Bra hotell med bra läge i Akasaka. Trevligt område med massor av små Izakayas och stora moderna restauranger. Hotellet har 2 uteplatser vilket är ovanligt. En på taket och en vid gatan 👍 Massor av badrumsprodukter i små förpackningar erbjuds gratis vid receptionen 💯 Frukosten passade inte oss. Det finns en 7/11 precis bredvid hotellet. Bra hotell som vi gärna återkommer till.

Happy hour was a great amenity

Nice hotel close to many restaurants and subway station. We loved the sky lounge which is a rooftop patio. Coffee is free all day. We were able to park the car in front of the hotel for a few cheaper than the surrounding parking garage fees. Check them out!

The staff were very friendly upon arrival. The hotel was clean, and close to lots of rail lines and good restaurants. And a 7-11 right next door. The room had a fridge, kettle, blow dryer, lots of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. In the lobby was coffee and tea for free plus chocolates and crackers for free. Also a whole shelf of free items you may need during your stay from toothbrush to razors to a moisturizing face mask. Laundry is 800 yen for a wash and dry, then 100 yen for 20 more mins of drying if you need it. Small loads works better. There is happy hour every night with free wine, ramen and shaved ice. And karaoke in Thursdays. The bed was comfy and the room was clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely staff at this cute hotel near restaurants and train station. Comfy rooms, breakfast in the lobby and tea and coffee available all day. Laundry and drinks machine in lobby as well. Next door to 7-11 for atm and snacks. Nice little cafe in lobby to hang out if you arrive before checkin.

Great place with lots of perks. The staff are very friendly and always willing to help. There are extra perks on specific days/times. Fri/Sat you roll a dice for a chance to get a free drink, everyday in the evening there is free bowl of ramen. You also get to “rent” free items like a foot massager and a better hair dryer amongst other things for the entire duration of your stay. Very foreigner friendly and everybody spoke english. Also two stations are very close, about 10min walk (Akasaka Sta. - Chiyoda Line) and (Tameike-sannō Sta. - Ginza Line). Would recommend this hotel to friends.

Sauberes, typisch kleines Zimmer. In der Lobby können verschiedene Gesichtsmasken, Zahnbürste, Zahnpasta, Haarmasken, … mitgenommen werden. Zudem stehen Getränke und ein paar Kekse/Schokolade bereit. Die Angestellten sind super nett und abends hat man einen tollen Blick von der Dachterasse. Neben dem Hotel ist direkt ein 7/11 und diverse andere „Supermärkte“ sind in der Nähe. Das Hotel befindet sich ca. 5 Laufminuten von der Akasaka Station entfernt, diese ist als „Harry Potter“ Station sehr schön gemacht.

The staff here are very friendly and helpful! The whole vibe is very nice. There’re karaoke nights from thurs - sat. It’s quite different from usual hotel and it’s very fun!

Clean room convenient location.

Staff was great and they offer a lot of amenities. The only thing is our bathroom had a lingering mildew smell and the room overall just felt a little grimy.

Friendly staff who were attentive to our requests, even helped called an ambulance for my family when he was feeling ill. The room appeared to be clean but on closer inspection the hidden areas of the room looked like they hadn't been dusted in months

Conveniently located between 2 metro stations for exploring Tokyo. Rooms very small but functional - we had no outlook on 4th floor. Blackout blinds helped us have a good sleep. Complimentary drinks from 5-7pm was a welcome start to our evening. Staff were all very young but friendly and extremely helpful.

The rooms really are small if you have two normalsize luggages. Impossible to acess them when you are in the room at the same time...

The rooms were very small but fine for one person. Some of the photos make the rooms look bigger than they are. If you have a lot of luggage or are buying a lot of stuff you might want to look elsewhere. And if you lose your key they will charge you for a new one.

The location is super convenient to Akasaka Station (2 blocks away), close to lots of businesses (bars/eateries), and the combini right next door was super helpful. Rooms are a tad on the small size. The laundry machine is combination washer/dryer, and does not have separate cycles.

