimal amenities. The conditioner and body wash bottle in my shower for my room was empty.
