This is not a 5-star resort. It is an average 4-star resort. The room was nice and stylish, but a lot of things were not working properly. Some of them were fixed during our stay (shower), some not (telephone and el. socket in the bathroom). But still, I expect that in a 5-star resort, the shower is working properly without having to report that. The buffet for breakfast and dinner was big but just okay and for sure no 5-star quality. The coffee from the coffee machines was tasteless. The personnel in the dining areas were very friendly and helpful but clearly overloaded. The personnel at the reception were polite but not friendly, and we had not the feeling that they were trying their best to help us. We heard a lot of excuses about the hotel policies… Lowlights: the dry gardens, very loud bathroom ventilation facility (fortunately, it was shut down every evening and started again at 8:15 am), a lot of elements in the room need renovation, booking at the à la carte restaurants (instead of a 3-dishes menu, we had street food at a cantina, after a lot of negotiations), only one overcrowded pool. Highlights: the location of the hotel, lunch at the „meze“ restaurant, the aqua gymnastics and Pilates program, and the cocktails at the bar.

Pool towels provided. Change as often as needed. Plenty of sun loungers, never struggled to get one. Inflatables allowed in the pool which is great for kids, although an adult only pool would be quite nice so you can have a good swim. The pool does close at 6pm which we thought was a little early. Food, drinks and service was great. As was the facial i had in the spa, thank you Olga. The only thing that was a bit disappointing for us was the entertainment. It definitely wasnt 5* wow!! The hotel is in a great location. We walked along the beach every day and also out of the drive and left into Laganas. We had a beautiful stay ❤️

Wir waren sehr zufrieden! Hotel ist schön renoviert, die Pflanzen im Garten brauchen noch ein wenig Zeit um zu wachsen damit sie aussehen wie geplant. Extrem freundliches Personal, genügend Essen und Getränke. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Da wir viele Ausflüge mit eigenem Boot und quad gemacht haben, war uns nie langweilig. Auch die Yoga und Pilates Stunden waren sehr angenehm. Wem das zu wenig war, konnte sich noch im kleinen aber feinen Fitnessstudio auspowern. Mit Blick auf den Pool.

L'hotel et sa situation été superbe. Chambre et equipements au top. On besoin de rien car tout est là. Literie confortable. Espaces communal très propre. Tout compris du bon qualité boissons et cocktails aussi. Le service au restaurant et au bar pas de tout 5* un attente trop longue, pas assez de personnel et c'etait que le debut du saison. Service a table presque non existant ! L'animation n'était pas bon. 22h et le Dj est parti. Les chanteurs mauvais. Il manque d'ambiance. Serviette de plages a disposition mais abusé, les couples qui prendre 6/8 serviettes pour quelques heures. Faut mettre un système de caution en place pour eviter le lavage des serviettes tous les jours, incroyable! Manque d'information sur les animations. Le QR code qui marche pas pour beaucoup de personnes. Nous avons passé les super vacances ici mais cest pas un 5* niveau service.

Servizio alle camere insufficiente (in due occasioni sono stato svegliato per sentirmi proporre la pulizia alle 14,30 ed alle 17,00) Orario animazione-intrattenimento 20,00-21,00 teso a soddisfare la prevalenta britannica degli ospiti. Posti esterni a sedere nell'area bar non sempre sufficienti. Ho riscontrato perdita condensa dei condizionatori nella sala interna.

Le personnel est gentil, mais le service est déplorable, nous avions réservé une chambre vue mer et avons été déclassés sans raison, dans une chambre sans vue mer. La nourriture est très moyenne et répétitive. Pas de piscine "adult only" et impossible de nager avec toutes les bouées des enfants. Deux restaurants sont bons mais une seule réservation par semaine y est autorisée. La salle de fitness n'a que le nom pour un 5 étoiles. En positif, notons l'emplacement agréable et la plage très belle, la literie est correcte. A remarquer aussi les atterrissages et décollages des avions juste à côté, qui génèrent bruit et nuisance.

