Unfortunately there was no hot water for over 24 hrs plus. I moved to the sole room in the groundfloor with a bit of water and not for long. Problem was with a pump. These things cannot happen in a 5 star hotel with matching price.

Located in the heart of Salamanca, you cannot find a better location than this in Madrid. 100% walkable area, the best boutiques and restaurants near by, beautiful property, excellent warm service and great breakfast. Totally recommended!

Not worth the hype! Hotel pretty basic for the price (old, very uncomfortable beds, amenities and buffet were pretty basic) Not what I would expect from a hotel this category and price. Would not recommend. Will not return.