Rooms are not soundproof Andi could hear my neighbors all night. They also have is joining rooms which was creepy.. Main door too the roommate is also thin so you can hear everything outside of the room. No phone in room which is inconvenient.. heating system is loud so I was awake most of the night. The area is great.. Close to a lot of great conveniences. Price was good.. Just not a fan of the actual hotel but on a budget may be worth a visit if you are not a light sleeper

I returned to Hotel SUI Akasaka by ABEST this May and had another solid experience. Areeya handled check-in on the day I arrived. My flight landed nearly an hour early, and although check-in wasn’t available yet, the staff was fine with holding my luggage at the lobby. I stepped out to an Excelsior Caffé nearby while waiting. My room was the same type as during my previous stay, just on a different floor, so it felt familiar and easy to settle into. Cleanliness and upkeep were consistent, and everything worked as expected. Over the course of the stay, the front desk team was responsive and helpful. Natasha answered a number of questions I had, including some about getting the most out of my DisneySea visit. Taha remained cheerful and efficient—he brings good energy to the front desk. Na Hansol helped clarify details about using the Air Porter service for my return trip to Narita, especially since I had an early flight. She took the time to check with the service directly, which I appreciated. Yin was friendly and welcoming whenever I passed through the lobby. He was busy managing things but remained professional throughout. Check-out was smooth and handled by Natasha, Areeya, and Chingis, who all left a good final impression as I wrapped up my stay. Overall, the hotel continues to offer a good balance of location, comfort, and dependable service. It’s well-suited for travelers looking for a reliable base in Tokyo with easy metro access and attentive staff.

All the staff were super, super friendly and made my Son and I (from Scotland) feel very, very welcome. Exceptional staff.

Wish the room had little more space, but all staff were very kind and helpful, the room was clean, great location, etc etc. Harry was awesome! I was impressed by them walking outside and seeing every guest off after their check out! I’d love to go back there.

Was initially apprehensive b/c the location was in Akasaka which no one ever talked about as an area to stay as a tourist. Lovely hotel with friendly staff and Natasha was the sweetest. The hotel is in a quaint residential area with a 7/11 right next door and a few other connivence stores/markets nearby. Train station within walking distance. Rooms are small but doable. Overall great hotel and wonderful stay.

It's very conveniently close to Akasaka Station and there's a couple of convenient stores right around the corner.

Our stay was great. We had 3 rooms and all were clean and tidy. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was quiet and very nice. Very close to Akasaka station and easy access to 7 Eleven and Lawson.

Fantastic service. The japanese breakfast was really good and a nice way to start the day.

This was a great spot for my 3 night stay. Central location to many sightseeing locations. Hotel area itself was pretty quiet but did have a few food options. Short walk to livelier area. Amenities were good - really enjoyed the Japanese breakfast and there were western options as well. Also made use of the free ramen in the evening and appreciated that there is a free happy hour as well (though didn’t make that one). No problem recommending this hotel and I would stay again.

The breakfast options met my needs - toast, cereal and for breakfast included i had the japanese breakfast a couple of times which was quite different to the usual NZ breakfast. The bed and pillows were comfy,. The only negative really was the shower which baiscally pointed horizontally. The room was super small but thats expected - lucky both of us are travelling lighter without suitcases to accommodate this. It was a short walk to the train station and hub of restaurants so - a great location.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff are all such wonderful people, always cheerful and eager to help. There are many freebies, coffee/tea, even free happy hour. I highly recommend staying here as the service is top notch. The rooms are on the smaller side but well laid out. I stayed at a few chain hotels (APA) in my visit to Tokyo and I would highly recommend this hotel over the chain brand. I felt so welcome and the comforts are better if not the same.

El personal muy amable, lo único malo es que no te dicen que hacen limpieza cada 2 días y el desayuno está muy básico
