Staff were all so very helpful and friendly. They made our stay! Hotel is beautiful, very comfy beds , great bar and delicious breakfast. Excellent location,5 minutes walk from train station and 15 mins walk into old town. Would absolutely recommend and we would love to return.,

Location was conveniently located closed to the main train station which was nice for when we rented a car there. Hotel is around a 20 min walk to the main square. The room itself was nice, AC was great during the hot summer days, breakfast was delicious and included in the price. The parking next door closes around 10pm which we weren’t aware of, but the staff was super kind and let us in after hours which we greatly appreciated and was around €21 for overnight parking. Over all great stay!

Goed hotel. Kamers aan de binnenplaats gelegen waren erg rustig. Service was goed. Fijn dat je na het uitchecken je koffers kwijt kon in lockers. Ligging zeer centraal om lopend naar die Altstadte te gaan of het openbaar vervoer te pakken.

The lobby area with breakfast was great. Excellent food and variety drinks. The room was wonderful and the ability to get your own needs on the third floor was the best idea. Would stay again if we visit in the future. Highly recommended.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was ready so we were able to check in early and not have to worry about our bags. The hotel was convenient and in a walkable distance to many of the major landmarks as well as transportation. They have lockers in their basement that you can use to store your bags after checkout up until 18:00 on the day of departure.

Overall good property. Rooms are spacious but bathrooms are small but not inconsistent with other properties we have stayed at in Europe. Parking was super convenient - lot was right next to property! We had booked a tour with Radius Tours and our meeting place was literally 1/2 a block up from the hotel! Super convenient to walk to many good dining options. Breakfast was adequate - many choices but not as plentiful as other properties we have stayed at in Europe.

Lovely stay and nice clean and comfy rooms, great value with friendly staff and close to the main station. We loved the quirky four poster style beds and decor. We had breakfast one morning in the hotel and it was well stocked with a wide choice of food and drinks. Train from the station was 12 euro, and right around the corner. We walked into the old town and got Ubers back, typically 10-20 euro. On checkout we were able to leave our luggage in secure lockers in the basement until 6pm. A great stay and would recommend.

I like that the hotel is near the train station within walkable distance. DM Grocery store is also near and it is convenient if you forgot some things. There are also a lot of restaurants options that are near. The room was clean however the shower drain is kind-a clogged, the water drain so slow.

The staff were exceptional and the lobby was gorgeous. There was a thermostat in the room that I could adjust to my comfort. The room was spacious and the beds and bedding clean and comfortable. The door handle to the bathroom was broken and there was a bit of mold on the shower door. The desk staff promised these would be fixed promptly.

The room was perfect, with a four-poster kingly bed and clean and modern facilities. The staff was welcoming and very helpful. The breakfast bar offerings were delicious. The location was perfect, an easy walk to the subway, trams and main train station. You can also walk to the old section of Munich.

Didn’t like that the shower filled up with water while using. The drain was clogged- no one cared to correct that. The room was way too hot for sleeping at night and I was unable to control the temperature. We did love the breakfast provided downstairs and the man that works in the dining area. He made up for the inconveniences, he was attentive, helpful and very nice. He deserves a raise.

Nice hotel - great location, very close to the main train station and walkable to many sites. The hotel is very clean, staff is very nice and hospitable, breakfast is very good - lots of options and morning staff is great. Overall, really nice stay and highly recommend.

the rooms are dated, the shower was barely usable, so small and the shower floor was peeling. Observed numerous water bugs in the bathroom. While the location was excellent, the construction next door and the streetcars work me up numerous times.

This hotel is very outdated - the room did not even have a phone to call the front desk. The room was clean but small - we booked a Family Room which looked much bigger on the photos than in person. The location is very close to the railway station which is great but I also want to mention that the street cars and buses run right outside of your window and people on the streets shout in the middle of the night... If you are a sensitive to noises and need to have a quiet room for sleeping, you should think twice.

The room was exceptionally well appointed and had many more amenities than I realized. There is a Nespresso coffee maker and cozy duvets as well as built in sound system in the bathroom. The waterfall shower was excellent too.

Breakfast was very good! Staff (especially the chef in the morning breakfast area) were really lovely, helpful and friendly. Room was small but comfortable, and I liked that if you chose to forgo housekeeping you could get "credits" that you could use to buy soda or snacks - what a neat idea! Location is great - super close to the train station and an easy walk to Marienplatz and the tourist sites.

Great hotel close to the Hauptbahnhof München. I loved that they had a locker for your luggage to use after checkout which was very convenient. They also gave a complimentary bottle of water and free Nespresso coffee. Additionally some sweet pastries were available in the lobby too. There were a lot of little details which made my stay even more enjoyable. Thank you

Beautiful hotel but despite it saying check in available until 4am we were locked out and unable to check in when we arrived just before midnight. My friend phoned the hotel twice with no answer. I tried t contact via app but nothing. Luckily a man wanting to check into the hotel across the road was in the same boat and was able to help us by speaking German to the night manager when he eventually got hold of him. He phoned this hotel from the opposite hotel and explained the issue. The night manager eventually arrived at the opposite hotel and then walked us over and checked us in correctly. Room was stunning. Apart from this it was amazing.

Expedia bookers beware that if you select a double comfort room which CLEARLY shows two beds- either two twins or a double and a twin-you will likely end up with a single queen bed. When I got to the room and discovered this, I immediately went downstairs to say hey I booked a room with two beds and was told that because I booked it through Expedia I would just get what they had left because it was a third party booking. I was then assured that the blankets on the bed came apart to make two separate blankets. I guess that somehow made up for not having the extra bed we booked and paid for?!?! I want to be clear- my friend and I spent nine days traveling between Germany and Austria- we booked every single hotel through Expedia and every hotel was exactly what we selected except this one. I was beyond unhappy about this hotel stay and the level of service and response I got. The noise level from the street was loud even on the fourth floor, the bed was quaint and cute but the mattress was terrible and again lacking the extra bed. I’m struggling to find nice things to say after a night where I got no sleep before a 24 hour travel day.

Not very accommodating regarding issues with room, late checkout etc. Oktoberfest happening during my stay but helpfulness and friendliness was absent. Found it was very expensive for the quality of service received.

Great hotel. Conveniently located close to the Munich HB and other sights. Unfortunately a lot of construction near the hotel. The Reception gave us a room on the higher floor. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great location. Old hotel recently renovated to high standard. Boutique style. Breatfast worth including. Chef very nice and helful. Lots of options. 5 minute walk to train station and 20 minute walk to oldtown where lots of bars and restaurants and action. Walk from train station a bit dirty and several homeless people but Hotel great!
