When we arrived at the hotel, there was a vehicle with a busted out back window, and other people outside doing drugs in their car. We were put in an upstairs room and there are no elevators. So to prevent our windows from being busted out, we had to drag all of our belongings up the stairs. Also the key cards strip out and don’t work extremely often. The outside security camera had cords dangling down from it. I don’t even know if it worked. We tried to get our money back and find somewhere else to stay, but they have a very strict policy about refunds and cancellations so we stayed. But we will never be back. The inside of the rooms had spackle jobs that had been patched and not painted. There were unattended, children, running around the lobby and up and down the stairs. Just because it’s by Wyndham does not mean it’s a good place to stay.

This hotel is close to the airport. There a few fast food restaurants nearby. Be aware there are two floors, but no elevator. We cannot comment about the breakfast because we left before breakfast hours.

All the vehicles in our group were broken into during the night. Windows knocked out of them. The police asked if we could get the video footage from the parking lot also we called the manager. She told me she would be in later that day and could get it by the next day. The police were irritated as well. We had to still drive 1200 miles and asked the front desk person if he had any old boxes in the back we could use the cardboard from to cover windows and a garbage can would could borrow for a minute to put broken glass in so it wasn’t in the parking lot. He said there were some old boxes but he couldn’t let us have them unless his manager said yes, and same for the use of a trash can. She was not there and he said she would be in in a few hours and we could ask her about both. So we drove around and found a store to ask for boxes. Before we left I complained to the man that they seemed very unhelpful when this happened at their motel. He said “it happens all the time here.” Unimpressed with that answer, the service in general, and the lack of concern on their part. Avoid this place!

This is obviously not a 5 star hotel! Theres no elevator or shuttle to the airport and there was a rude obnoxious person might have been on drugs in the lobby in the morning banging on the front desk! But this is also St. Louis. It was cheap stay! The room was very clean and quiet! Sure, it could use some work but again. this isn't a five star hotel! The staff was very friendly and I don't mind staying in places like this from time to time! Definitely not a unsafe area by any means! if you're looking for a budget stay. Not a bad spot! Stayed in way worse hotels!

upon arrival I was greeted by a bunch of young people (presumably guests) gathered at the front door area smoking weed and "carry-on"...it is a bit alarming to be be confronted by this and it made my whole experience feel unsafe. When I told the person at the front desk, her response was one of ambivalence (as in "nothing I can do")

Overall price was good they kept our room clean and stocked. The lobby almost always had a strong odor of marijuanna. Was happy with staff. They have a laundry area free to use for guests as well! Close to many dining options.

Surprised to see construction going on at the hotel. Was not informed prior to. Overall, construction noise wasn't too loud. Started about 8:00 am and lasted until about 8:00 pm. Bed was comfortable. Room never got cooled off (it was extremely hot outside). Parking was ok, but couldn't tell where the spaces were. Typical breakfast. I will most likely stay again.

The floors in the room were not clean. One of the key cards did not work. The TV remote did not work. Advertised continental breakfast and it did not have any hot food, just cold cereal, bagels, fruit, etc., so should say complimentary breakfast, not continental breakfast. Walls were very thin which made for a noisy stay. No elevator to assist with bringing in and taking out of luggage and for me not having to climb stairs as I have breathing issues. When I booked the room there was no indication on my prepaid receipt that you would require another $50 on my credit card for a deposit. Will not be staying at this location again when flying out of Lambert in St. Louis.

The hotel was nice for a one night stay. The staff was super nice at check-in. The room itself was okay. Weird smell in the hallway. There was a stain on the bed and the towels didn’t seem very clean. The bathtub and sink didn’t seem very clean either. The bed was really comfortable. I didn’t feel extremely safe due to the area, but we didn’t have any issues. Probably wouldn’t stay again but I would recommend it for a one night or a couple night stay to anyone needing to be close to the airport.

The staff were very nice. The room was dirty. The carpet needed to be vacuumed, there were pieces of trash and hair on the floor. There was hair on the counter and even the little tray on the fridge with the cups and ice bucket. When we entered the room there was a musty, moldy smell, there was mildew growing on the canvas strap of the luggage stand. Ran the AC all night, but the sticky wet smell never left. The air conditioner was running, but seemed to make little difference. The walls had recently been repaired, but not painted. So aesthetically it looked pretty bad. I would have asked for a different room except my daughter was not feeling well and it was late. I would not stay here again. The breakfast included: bagels, toast, instant oatmeal, mini muffins, apples, cereal and milk, juice, coffee, and hot tea.

