It was pretty good the hotel was doing renovations the hole time I was there which wasn't too bad they could of updated the beds in every room that wasn't being renovated first 2nd the magnetic key didn’t work half the time so the should of updated the locking systems on the doors first and foremost! But everyone was pretty nice including the guests that were there. Only thing that really sucked was they Only open the pool Friday, Saturday, and Sunday which since it is in San Antonio and it was over 100 degrees every day i was there it should of been open every day in my opinion!

For a place that states that it has a pool it would be nice if it was actually would have one you could swim in.

Room could’ve been cleaned better, I had driven 4hrs already from Houston and didn’t feel like a cheap place needed to be sparkling but… it was decent when I checked the room, then I woke up to roaches around the room and on my pillow at 4am. The stairs/hallway smells of dog urine. The pool water seems clean but looks murky, so I didn’t go in it. 👍hot water and good water pressure.

Pool was nice, has shaded umbrellas staff friendly, no deposit fee.

Construction made it hard to access. Rude overnight staff. Building exterior was awful. Room stay was generally uncomfortable. Only information given at check-in was it being tax free after four weeks of staying. Not for me.

July 4, 2024 Motel room 118 was infested with miniature roaches. Room smelled like piss and the room had a deep smokers imprint still choked me while i slept. Bathroom toilet was deeply soiled stained. Pool was green and kids pool was deep yellow with Ton of bugs. No chair in room. Microwave door was jamming. Roache in freezer fridge. Tip if desperate to stay keep lights on roaches stay hidden but not too long. Better staying car in a good area than waisting $1on a room where door isn't secure to leave possessions.

Room was CRAWLING with roaches. They switched me to another room, same thing. I left even though they refused to refund me.

Horrible place. Roof leaked, bathroom was flooded, no blankets, dirty sheets, dusty, not a clean room at all. A lot of bugs and bed bugs, took them 3 days to give me toilet paper and towels, room also had black mold that caused my child to be sick.

While staying at this hotel. upon enterring the room, it reeked of ciggarette smells. we moved the bed since it was slightly crooked and there was food with mold underneath. there is also black mold in the restroom. Not to mention the dirty sheets. The couple in the room next to us were screaming almost all night. There was homeless people sleeping outside the hotel rooms, making it a very uncomfortable situation.

This was the most disgusting motel I have ever stayed in. The bathroom had not been cleaned, the bathtub was disgusting. I found multiple pubic hairs in the tub. When I called to notify the front desk, they told me I had been in the room longer than 10 minutes. He could not offer me any recourse except changing rooms. I did not feel comfortable staying at this Extended Stay. I would not recommend this motel.

I did not stay. I checked in, walked into a room that smelled like death, didn’t even put my bags down. Looked in the bathroom & there was scum & hair in the shower. Turned around, gave my key back & went to a foster place.

Room had a heavy cigarette smoke smell. Refrigerator was dirty. Bed sheets and towels looked worn and dirty. No oulets to charge anything except for a single 6 plug extension cord attached to the tv outlet. AC worked well. TV worked ok. I wouldn't stay here again.

Roaches, dirty and wet towels, used toiletries. Absolutely awful. Didn’t sleep a wink thinking roaches were crawling on me.

The rooms was pretty nasty the bathroom and tub was not clean the floor was sticky when we got back from the movies and got into our room their were roaches all over our stuff the bathtub when trying to drain had brown stuff coming up from it I mean I guess you get what you pay for but if your looking for a cheap place then this is the place for you the only good thing about it was the front desk lady she was very nice

The property photos and the actual location did not match up at all. The room I received was invested with roaches. We literally had to go to the store and buy raid to kill all of the roaches in the room

Didn't like streaming television kept buffering

Decent hotel for the price but could use some real upgrades. A king bed with two pillows from the 60’s can be better.

Friendly people room was big and roomy and the eye very clean.

