Marie-Odile is well deserving of her high regard among those she has staying at her charming country farm. So clean, so comfortable, so generous and so thoughtful for Marie-Odile makes most of the vast range of delicious breakfast foods herself. Thank you for everything. It was special.

We wish we had discovered this place years ago as we have been making this trip 2 or 3 times a year using a hotel near Lille. This charming house is so much better and the welcome from the charming Marie-Odile was lovely. So much care has gone into the preparation of the accommodation and the breakfast, largely using home-grown items, was exceptional. I am sure we shall find a reason to come here again.

Herbes Folles is absolutely wonderful. The host is attentive and welcoming. The rooms are exquisite and very well presented. Breakfast is a must - home made and locally sourced produce.

We were made very welcome by the owner, Marie. The property is beautifully decorated, our room was spacious and very well equipped and there's a lounge area too. Breakfast was amazing - fruit salad, yoghurt, selection of cheeses , homemade breads and pastries and preserves, and fruit juice using produce from the farm with different delicious dishes every morning: we have never had such an excellent breakfast. Marie had helpful local advice too. Stay here if you're visiting this area. An excellent base for Ypres and First World War area.
