This property was clean. I only stayed for one night and didn't have breakfast, so I can't attest to the quality of that. This location is good for travelers. Don't expect to use the pool, it was green. Maybe they clean it for the summer.

This property is a little bit off the beaten path, which was desirable for me. The pool was absolutely sparkling clean, and being that it was 95° that day, it was awesome. The staff are super friendly and nice. Very accommodating... for helping me get my TV to work. Had a great night's sleep.

We picked this location because of pictures of the building and they advertised they had a laundry for the guests. When checking in I asked about the laundry and they gave the location. I asked if they had detergent and they said they did not have any for sale and there was a Walmart a couple of miles away. No problem there but when going to checkout the laundry area it had a sign that said out of order on the door. Would have been ok with that but when I asked the front desk did not tell us it was out of order.

Breakfast reminded me of Covid, with Seran wrapped frozen waffles and pancakes, individually packaged mini muffins and granola bars, etc, and three crockpots with sausage links, gravy for the biscuits, and reconstituted eggs.

The first bad sign was cars being worked on in the parking lot. Check in was normal enough. Room smelled like someone was chain smoking mixed with mildew. Tub was leaking. Pillows were throw pillows. Room felt dirty. We left immediatly and found another hotel. Site denied refund.

We loved how clean and convenient this location was after having been in Memphis all day. The rooms were VERY clean, neat, etc. There was no elevator, so if you have mobility concerns, request the first floor. The staff was sooo helpful and nice. We will definitely stay here again. As a matter of fact we are planning our next stay...just waiting on dates to be set and announced so we can then book!

The room smelled like smoke. The sheets were clean, but the mattress had stains in it. I found out about the mattress because the sheets didn’t cling to it. The chair had holes and stains. The room had a dirty feel to it all around.

Room was dirty. Bedding was NOT changed since (at least) last occupant (as evidenced by body hairs present between the sheets). Lots of grime and dust throughout. Tub drain was slow. Property is in need of maintenance. It's pretty run down.

This has always been my go to when staying in Memphis due to the separate bedrooms. However, this trip will probably be my last due to an employee’s children living in the room above us, stomping all hours of the night. One night we were there we were woken at 1 and 4 AM with them jumping around.

The hotel was packed when we arrived but the front desk lady was very kind and welcoming. Our room was on the top floor. The room was humid the whole time because of the a/c unit but we didnt mind it that much. There was no smoke detector and the fan in the bathroom made a noise when you first turned it on. Our room had 2 double beds and one was broken on the frame making it lean a bit. So we just slept on the other one. There was a gap under the door where bugs would crawl in from outside so we placed a towel there to avoid it. If you aren't planning to stay in the room for much other than sleeping then this is an okay place for the smaller price you pay. But if you brought a family that would be spending most of their time in the room, I'd look elsewhere.

They gave me and my daughter the key to an occupied room. Not to be dramatic, but honestly, we could have been killed walking in on the person in their private room. It was such a terrible experience. Then they couldn't refund, but also wouldn't write something just saying we didn't stay there. They offered another room, but the place had shady people wandering around at 12:30 a.m., it smelled bad and looked dirty. We did not feel safe, so we left and found another place to stay

Management was rude and unhelpful. My family has stayed here often over the years. The stay is usually 3-5 days each visit. Each visit has gotten less enjoyable due to Management/front desk. I was charged for a night that I did not use. Management claimed Expedia refused to removed the charge or cancel the reservation. After hours of communication with Expedia and Motel Manager I got NOTHING. The Motel said EXPEDIA was at fault and needed to cancel the reservations. Expedia chat rep said the the motel refused the cancel. I explained to Manager that Expedia said that they spoke with the Motel and they refused to cancel. At that point I was told that maybe I shouldn't use Expedia next time. I WILL NEVER USE THIS MOTEL AGAIN. Chances are Expedia will NOT be used as well. FYI; the Expedia chat agent was very professional.

When I checked in in the evening staff was friendly and understandable. Went in office during day time and the person behind the counter I couldn’t even understand what he was saying you can’t have someone behind counter taking care of customers that don’t speak plain Clear English

Had to asked several times for towels The first was morning about 9am then about 1 pm then last time was about 7pm. The first time was with house keeping the next two was phoning the front desk the last time the asked if we could come get the towels Even though our group stay there 2 to 3 times a year I doubt that I ever stay there again

I made a reservation online the day before arriving. When I arrived it took about 20 minutes for the front desk representative to get me checked in. I was given a room key to a room that was already occupied. Mind you it’s 2am and I opened the door of complete strangers!!! How dangerous is that??? She barely offered me any type of apology or compensation. I’ll NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN! The room wasn’t very inviting either. The smell wasn’t very pleasant

The check in process was easy with friendly service. The property itself was apparently well taken care of and attractive from the inside and out. The breakfast offered was very good as well. I liked the touch of the visual items under the beverages including the cows under the milk. Thanks for a very pleasant atmosphere. I will recommend your property to anyone travelling in the area.

They only checked us in for 1 day causing 5 interruptions within a half hour. One maid knocked on the door and entered and my husband was in a towel we had told them 3 times in half hour no service needed only to be called and asked when we were leaving. We had only stayed one night. Error fixed but had to go in the office and give them my credit card again we had told mail 3 times before the 4 when she walked in on my husband in a towel very disappointed. Was told all people were new. And a huge language barrier will never stay here again

I like the convenience of the property to the USA baseball stadium. I loved that i felt safe. You hear so much negative about Memphis area so i was concerned. The room was clean. The hallways and entries were not cleaned daily because i saw the same stains and i feel it should be kept as well but overall nice place. Would stay again

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, although the items in the room seemed rather old and worn out (dresser, pillows, shower curtain, etc.). Breakfast was pretty standard for the price. The area seemed rather shady, but we didn't run into any issues with theft / crime. Overall I wouldn't want to stay for too long, but it was fine for the one night we stayed.

They had a different price in Expedia than at the facility. When claiming the prices advertised they pretty much said that is impossible for us to match. I paid what they demanded not as advertised and they claimed to have breakfast but the facility was under construction so they said no breakfast and didn’t reduced the price any. They won’t even give me a check out receipt. As if getting the hotel From Expedia was not a good thing! I will never go back to that place

the room was extremely over exaggerated in the outdated ac unit, old tv (no smart tv), hot tub, carpeting, shower… what’s shown in pictures is not it’s reality! the breakfast the same each morning. idk what type of eggs those were, biscuits and gravy w/ water as the gravy… everything else was heat it yourself and pray the fact that bc it sat at room temperature for the duration that it’s still healthy. clearly the went to dollar tree and bought various snacks and put them on display as foods for guests. every cheap and shortcut-able path, they took.

Real nice hotel option within reach of Memphis. They are under renovations, so some consideration needs to be granted, but still the rooms are large and comfortable with little noise from neighboring rooms. The TV and dresser could be larger, but again, they are currently renovating so these will likely be upgraded soon. The breakfast was much larger and comprehensive than most hotels at this price range.
