Very good location, within walking distance to the city wall and bell tower as well as lots of bars and restaurants. Staff were extremely welcoming and friendly and did everything we asked very quickly. They could speak English. The hotel offered a great laundry service which I used a few times. This was self service and very easy to use. The hotel also offered afternoon tea for free which was a nice selection of cakes and snacks and a great way to relax after a day of exploring the city.

Best hotel we stayed during our multi-city trip. The room is very big and clean with a modern touch. The hotel offers free afternoon tea (great quality) and good night soup. Breakfast choices are ample and my kids really enjoyed it. Location of the hotel is great! Modern and well-designed hotel, well-located. Easy walk to Muslim Street. Free laundry is a nice bonus but beware the dryer doesn't remove all moisture. Laundry ih high demand in the evening, so recommend going during the day.

Hotel is in a walkable location to attractions, shopping and restaurants. The Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights. The daily breakfast was good. we especially like the fruit platter on check-in date and the daily free afternoon tea/bakery/fruit snacks. We had a great time and would definitely recommend the hotel if you are visiting Xi'an.

Overall stay was great. Location and hotel good. Everything was clean. Except the smell of smoke reeked. It seems maybe people smoke in there? Or the ventilation recirculated in the rooms? We had multiple rooms and all had smoke smell issues. Some worse than others. Could especially smell it in the bathroom which is weird (which is why we think it might be a recirculation or ventilation problem)

Everything was great except 1 minor point. The air con wasnt working so i was uncomfortable the first night. I gave feedback to hotel staff and they said they cnanot adjust due to centralised system. They tried to help but putting a portable air flow machine in the room. It did help the situation but i could not quite understand why the air con wasnt working in the first place. The air coming out from the room is literally hot air. Should have just paid a bit more for 5 star hotels.

I would give this hotel 10 out of 5 stars if I could. 3 generations from my family stayed at this hotel and thoroughly enjoyed our experience in all aspects, particularly its staff and service. Everybody we ran into at the hotel from the front desk to housekeeping to the hotel restaurant went way above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as it possibly can. It truly became our home away from home in Xi'An. The hotel is located in a central location within walking distance to many tourist sites, restaurants, shops, transportation, and even a hospital. It was very quiet in our room despite the location. The room was not the most spacious or luxurious but it was a decent size, clean, and in excellent condition. If we visit Xi'An in the future, we'll definitely stay at this hotel again. Highly recommend.

This hotel was on on-par with others that were twice the amount. The check-in service was so smooth and efficient. I barely had time to finish my welcome mango juice before they were whisking my bags to the room. As for the room, it was tastefully appointed with marble in the bathroom, good wood textures on the closets, and such an adorable tea set on the desk. I also want to point out they left a welcome sheet that also gave you the temperature for that day as well as the next. The location is within walking distance of some great food and shopping. The only thing I would like to call out is that if you are coming in from the train station, definitely take a cab. Also, contact the hotel so you can get the Chinese name to tell the taxi driver. And now to my favorite part, the staff. They were already great with check-in and everything. But I would like to say they were even more phenomenal after I sustained an injury while walking around the city. They were all so sweet and caring. Between loaning my friend and I a wheelchair to use. Bringing up multiple pillow s so I could keep my leg elevated. Bring up ice and plenty of bags to put it in. Then helping us grab a taxi and load everything. It just helped me be able to not freak out. I will definitely stay there again when I go back to Xi’an

Hotel is near many eateries and is quiet. Short walk of about 10-15mins to the Bell Tower. Staff is friendly and hotel is clean. Would be better if their airconditioner is not centralised as weather happened to be hot during the week I was there and it was blasting heater which made it worse. Had to open the window to try to get some cool air in at night.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The room was very spacious and always spotless, which made for a comfortable experience. The location is incredibly strategic, allowing easy access to nearby attractions. The staff were very helpful, though the only downside was that none of them spoke English, which made communication a bit challenging. It’s the service and hospitality that made our stay 10 stars! 尹改利 who works in the restaurant is super friendly. I have never experienced this level of detail and helpfulness at any hotel. The afternoon tea included with our room was a cheery addition with fruit, nuts and dessert selection varying over our weekend stay in Xi’an. The staff is so attentive to our needs and have a pleasant attitude. They watch out for you when you leave areas in case you leave any belongs behind they will bring them to you right away. I highly recommend you book your entire stay here. The location is great near to the attractions. Our trip here was made more memorable because of the excellent hospitality and service from the staff, from front reception, cleaning staff, and restaurant staff, truly exceptional.

Excellent breakfast variety. Front desk staff are well trained and super helpful. New-ish hotel. Free afternoon tea spread came in handy on rainy days. Special mention to 王姬 for serving us even after we walked in after 5pm closing time. Tour agent at front desk proved most useful. Got Xian Museum ( chinese) guided tour and Tuo Ling camel show ticket at awesome price.

Beautiful hotel, just looking perfect. My experience was almost perfect. The thing to really improve is the customer service, I\'ve asked a simple customer question: "Which metro to use to go to the Terracotta Warriors?". Instead of giving me basic info, they tried as hard as possible to sell me a full-guided tour for a high price. I had to find out that info elsewhere.

The customer service was excellent. They were super friendly and welcoming from the moment we stepped in and everytime we asked questions n even until we were leaving. Would like to specially thank Dun dun for her friendliness n helpfulness! Will come back to this hotel next time.

Location is abt 10min walk to nearest mrt station, 钟楼station inter change. 5min walk to 鼓楼 and 回民街. Lots of eatery nearby and good confectionary shop across the road. 20min walk to south gate of the xian city wall. All staff are friendly but not all are familiar with attractions. If you do not need your room to be cleaned, you will hv to inform the counter.

Best hotel we stayed during our multi-city trip. The room is very big and clean with a modern touch. The hotel offers free afternoon tea (great quality) and good night soup. Breakfast choices are ample and my kids really enjoyed it. Location of the hotel is great! Right in the middle of the city within walking distance to a main subway station and the attraction (the drum tower and bell tower of Xi'An). Would recommend.

Excellent stay at Eastern House - clean spacious rooms and good breakfast and afternoon tea. The only problem was finding the hotel when we got there - the taxi driver also didn’t have a clue. It also doesn’t show on any of the maps. Convenient location nonetheless and walkable to all the main attractions as it is within the old city walls. Good option if in doubt.

Staff for breakfast needs understand basic English, the English signs' font needs to be bigger, need add English for the coffee machine. No omelet cooking procedure. The hotel needs to be westernized for the service philosophy. Breakfast needs to be improved in term westernization, lots to be improved.

Ho soggiornato con mia moglie in questo hotel a luglio 2024 e sono stato molto soddisfatto. L'hotel è molto bello, le stanze moderne, il bagno ottimo, con doccia e wc separati. La zona è ok perchè in 10 minuti siete nei maggiori punti di interesse. Colazione ottima e presentata bene, non fosse che le brioches e il pane risultavano comunque secchi, purtroppo quel tipo di alimenti non possono essere lasciati lì più di 1 giorno, però c'erano. Carino il the pomeridiano offerto dove abbiamo trovato anche frutta secca da mangiare. Un pò distante la metro se dovete prenderla con i bagagli.