I liked the furnishings and decorations in the room. Liked the quality of the fittings and the power of the shower. I liked the added touches like the bottle of wine and the Greek souvenir when we left. The staff were extremely friendly and polite. Loved the yoga and swimming with the turtles in the morning

Eigener Strand. Tücher und Liegen ausreichend vorhanden. Speisen und Getränke sehr gut. Die Ausstattung ist in einem sehr guten Zustand. Das Personal ist äuserst freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Food… can’t fault … lovely fresh and the 4 restaurants you can visit once are very nice and service is brilliant… Buffett food is good for buffet and is pretty warm and fairly varied. I would say never enough pita bread to dip with the lovely dips we all love with Greek food. The drinks were good and staff brilliant. Decent tea and coffee so can only say good things. The hotel areas were pretty poor condition and still needs maturing and I know they had a recent storm so maybe a contributing factor. The pool was dirty in my view and not cleaned enough so I didn’t venture in but the wife did. Beach area is odd as it’s not actually on the beach… which is fine as it could be something to do with Turtles don’t bother asking tbh. All in all a chilled holiday and good food and drinks good. I would recommend 👍

Unfortunately overpriced “suite” with barely a view for almost $2,000 for 3 nights. I could barely close the door to my bathroom it was so small. Only one person fits. The steak dinner at the steak house was awful (4 of us had ribeye and it was prepared well but the meat itself was not a good cut). The service at all locations was excellent. The property itself is just not pretty. The landscaping is harsh, dry, and not pretty at all. The restaurant Meze was excellent and the buffet is just ordinary. Not to mention the alcohol was all LOW end. In addition way too many little kids if you’re looking for peace and quiet. As a person who travels to Greece I would never go back again at that price point. One last point, the couches outside the bar were dated, dirty, and need to be replaced. Not a 5 star property. Sorry.

Die Unterkunft befand sich an einer guten, ruhigen Lage. Genügend entfernt vom Partyort Laganas, sodass man nichts hört. Flugzeuge sind selten zu hören. Sauberkeit: Die Bettwäsche an den Stränden sowie im Zimmer wurden nie gewechselt. Blutflecken und weitere Flecken waren ersichtlich. Das Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt und wir erhielten auch frische Tücher. Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Jedes Restaurant (4) konnte man pro Aufenhalt nur 1x reservieren. Essen am Buffet geschmacklich eher schlecht, war nicht abwechslungsreich und waren meistens die Reste vom vorherigen Tag. Im Ganzen war das Hotel qualitativ definitiv keine 5 Sterne wert.

Auch unsere Reinigungsdame war einsame spitze und hat unser Zimmer jeden Tag blitzsauber gereinigt und sogar jeden Tag die Bettwäsche gewechselt. Einzig ärgerlich war das Einchecken. Wir mussten bis 16:30 Uhr auf unser Zimmer warten. Und das bekamen wir dann auch nur auch wiederholte Anfrage, obwohl uns versprochen wurde, uns telefonisch zu informieren, wenn das Zimmer bezogen werden kann. Die thailändische? ältere Rezeptionskraft war sehr arrogant, als wir unserem Unmut Luft machten. Das geht gar nicht! Alle anderen Rezeptionskräfte waren aber alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Een mooi hotel als je van all inclusive houdt. Wij vonden een aantal dingen top. Denk aan het eten en drinken, de vriendelijke bediening en de locatie. Een aantal dingen vielen tegen. Het zwembad oogt niet blauw, de kamer is wat klein en de badkamer kon beter. Kortom, een fijn verblijf. Maar zeker mogelijkheid tot verbetering .

Maids attended the rooms daily and changed bedding and clean towels, but did not once sweep or mop the floors

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, ich möchte hiermit meine große Unzufriedenheit über meinen Aufenthalt in Ihrem Hotel zum Ausdruck bringen und eine Rückerstattung beantragen, da die erbrachten Leistungen in keiner Weise dem entsprochen haben, was ich gebucht und erwartet habe. Bereits bei der Ankunft begann die Enttäuschung: Obwohl wir direkt zum Essen geschickt wurden, um den Check-in zu erleichtern, mussten wir nach unserer Rückkehr auf unser Zimmer warten – und das nach 15 Uhr, obwohl der Check-in offiziell ab diesem Zeitpunkt möglich sein sollte. Als wir endlich das Zimmer 100 bezogen, entdeckten wir eine große Wasserlacke, verursacht durch die Klimaanlage. Die Wand war bereits stark durchnässt, was darauf schließen lässt, dass dieses Problem nicht neu war. Uns wurde ein Techniker versprochen, doch nach längerer Wartezeit wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass wir das Zimmer wechseln müssten. Leider war das Hotel ausgebucht, und man bot uns nur für eine Nacht ein Upgrade-Zimmer an – obwohl ich ausdrücklich ein funktionierendes Zimmer für die gesamte Aufenthaltsdauer verlangte. Auch Gespräche mit dem Manager führten zu keiner Lösung. Letztlich mussten wir mehrfach das Zimmer wechseln (Zimmer 222, dann 217), was sehr stressig und unzufriedenstellend war. Als Entschädigung erhielten wir einen Gutschein für eine 20-minütige Massage – ein Angebot, das in keiner Weise den entstandenen Aufwand und die verlorene Zeit ausglich. I got the ocean view room and it was gorgeous. Beds are very comfortable. The workout classes everyday are amazing overlooking the ocean. The buffet is delicious but note that its the same everyday so might get boring if you stay more than 5 days. This property is located slightly away from the downtown so its not walkable to downtown but staff can call you a taxi conveniently :)

