The hotel is dark and drab it is old looking and worn we came back after a full day out and our key didn’t work and the room wasn’t clean I would not stay there again unfortunately it is the only hotel in great neck It is also over priced the staff tried to be helpful but they were few and far between There is the Andrew hotel it is small and rooms also small but you do get a free breakfast depressing is a good description

I found McDonald’s bag with food in the small refrigerator. Whom ever does the room cleaning needs to be looking in the refrigerator while cleaning the rooms. Ac needs to be cleaned or updated . Would freeze up at 68F. Mostly likely needs a cleaning . Everything else was fine for my stay.

We stay here often our room this time around was not the best although it was clean and the bed was comfortable. They still need to address the Curtin system and the air-conditioning was so loud and it appears to be in a fixed mode where you cannot alter the fan or anything else not happy with that situation. We stay in the hotel all the time due to convenience, but may have to consider another option. The breakfast is well-intentioned although I think the eggs need improvement I do not believe they are real.

What a pleasant, welcoming staff. The property is nice and the complimentary breakfast on weekdays is good. Ashley checked us in and Nate parked our car and brought our luggage up. They were friendly and patient with elders. Nate made fun of us going to Rod Stewart even though he hadn't heard of him. He promised to check him out. I love when staff will banter. Look that up Nate.
