Buena ubicación en Gran Vía, pero demasiado caro para un hostal situado en la quinta planta de un edificio de apartamentos antiguo. El personal sólo atendía una parte del día y no proporcionaba más servicios que los estrictamente necesarios. Lo mismo ocurre con la habitación, amueblada y mantenida de la forma más económica. No me quejaría si no tuviera el mismo precio que cuando me alojé allí, esperaba un poco más de un lugar que cobraba 220 € por noche...

Excellent location - only 1 metro transfer station from the airport (~40mins). Very basic, aged but clean enough, comfy bed. Friendly staff, but communication gap about the difficulty of opening the HUGE, HEAVY (but beautiful vintage) front door after hours left me stranded and frustrated on the footpath at 1.30am (I had to get the shopkeeper next door to call the overnight porter to let me in). I only paid AUD $124/night so I feel given the location, it was good value. I wouldn't pay any more.

Uno va a un alojamiento para dormir, la acústica infernal. No tiene sentido común que pongan una habitación, enana porque es individual, al lado del ascensor y las escaleras. Antiguamente era la entrada a otra casa. El ascensor es el típico de "Aquí no hay quien viva". Hace un ruido horroroso. No pude dormir en toda la noche, entre ascensor, los portazos y ruidos de los propios huéspedes. Se oía todo y eso que tengo pérdida auditiva.

Las fotos estan muy lindas, pero no es la realidad de las habitaciones, estan desmejoradas, tuve que pedir cambio xq no tenia calefaccion, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, en la ducha no corria el agua, el baño no tenia ventilacion y habia olor feo, la luz del baño tampoco funcionaba. Hicieron el cambio y esruvo mejor, pero 1 noche la pase en 1 habitacion con todos los faltantes que mencione. No volveria a hospedarme alli.

Bargain room right on Gran Via. Small and no frills. Main issue was that the front door did not open with key provided and needed to be buzzed inn. They were responsive via whatsapp, however this is a concerning issues.

La habitación que me asignaron no llega a los 5 metros, no debería pasar el filtro de ninguna plataforma de alojamientos... Antes representaba el acceso de entrada al piso ubicado cerca del ascensor con exceso de ruido, el colchón es cómodo pero me levanté con 5 puntos rojos, probablemente producidos por picaduras de algún chinche (picores).

The property i belive is over rating. High price for what your get. Room are ok bathroom dirty, the carpet is in back chape and the internet was very bad. Only in one area. The only good thing was the location otherwise is not working. This was my only and last time staying there.

The windows did not shut, therefore you could smell when someone was smoking downstairs on the street. The shower head didn’t work and the door didn’t close, therefore all the water kept getting in the floor. It was old and dirty. Every time I went to the restroom I felt I was in bar bathroom

No funcionaba el aire acondicionado, la limpieza no era la adecuada, la pintura de las paredes está vieja, desgastada y sucia. El baño tenía humedades y olía raro... No recomiendo este hotel a no ser que estés mal de dinero. La zona es muy buena pero está todo demasiado envejecido y no se preocupan de renovar las cosas. No voy a mostrar fotos porque madre mía el baño y la habitación...

Ubicación de 10. Pero la habitación no estaba limpia,el wc olia a orina,las lamparas con tres dedos de polvo,el balcon no cierra bien y entra frio,la manpara de la ducha no cierra se sale el agua al ducharte. Jabón escaso.

Muy bien todo en relación precio calidad… Limpio … bien cuidado… el baño moderno y con secador de pelo .. Muy agradable todo y las chicas de la recepción muy atentas. También brindan servicio de guardado de valijas grandes por 5 Euros por día.

Looks nothing like on the pictures. Very run down. Dust is embedded in switches, doors and walls are damaged. Tiny room. Bathroom very dated too. It shouldn't be allowed to charge so much and provide so little to the customer. The state of the bathroom rug - falling apart and totally worn off) illustrated perfectly the hotel standards (shame I wasn't able to upload pics for some reason). I was also given dodgy keys and couldn't get in at 2:30am in the morning. Reception seems to be doing A la Carte hours so don't rely on info provided on the hotel page. The location is the only positive here. Staff were pretty friendly too I'll give you that. I've stayed in many budget hotels including cheap motels in LA and this is the worst hotel I've stayed in to date.

Esta muy bien situado, pero las habitaciones, o al menos la que me asignaron a mi necesita algo de reparación ( techos negros, mampara en mal estado ) El baño era demasiado pequeño ( tenia habitación doble con bañera de hidromasaje en la habitación ) .Cuando quitabas el tapón de la bañera de hidromasaje salía el agua por el plato de ducha del baño.La habitación daba para una calle lateral de gran via pero hasta la1-2 se siente bastante barullo de gente y de vehículos. El personal de recepción perfecto, super amables y serviciales. Según haces el cheking te dan las llaves para que tengas libertad de entrar a cualquier hora puesto que por la noche no hay personal en recepción.

Una experiencia genial, las chicas de recepcion majisimas, muchas facilidades a la hora de expresar lo que uno necesita, las habitaciones son grandes y estan muy limpias, ademas de tener llave propia, el hostal en general esta muy bien, tanto situado como interiormente, repetiré sin duda alguna si vuelvo a Madrid.

Una experiencia genial, las chicas de recepcion majisimas, muchas facilidades a la hora de expresar lo que uno necesita, las habitaciones son grandes y estan muy limpias, ademas de tener llave propia, el hostal en general esta muy bien, tanto situado como interiormente, repetiré sin duda alguna si vuelvo a Madrid.

La atención pudo haber sido mejor. Entregaron una habitación distinta a la solicitada. Mi acompañante recibió un regalo sorpresa y no fueron del todo amables al recepcionarlo. Por último, duplicaron el cobro pues me solicitaron el pago anticipado y luego se activó el pago automático un día antes del check out. Fue devuelto un día después del mismo.

Buena ubicación en Gran Vía, pero demasiado caro para un hostal situado en la quinta planta de un edificio de apartamentos antiguo. El personal sólo atendía una parte del día y no proporcionaba más servicios que los estrictamente necesarios. Lo mismo ocurre con la habitación, amueblada y mantenida de la forma más económica. No me quejaría si no tuviera el mismo precio que cuando me alojé allí, esperaba un poco más de un lugar que cobraba 220 € por noche...

cannot beat the location, but this was too "backpacker" level (e.g., no place to charge one's laptop except in the "suitcase" place: maybe some topological rearrangement of the room could help, but ad is I'd pass next time...

The property i belive is over rating. High price for what your get. Room are ok bathroom dirty, the carpet is in back chape and the internet was very bad. Only in one area. The only good thing was the location otherwise is not working. This was my only and last time staying there.