Absolutely fantastic staff which made our stay at the hotel very pleasant. I was amazed at the incredible level of hospitality that we were afforded. Would absolutely recommend to anyone wanting a family friendly, all inclusive.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport but if you want to fully explore the island I would recommend staying in the northern part. The property has been fully refurbished 3 years ago but expect a lot of tour operator customers coming for the all inclusive drinks. The staff is nice and helpful however there is a clear communication gap between the various departments.

Staff treat you like family, relaxed vibe.

The reception staff were either rude or incompetent. Problems started at check in. We booked 2 rooms, telephoned 2 months prior asking them to be together. We were shown 2 rooms in 2 diffwrent buildings and told we would have to wait for the next day to speak to manager. When shown our 2nd room, ther adjoining (interconnecting room) was empty. We asked for that room, which took convincing and about an hour to sort. On check out we were checking charges and reception staff were talking over us, rude snd not allowing us to speak. When we pointed it out, they didnt apologise and even worse had to cheek to say we were rude. The hotel coudl have been anywhere in the world, there was nothinh Greek about it, apart from one Greek night. Overall dissaponting holidqy for the money

Consiglio vivamente questa struttura, una piccola oasi di tranquillità di fronte al mare pulito e trasparente. Un albergo accogliente e funzionale il cui personale è sempre sorridente educato e disponibile per qualsiasi cosa. Ottimo per me anche il ristorante, una vasta scelta di piatti di cucina internazionale e tipica. Inoltre è molto vicino all’aeroporto e alla città di zante. Mi sono trovata davvero bene ed è stata per me una bellissima vacanza.

Die Unterkunft hat eine tolle Lage. Liegt direkt neben dem Nationalpark. Wenn man dann doch bissichen troubel sucht, kann man denn tollen Strand entlang zu beachbars gehen. Für einen Bootsausflug gibt es in Gehweite ein Angebot. Cameo island ist in der Nähe. Kann man zufuß erreichen. Das Essen war ok, die Cocktails eher eine Enttäuschung, aber der Aperol klasse. A great service with an excellent beach.

The first impression is strong. Nice welcome and good intro to the room. Room was nicely equipped but wasn’t 100% clean. We did mention it to reception and it was eventually recognised but not addressed. Maybe we were being critical but it’s a 5 star and you shouldn’t have hairs from a previous occupant in my view. Food… can’t fault … lovely fresh and the 4 restaurants you can visit once are very nice and service is brilliant… Buffett food is good for buffet and is pretty warm and fairly varied. I would say never enough pita bread to dip with the lovely dips we all love with Greek food. The drinks were good and staff brilliant. Decent tea and coffee so can only say good things. The hotel areas were pretty poor condition and still needs maturing and I know they had a recent storm so maybe a contributing factor. The pool was dirty in my view and not cleaned enough so I didn’t venture in but the wife did. Beach area is odd as it’s not actually on the beach… which is fine as it could be something to do with Turtles don’t bother asking tbh. All in all a chilled holiday and good food and drinks good. I would recommend 👍

Das Hotel liegt in absoluter Toplage – direkt am Strand und wunderbar ruhig. Ideal zum Abschalten und Genießen! Das gesamte Personal ist unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und immer hilfsbereit – man merkt, dass hier wirklich alle mit Herz dabei sind. Besonders beeindruckend war, dass das Team auch am Ende der Saison noch genauso motiviert und herzlich war wie am ersten Tag. Das Buffet ist hervorragend – große Auswahl, frische Zutaten und für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Ob Frühstück, Mittag oder Abendessen – alles war top angerichtet und sehr lecker. Unser Zimmer war sauber, gemütlich und bot einen schönen Blick aufs Meer. Man fühlt sich hier einfach willkommen und rundum wohl. Ein großes Lob an das gesamte Team