Room hasn’t been vacuumed, looked like holes patched up badly, paint missing g where chair rubs against the wall and when we walked in I almost threw up from the awful stench of piss. I slept with my regular clothes on although the bedding seemed to be clean.

Our room was dirty,toilet seat broken, toilet dirty, food left in the drawers that was not ours, told front desk and she said someone would get back to me but no one has yet, plus ice in the ice machine was black looked moldy and cold shower and one of your male house keeper an older guy who was cleaning bottom lever was kind of rude when we asked for another towel and the facility out side looked very dirty also

Another nice stay at Travelodge. Beds are super comfy. Breakfast is typical, but nice to have at the price for the room. AC worked good. No more construction noise. Will stay again and would recommend.

For an inexpensive hotel this one is really nice. Room had all necessities. Good sized mini fridge. Two chairs at a cute table. Big tv. Fast wifi.

It is conveniently off the expressway. The hotel was surprisingly very quiet and the staff very nice. My room was clean and cleaned daily. However the room is so dated. I mean all the furniture and fixtures look original! Like 60s! After so long even if you clean it still looks dirty. A little updating would help.

The rooms were very clean. The lobby and hallways weren't as good. the breakfast offerings were meager and some things empty. Staff were nice but I think understaffed. Guests above us were very noisy both nights and lots of sounds came through the ceilings in both rooms.

I did not get my deposit back it came out ofu account my bank said it was on their end and they just said that my bank was not releasing it but it was deducted and not returned. And I did not have reason to loose my deposit .

To start the lady at the front desk nothing less than unwelcoming. I felt like I was getting scammed because she kept telling my cards weren’t working for the deposit. I had to try 3 different cards that I know had money on them. She was very uninformed and unhelpful. I stay all across the country in bad areas and have never felt as uneasy as I did staying here. Mostly because of my interaction with her. Would not recommend based on customer service everything else was fine.

I had asked the afternoon Receptionist for a do not disturb sign and she said they don’t have anything like that because housekeeping has to come in and clean our rooms and I told her I’m a single female traveling alone. I don’t want people in my room and she got an attitude with me. The next morning, the receptionist gave me a do not disturb sign And was absolutely kind about it so the following morning I went back to Receptionist and I handed her the door sign and I asked her I said why couldn’t you just give me this the day before and she got an attitude with me and then she found me out in the parking lot and confronted me and yelled at me and I had it on video . And there was a smashed cockroach on the wall that had been there for days, and I took a picture of that

Definitely don’t stay here!! Costumer service is terrible needed to talk to the manager and was told he was gonna be there at 9 in the morning and didn’t show up till 3 in the afternoon. Then tired to get a refund and they kept saying they didn’t charge my card but my bank statement showed that they charged me and argued with them for over an hour just for them to finally refund me my money. This place is a joke and waste of time better off finding somewhere else to stay!!

When arrived no staff at all at the desk. I had to go look for a worker of the hotel. No type of security at all. I found maintenance worker he stated i need to find a front desk worker. Maintenance worker was replacing lock key cards on doors. He showed me a room that had what looked like mold. The carpet was filthy and everything was outdated. Would not recommend. The "hotel" called me earlier that day to have me pay for room which seemed like a scam if I already booked thru Expedia.com to reserve my room. I wouldn't recommend this place at all.

I came early and was happy to see I was allowed to check in early for a small fee. The property could use a coat of paint and maybe some updates here and there, but the room was clean, and I felt safe. The desk clerk was very friendly and made me feel welcome and the breakfast was just right. It is within walking distance from several restaurants. i would stay there again if I was planning to come to the area.

Needed a stay for the night flight was at 5am so this was the only place available by the airport, went to check in and they said all rooms were booked, had to wait in my rental for a bit, finally got a key and the room was run down and dingy. Walls dirty, lights flickering, things were broken, hole in carpet, hair in the tub. The surrounding area had amazing food however. But if you need to just rest your head for less than 12 hours this is a last resort.

Internet was good, Staff was on phone with family, had to wait till she got off to be checked in, surprised by breakfast had apples, oatmeal, mini muffins, 2 kinds of juice, 3 different cereals, white bread and wheat bread with grape and strawberry jelly, also had bagels with cream cheese. The milk was in a gallon jug ☹️

The only downfall was breakfast was cold at 6am. Instead of putting cold gravy in a crock pot they could have warmed it first.
