The best feature of this hotel is the pool which is very refreshing after a day of activities in Mykonos. The breakfast offers plenty of choice and the room was well appointed. Zannis is located in a convenient location for exploring the old town. The final stretch of the walk back to the hotel involves a short but steep hill. The staff can be a bit gruff but overall we thought this hotel was excellent for the price point.

We were only here for a night before island hopping but we had a lovely time. The rooms had everything we needed including a mini fridge and breakfast was great! We had just enough time for a quick dip in the pool before checking out. Close to the town which is great too!

Na het lezen van verschillende recensies waren we wat huiverig, maar het was compleet het tegenovergestelde. Personeel was super vriendelijk, erg behulpzaam. Kamer was heel netjes. In de avond wilde we een kopje thee en dit werd meteen klaargemaakt. Zwembad groot en fijne ligbedjes. Ontbijt was uitgebreid en goed verzorgd. Hotel ligt wel aan een steile weg, voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn, is dit geen handige accommodatie. Flinke klim naar beneden en weer terug naar boven voor het stadje. Verder echt niks op aan te merken, goed verblijf gehad.

The photos on your website make this property look amazing however the room we were given was so poor. Small, cramped and well worn. The toilet seat was hanging off the shower heads were caked in scale, and no shower curtain. The balcony door handle was falling off and the chairs and table looked like they had been taken from the dump. On the positive side the staff were friendly enough the pool.area.was fine and the breakfast was good.

Da vi ankom blev vi mødte af et sjæleforladt sted. Da vi kom ind på værelset, kunne vi konstatere, at vi ikke havde fået det, som vi havde bestilt i forhold til senge og værelse. Bruseren virkede ikke, de shampoo flasker, der stod til rådighed, var allerede halvt brugte og håndsæben virkede. Alt sammen meget uhygiejnisk. Køleskabet på værelset virkede ikke og morgenmaden var forfærdelig.

La posizione è estremamente comoda per esplorare Mykonos, e la nostra camera era pulita, funzionale e ben tenuta. Un plus è stata la grande terrazza condivisa con vista sullo skyline dell’isola – davvero piacevole per rilassarsi al tramonto. Il servizio è stato molto buono: ogni giorno il letto veniva rifatto con cura e ci venivano cambiati gli asciugami. Tutto il personale si è dimostrato gentile e disponibile, contribuendo a rendere il soggiorno piacevole. Anche la colazione merita una nota positiva: varia, abbondante e in linea con la categoria dell’hotel. Nel complesso, un soggiorno molto molto soddisfacente.

Location was really good. Very close to centre/food/bus stop. Staff were not the best especially at front desk and the room was quite poor. Not the cleanest, bathroom old etc. view from hotel was great. Overall 4/10 experience.

Looks good online , however the shower was terrible, no door or curtain, very small area, overhead shower was disabled so hand only available, bathroom flooded every time. The location was difficult due to the long very steep hill to get there. Staff unfriendly except the young man. The towels were like cardboard.

We had a lovely stay at Zannis’ hotel! The grounds were beautiful with stunning views of Mykonos Old Port and surrounding areas. The Fabrika bus station was steps away- note there is a big hill to get up and down, so take a cab if you’re carrying heavy bags. The room was great, equipped with a comfy bed, a fridge and spacious terrace with stunning views. Breakfast was included and offered a good spread. Overall, we would recommend staying here and we would return if ever staying in Mykonos.

We arrived 40 minutes before our check in and early check in was not available (which is totally understandable) They told us to hang in the outside area with a pool, and that the change rooms and showers were downstairs, there was one single family outside as well. Stayed here on the last night of our Greece trip before our flight home. The accommodation was very neat, pool decent for the location and the staff very friendly and accommodating. There is a free breakfast, which was very simple but it’s nice to be able to start the day with some fruits. The location was very convenient to access the town and bus stop (which you could use to visit beaches and the airport). On the way there the slope is very steep, so with luggage I don’t recommend arriving by bus. Leaving by bus was fine, though.

The manager/owner was not pleasant at all. It was like two black men coming to stay at his hotel. Asked to keep our bags since we were early and he told us to leave it behind a wall. We refused.
The manager/owner was not pleasant at all. It was like two black men coming to stay at his hotel. Asked to keep our bags since we were early and he told us to leave it behind a wall. We refused.

