Good place to stay with family, some facilities are old or not usable, but pool was very good. Its located in close to restaurants and nice beach. Only minus that aircondition did not work so well and there was a lot of mosquitos getting into the room. Otherwise worth the price!

We had a 3 night stay here while visiting Phuket. Nicely located with easy walk to beach and a variety of restaurants. Hotel was quiet, not being on the busy beachfront roads. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Accommodation was clean and well maintained although room furniture was a little dated and not very modern.

Das Zimmer war auf den ersten Eindruck sehr sauber aber nach der kurzer Zeit war deutlich der Geruch von Schimmel zu spüren. Nach Einschalten der Klimaanlage wurde es nicht besser. Auch ohne Klima nur mit Ventilator und offenem Fenster keine Besserung. Nach drei Stunden im Zimmer Augenbrennen und Halsschmerzen. Zustand ist absolut gesundheitsgefährdend. Nach einer Nacht das Hotel verlassen da die Alternativzimmer auch nicht besser waren. Keine Rückzahlung für die beiden schon bezahlten Tage erhalten. Bin sehr viel gereist, habe manchmal auch in sehr, sehr einfachen Zimmern geschlafen. Noch nie solche Erfahrungen mit Schimmel gemacht. Nach kurzer Zeit im Zimmer deutliche Symptome bei mir und meiner Frau. Ich kann vor diesem Hotel nur warnen !!!

Unfortunately I did not have a good stay because of the constant extreme loud noise outside the hotel. Not possible to rest during the day. Not possible to enjoy the pool side. I think it’s dishonest by the hotel management not to disclose the disruption from the next fort massive demolition site. This should have been informed at the time of booking an made very clear. The rooms are old but spacious. The shower is very very dirty. It needs a proper bleach and scrub. It’s just filthy. The staff are ok but I guess it’s the management that’s the problem. I have a feeling this place will go downhill very quickly unless something changes there. Do not stay here because you will regret it if you want a bit of peace and quiet.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut gelegen. Trotz der Nähe zur Bangla Road war es sehr ruhig und Nachts hat man überhaupt nichts gehört. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Beim Eintreffen roch unser Zimmer sehr muffig. Das Personal zeigte uns sofort andere Zimmer und wir konnten wechseln. Die Zimmer wurden immer sehr gut gereinigt. Beim Frühstück dürfte es ein wenig mehr Abwechslung haben, besonders bei den Früchten.

They gave me a room facing a wall, so I didn’t like that, and the Wi-Fi was way too slow good for email and texting, but not good for anything else A lot of over the top noise in the room next to me however, the management did quiet him down a little bit. I left a few days early just cause I didn’t see any reason to punish myself, even though there was no refund of course

Unfortunately, in the middle of the night, water leaked from the ceiling, leaking into my open luggage, which contained the expensive clothes I purchased in Japan. The water damaged a few items worth over $500. The maintenance guy came and took a photo of my products and was going to report it to the management. We wasted 3 hours of sleep dealing with it right before our long trip to Phi Phi Island, an 11-hour day trip where we became very tired after only 4 hours of sleep. The next day, when I came to speak with the manager, they refused to help and suggested I speak with Expedia. I requested a refund from the hotel for damaging my clothes and wasting 3-4 hours of our time moving us to a different room in the middle of the night. However, we did not get any help from hotel Please assist. Thank you

The bed was just slightly softer than the floor. However, my biggest issue with this hotel was they require a $2000 baht deposit that must be cash - no credit card. When we checked out they had the log that showed we had paid the deposit and their copy of the receipt. However, they were not going to return the deposit unless we produced the receipt. We had the receipt but they seemed to be gaming to take the deposit. The breakfast was average and the location was ok.

I had a couple of issues: the faucet on the sink was broken, never got fixed. The t v didn't work Comunication was an issue, staff had very limited vocabulary to comunicate. The hotel advertised fir $247 per night i got it for $70. Which I think it was not even worth $70 per night.

We had a lovely stay at La Vintage Resort - the rooms were spacious with great air conditioning, water bottles and a mini bar fridge which we appreciated. We had interconnecting rooms for our family of 4 which we loved. Staff at the bar and restaurant were lovely, especially Sky, and we loved the variety at breakfast (and looked forward to Sky's special drink of the day). Area surrounding was very walkable, close to Bangla Rd and Patong Beach but still quiet in the rooms at the back of the hotel (tower 3). Will definitely return when we're in Phuket next

Nice property, good Internet throughout hotel. Staff all very pleasant. Tv boxes could do with updating. Would recommended bringing firestick if you have one. Cracking bar right across the road called roadies, lucky luke is great fun. We are going back to patong and will check prices at this hotel as it was a very nice stay. Oh finally my son left his laptop under the bed when we checked out. We went out for lunch and the told us of his mistake. We had no idea and would of left without it. Should get extra star for honesty. Credit to the hotel.

I had 2 nights at the hotel. First night in a suite and second night in a standard room. Both rooms were nice. Old style but okay. I tried the restaurant one time and wouldn’t order pizza again. I didn’t use the pool but it looked nice. It’s close to to shopping, restaurants and the nightlife. I would come again.

The staff were helpful & friendly. The only grumble would be the choice of Western breakfasts. I only used it once, preferring to use a nearby restaurant which offered a better choice, & the food was hotter. If I return to Patong, I would still consider staying there though.
