Horrible experience. We did not feel safe staying at this hotel. There were people knocking on our door several times, and on one occasion someone even entered our room while we were asleep. One of the worst parts was that the security staff used physical force against our underage friends, which was completely unacceptable. When we went to the reception to report everything, they told us to speak to the manager. However, the manager refused to talk to us. We saw him at the reception multiple times, but every time he noticed us, he walked away and said he didn’t have time. We also had problems during check-in because they tried to charge us twice for our stay. Overall, this was a very upsetting experience, and we would not recommend this hotel.

I liked how friendly and accommodating the staff was. I liked how clean the rooms were kept. I liked how close it was to the beach. There were always chairs and floaties available which made the experience really good. The staff does need to be educated on the availiof recycling containers on the property. We were told there weren't any and ended up going off-site to find recycling containers. We later found them by the pool. Otherwise, it was a very nice stay.

- Received a 20% discount on food-beverage but not really worth as no "à la carte" selection. Only buffet but you have to go early if you want some choice... The buffet and all inclusive option is probably good for families... + Room was good and the hotel is located on sea side, so easy access to the beach if you don't want to use the swimmingpool.
