It was perfect for our large family and we loved being out in the country, even though I could have sworn it said it was in Salzburg. Now I'm glad it wasn't, it was beautiful. I've never done a self check in so that was a little annoying trying to figure it out, but we got it. I don't think we ever had any contact with the host, but I guess we didn't need to. It was a beautiful area and a very nice set up. Thank you

When we arrived there - there was no one except for a machine that checked us in. We had difficulty finding our room and had no one to ask for help. Our room was stuffy and there was no air conditioning. We could not open the windows. Only one window could be partially opened. Again there was no one to answer our questions. We slept terribly because it was hot in the room. When we came down for breakfast the lady with short brown hair was very rude. She snapped at my husband because apparently we sat at the wrong table. I could not believe how rude she was. I was truly shocked with her attitude. It was a very unpleasant stay at the hotel.

The hotel was very clean throughout the property. The spa had 3 different saunas and plenty of relaxation rooms in the common area. A private sauna inside the room. The manager couple takes pride of their hard work. Breakast buffet provides good selection of local bread and variety of pastries and cold cuts. The dining area has nice atmosphere with good view of the mountain peaks. We would stay again.

Stayed in one bedroom apartment, very spacious and nicely decorated. Had a good kitchen and a personal sauna. Personnel were very helpful and spoke good English. We initially booked for 4 nights but ended staying a week. Location is perfect for exploring the area, close to Salzburg and all the beautiful lakes in the region. We would gladly consider staying here again.