Looks good online , however the shower was terrible, no door or curtain, very small area, overhead shower was disabled so hand only available, bathroom flooded every time. The location was difficult due to the long very steep hill to get there. Staff unfriendly except the young man. The towels were like cardboard.

The best feature of this hotel is the pool which is very refreshing after a day of activities in Mykonos. The breakfast offers plenty of choice and the room was well appointed. Zannis is located in a convenient location for exploring the old town. The final stretch of the walk back to the hotel involves a short but steep hill. The staff can be a bit gruff but overall we thought this hotel was excellent for the price point.

Hotel con un'ottima posizione. Steuttura piccola ma confortevole. La camera aveva un bellissimo terrazzino vista mare, una piscina accogliente e la colazione semplice ma buona. Il personale davvero gentile e disponibile!

Excellent hotel avec un beau petit buffet déjeuner. Son seul défaut: être situé en haut du côte extrêmement abrupte, ce qui cause quelques problèmes quand vient le temps de s’y rendre à pied et d’y trainer ses bagages. Sinon, nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

We were only here for a night before island hopping but we had a lovely time. The rooms had everything we needed including a mini fridge and breakfast was great! We had just enough time for a quick dip in the pool before checking out. Close to the town which is great too!

We had a lovely stay at Zannis’ hotel! The grounds were beautiful with stunning views of Mykonos Old Port and surrounding areas. The Fabrika bus station was steps away- note there is a big hill to get up and down, so take a cab if you’re carrying heavy bags. The room was great, equipped with a comfy bed, a fridge and spacious terrace with stunning views. Breakfast was included and offered a good spread. Overall, we would recommend staying here and we would return if ever staying in Mykonos.

Stayed here on the last night of our Greece trip before our flight home. The accommodation was very neat, pool decent for the location and the staff very friendly and accommodating. There is a free breakfast, which was very simple but it’s nice to be able to start the day with some fruits. The location was very convenient to access the town and bus stop (which you could use to visit beaches and the airport). On the way there the slope is very steep, so with luggage I don’t recommend arriving by bus. Leaving by bus was fine, though.

Hotel « basique « mais avec une belle vue sur la baie et proche du terminal des bus. Le petit déjeuner est simple mais suffisant. Par contre la montée est rude avec des valises et l’hôtel est mal indiqué (juste une indication sur le muret à côté du portail)! Ambiance familiale

El lugar es cómodo, la habitación amplia y el baño muy bien, pero las toallas estaban demasiado ásperas, parecían tapetes, el hotel queda en una loma y honestamente nos costó bastante subirla las dos veces. El servicio y la alimentación estuvieron muy buenos. El carro se puede parquear afuera

The photos on your website make this property look amazing however the room we were given was so poor. Small, cramped and well worn. The toilet seat was hanging off the shower heads were caked in scale, and no shower curtain. The balcony door handle was falling off and the chairs and table looked like they had been taken from the dump. On the positive side the staff were friendly enough the pool.area.was fine and the breakfast was good.

Da vi ankom blev vi mødte af et sjæleforladt sted. Da vi kom ind på værelset, kunne vi konstatere, at vi ikke havde fået det, som vi havde bestilt i forhold til senge og værelse. Bruseren virkede ikke, de shampoo flasker, der stod til rådighed, var allerede halvt brugte og håndsæben virkede. Alt sammen meget uhygiejnisk. Køleskabet på værelset virkede ikke og morgenmaden var forfærdelig.

Tutto il personale si è dimostrato gentile e disponibile, contribuendo a rendere il soggiorno piacevole. Anche la colazione merita una nota positiva: varia, abbondante e in linea con la categoria dell’hotel. Nel complesso, un soggiorno molto molto soddisfacente.

Everything about this hotel was excellent. Great views of the harbour, located within walking distance of Little Venice (albeit a steep climb back to the hotel). Amenities were great, staff were helpful and friendly and breakfasts were fantastic. I would highly recommend Zannis Hotel.

The view from the hotel is amazing but it is quite a trek to get up to the hotel. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful! The room was clean, beds were comfortable, and breakfast was amazing every day. Probably the only complaint is that the shower is small and doesn’t have a door.