This is not a 5-star resort. It is an average 4-star resort. The room was nice and stylish, but a lot of things were not working properly. Some of them were fixed during our stay (shower), some not (telephone and el. socket in the bathroom). But still, I expect that in a 5-star resort, the shower is working properly without having to report that. The buffet for breakfast and dinner was big but just okay and for sure no 5-star quality. The coffee from the coffee machines was tasteless. The personnel in the dining areas were very friendly and helpful but clearly overloaded. The personnel at the reception were polite but not friendly, and we had not the feeling that they were trying their best to help us. We heard a lot of excuses about the hotel policies… Lowlights: the dry gardens, very loud bathroom ventilation facility (fortunately, it was shut down every evening and started again at 8:15 am), a lot of elements in the room need renovation, booking at the à la carte restaurants (instead of a 3-dishes menu, we had street food at a cantina, after a lot of negotiations), only one overcrowded pool. Highlights: the location of the hotel, lunch at the „meze“ restaurant, the aqua gymnastics and Pilates program, and the cocktails at the bar.

Unfortunately overpriced “suite” with barely a view for almost $2,000 for 3 nights. I could barely close the door to my bathroom it was so small. Only one person fits. The steak dinner at the steak house was awful (4 of us had ribeye and it was prepared well but the meat itself was not a good cut). The service at all locations was excellent. The property itself is just not pretty. The landscaping is harsh, dry, and not pretty at all. The restaurant Meze was excellent and the buffet is just ordinary. Not to mention the alcohol was all LOW end. In addition way too many little kids if you’re looking for peace and quiet. As a person who travels to Greece I would never go back again at that price point. One last point, the couches outside the bar were dated, dirty, and need to be replaced. Not a 5 star property. Sorry.

Good place good food

Overall, not real pleased with my experience. We were there for three nights and found it impossible to get into a restaurant for lunch or for evening dinner. We requested minibar service which we never received. We found that there are way too many kids at this resort without a lot of adults only area. Children running around the lobby bar at 9:30 and 10 o’clock at night screaming is unacceptable.

I got the ocean view room and it was gorgeous. Beds are very comfortable. The workout classes everyday are amazing overlooking the ocean. The buffet is delicious but note that its the same everyday so might get boring if you stay more than 5 days. This property is located slightly away from the downtown so its not walkable to downtown but staff can call you a taxi conveniently :)

Die Unterkunft befand sich an einer guten, ruhigen Lage. Genügend entfernt vom Partyort Laganas, sodass man nichts hört. Flugzeuge sind selten zu hören. Sauberkeit: Die Bettwäsche an den Stränden sowie im Zimmer wurden nie gewechselt. Blutflecken und weitere Flecken waren ersichtlich. Das Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt und wir erhielten auch frische Tücher. Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Jedes Restaurant (4) konnte man pro Aufenhalt nur 1x reservieren. Essen am Buffet geschmacklich eher schlecht, war nicht abwechslungsreich und waren meistens die Reste vom vorherigen Tag. Im Ganzen war das Hotel qualitativ definitiv keine 5 Sterne wert.

Ce n'est pas un hôtel 5 étoiles, mais un quatre étoiles. Le personnel est gentil, mais le service est déplorable, nous avions réservé une chambre vue mer et avons été déclassés sans raison, dans une chambre sans vue mer. La nourriture est très moyenne et répétitive. Pas de piscine "adult only" et impossible de nager avec toutes les bouées des enfants. Deux restaurants sont bons mais une seule réservation par semaine y est autorisée. La salle de fitness n'a que le nom pour un 5 étoiles. En positif, notons l'emplacement agréable et la plage très belle, la literie est correcte. A remarquer aussi les atterrissages et décollages des avions juste à côté, qui génèrent bruit et nuisance.

Die Unterkunft hat eine tolle Lage. Liegt direkt neben dem Nationalpark. Wenn man dann doch bissichen troubel sucht, kann man denn tollen Strand entlang zu beachbars gehen. Für einen Bootsausflug gibt es in Gehweite ein Angebot. Cameo island ist in der Nähe. Kann man zufuß erreichen. Das Essen war ok, die Cocktails eher eine Enttäuschung, aber der Aperol klasse.
