Whether this ‘motel’ was good or not I can not shake the feeling that it is not a safe place to stay. After arriving, we had got our keycard and headed straight to our room which to our surprise was taken by a family with stuff thrown around. When we requested a different room, it was gladly taken up. After getting a new room we discovered that there was roaches everywhere and no power. On top of this, the door barely closed properly. Above all, I would not recommend staying here especially if you have kids or by yourself. Thankfully we were refunded.

The Heating was working that well and air was coming through the ac vent from outside even when the AC unit was off. The queen size bed was comfortable but i was just turned off by the roaches in the room...

The property is not clean and infested with roaches. Don't bothering cooking or using the kitchen. The property didn't have hot water. The lady in the front desk was rude and didn't care about the roaches or the fact that there was no hot water. I would not recommend staying there

The air conditioning did not keep the room as cool as we wanted. It was over a 100 degrees outside so I’m sure that it was difficult for the air conditioner to maintain the temperature.

This is an older motel, but it was clean and everything worked. You do need to bring your own kitchen/dining items. This is a very good value in a long-stay accommodation, and is very near the medical centers..

Hotel was drity outside the outside lights didn't work some lights in the room didn't work remote needed new batteries 1 trash can in the room no coffee in the room had to ask at front desk we stayed 2 nights and they didn't even clen our room or give us new towels the pillows were small and flat beds looked dirty

The front door wouldnt open at all. So i was told i have to use my shoulder with force to open it because it got new weather stripping. I tried for 5 min and still no luck went and got new room keys thinking maybe it was the key. After another 5 min it finally opened. My entire right arm and shoulder were in pain from using body force to open the door. Then the toiley bowl lid was on the floor when i placed it back on i realized the lid did not go to that toilet it was two different sizes. And ghe toilet is not secured to the ground so everytime it was used the entire toilet moved like it was going to come out from under you .

Although supposedly a no smoking room, it smelled heavily to cigar. Stinky strong. Toilet had abundant skid marks, cleaning crew did not care about them... Some shady people walking around property at night.

I was convinced that this property was great due to the close proximity to University Medical Center. Was I mistaken. The room was musty and smelled of smoke and probably fumigation. I noticed the shower was leaking and noticed that with the condensation on floor it was black. Not clean. Small roaches I encountered the next evening. I did not check out sooner due to the gravity of my mother in the hospital. I was financially tied and did not have time to change my occupancy. I just hope that this is resolved for the next tenant. Clearly this was dangerous for any tenant to occupy.

The chairs were filthy as if they had not be cleaned in years. The sheets were stained and the door had been busted open in the past. The bottom of the door didn't seal properly and allowd bugs inside. The wall had hole and the floor's trim was ripped open. It was overall horrible

There was trash under the bed, cockroaches EVERYWHERE, under the bed, in the shower, on the table. We went for a tan night stay to visit si. Flags and chose this pace cause it was hard flooding and close by… but the conditions are unacceptable. We will not recommend to any of our friends or family. There’s a difference of being outdated and dirty with roaches!

One of the most disgusting rooms I've ever stayed in. Beds were stained and filthy, floors had never been mopped. Had roaches in bathroom and kitchen area. Countertops turned the cloth i used to wipe it black.

I like that this room was affordable, and that everything inside was functional. It is clear that it’s an old hotel. The toilet was coming off the wall, the shower faucet wouldn’t stop dripping, and the stove was super scratched up. The refrigerator and microwave looked well kept. I also only saw one bug. What I dislike most is that I had to sleep with springs in my back, and extra bedding is extremely limited. I had to go out to Walmart and buy bedding to make it bearable, and even then it wasn’t. My room in particular had what looks like knife holes in the ceiling. I laughed about it until I realized that the people in the unit above start their day at 11pm and make a lot of noise all night. Someone definitely lost it and I understand. lol I don’t like the hotel itself and will pay to stay anywhere else first. The staff was wonderful though.

New Manager is Rude and disrespectful! We been here for over 4 months and she’s been here for 2 weeks ! My husband went in to go pay she didn’t want to accept the payment told him he can go across the street but Wants to kick us out for being late a few times but by the end of the day it gets paid even where we have a balance for the next day. She called the cops trying to get us out just for her lies she told to the cops turn on here and make her look stupid. Got the amount we owed 4/23/23 of $106.49 to getting a letter giving us 3 days to leave of our balance now being $481.64 out of nowhere. Other then that , Frank, Lyssa, Judy and the other employees are amazing and so nice

AVOID this place. When we attempted to check in we were told they was no room available—spring break and employees quitting were given as reason. But based on a conversation front desk people were having it appeared that they had been a room but they gave it away because someone was unhappy with the room they were provided. Don’t know and don’t care — AVOID this place. There are others close by in the same price range.

I chose this stay because it was close to the conference I was attending. It was horrible. I had to check in at 1:00 a.m. and had to wait outside while there were less than desirable people lurking around the parking lot. The woman who gave me my key through a mail slot wrote the wrong room number on the key and I was trying to open someone else's door. Finally I was able to discern the room number and found my room. The light switch didn't work. The faucet in the tub would not turn off so there was water running all night long. There were bugs on the floor at night. The room was not clean. There were no blankets on the bed, only sheets. I felt unsafe as a female traveling alone. I didn't feel like my luggage was safe in the room so I kept it in the trunk of my car during the day.... Do not stay at this establishment. Pay the extra money and go somewhere else!

The manager is a con artist. Throws in fees, late fees and changes rooms constantly saying your room isn't available any longer. Went from a nice room with a fridge and microwave to a terrible room with nothing. Charged me over $100 in late fees for being 15 minutes late after he already agreed to paying 15 minutes late.

The people here are nice and if you don't want housekeeping in ur room then you can get everything from the office to clean it urself. It's nice and quiet and not far from downtown

Well I work in the medical center area so I stayed there about a month it was okay the only bad things are the type of people renting these motels I’m originally from the south side of town so I know the lifestyle and I was able to adapt to my surroundings but from someone who isn’t it could be scary.a week after I left there was an incident that was on the news