You can hear the neighbors as if they were in your room with you and the room is suppose to be nonsmoking and it smells so bad of cigarettes. It's only my daughter and I and there's only 2 small pillows on the bed and only 2 small towels in the restroom. No hands towels or wash cloths. I guess it's ok just to spend a night and be out in the morning but not long stays

Its nice to save money but this place needs an update asap

Highway or trains were so noisy, it was really hard to sleep.

I asked for non smoking room and room smelled of cigarettes. Stains in the seat cushion, holes from cigarette burns on the bed sheets, tub slippery, curtain rod falls upon touch, and my husband fell in the restroom. Towels were very small but at least the room was very cold. Limited power outlets and pillows were flat and only 2 small ones on a king size bed.

Room was OLD and had blood spatter mostly cleaned but still visible. Windows curtains dint fully close. It's ok for a quick NEEDED cheap stay, but not a place you want to go if you plan on loungein

The staff is excellent and willing to help when necessary. Highly recommended.

The gentleman who handled checking in was amazing very friendly even got a microwave for the room since the room didn’t have one. Everything was great until the next morning my friend who stayed there also is handicapped and I called to ask for 15 min extra so he could get dressed and everything and they said they couldn’t give us extra time but when the maid service got there we would have to leave. This was fine well he was finishing getting ready when a pounding came at the door and it was the cops and I assume the lady that works in the front office telling us to get out. Keep in mind the maid service had never shown up. Anyway they told me I had to keep the door open and open the curtains. I told them no because I friend was putting his pants on that it just took him a little time. Well they acted like we were criminals when I opened the door to walk out they just stoop in the doorway. Then they went in there like we had ransacked the room. Well it was cleaner when I left than it was when I got there aside from the trash in the trash can. Oh yes they have roaches also

The staff is terrible. Especially the manager. They tried to double charge me. Ignored the receipts that I had showing paid, 2 months before I came. Then they ignored me even when I asked “are you going to honor the receipts I gave?” They didn’t give an answer. They ignored me for 2 hours and told me to deal with Expedia. Eventually I was able to get in touch with Expedia and they gave me more than what this horrid motel tried to charge, so I got a safer hotel and better area. It was a thee day stay and they called the police on me, for walking out of the building after 2 hours of being ignored and refused my room, despite receipt, then when I got to my car OUTSIDE of the lobby and parking areas, I screamed out of frustration before driving calmly away to make a new stay.. yes I was at my car and out of their building. They messed up and then called the cops on me. They then claimed they had CCT TV, but lmao it was only 30 minutes later it wasn’t given to anyone. In fact, the police validated my receipts and said the manager was out line. I have the footage now, and can confirm this is the worst place to stay and they will gaslight you, double charge, don’t clean. It’s full of residents, and should not be a stay for anyone needing a couple days.

I paid for a room and I have used the paper ID at this location before and they refuse to do it and then refused to refund my money that they took which is stealing

Sarah the receptionist was extremely helpful and sensible. It's a manageable hotel at acm manageable price.

8 went to check in, went to finish my business, came back and couldn't find a way to drive back to hotel, the road was closed and couldn't drive to hotel. Have to stay at a friend's house.

Great place, the only inconvenience was the highway construction.

Tried to let them know ahead of time not to give my room away as I was behind schedule. No one answered the phone so I sent an email. I even contacted expedia. They gave my room away and would not refund me for the remaining 5 days of the reservation. Once seeing the property I did not want to stay there anyway. The property is very run down and there were a lot of sketchy people wandering around. I did not feel safe.

In the middle of a construction zone, almost impossible to find, and terribly rundown. Surprised they don’t have hourly rates for the appearance of this flop house.

Property was dirty, room was dirty with roaches. Towels I used had a bunch of lint on them. A train passes right next to the property and is very loud! And the freeway is noisy due to the fact it’s in front of the freeway and there’s construction going on. No continental breakfast as well

It’s an inexpensive overnight. The motel is a bit sketchy, lots of interesting characters coming and going all night long. Make sure you bring any valuables in your room and lock your car. Area has little amenities.
