お部屋も広いし、清潔で、スタッフの方もとても親切で良かったです。チェック合うと後も荷物は預かってもらえます。エレベーターは狭いので、大きなスーツケースがあると二人までしか乗れないかもしれません。個人的には、ロビーに置いてあるレモン水が、冷え冷えで毎回生き返る思いでした。また利用します。

This hotel is a short walk from Atocha train station. Which is convenient for train travel. It was a very short walk from Reina Sophia, which is lovely and Reto Park. The center of town is a little far and required either taxis or public transportation. There’s a metro stop near the Reina Sophia that we used to get around. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff was very nice. I would recommend it.

We chose this hotel because it was close to Atocha Station and we had planned a few train trips in and out. The hotel is modern, stylish, and very comfortable. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. Staff were always friendly and helpful, and even though we could speak Spanish, their English was perfect. Highly recommended!

A nice comfortable stay - breakfast is very good with a wide selection - especially good due to close walking distance to 2 major Madrid art galleries. The staff were lovely and went out of their way to add value and the room itself was very nice. The only very slight negative is that lighting in the room could be improved. There’s no main room light, only lights on each side of the bed.

ホテルのセキュリティに問題あり。夜中の0時を過ぎた頃、同じ部屋の鍵を持った客が入って来て、びっくりしました。鍵は安全ロックもかけていたのに開いたという事は、安全ロックの意味がありません。ホテルがどう対処するか、翌日フロントにクレームを言いましたが、新しい鍵を再発行して、もう大丈夫と言うだけで、謝罪もありませんでした。日本ではこんな事ありえないし、もっと真剣に取り扱かわれます。また誰か入って来ないかと不安になって眠れず過ごした客の気持ちを考えて欲しい。また、壁も薄く隣の部屋の上の部屋の音がまる聞こえです。このホテルはお勧め出来ません。

The hotel was exactly what we required for a weekend in Madrid. An excellent location to sight see and from the money we walked in the staff were all very friendly. Rocio on reception checked us in quickly when we arrived and dealt with any questions efficiently. She is an asset to the hotel.

When we checked in to this property on Saturday, October 14, ( through a different website), they told us we did not have this reservation! Therefore, we stayed somewhere else because when we tried to confirm with Travelocity ( through email and telephone) we were told we had no upcoming reservations!!! Now we’re paid for a room we didn’t stay in !! Please help!

Hotel simples. Antigo, repaginado mas sem perder o aspecto antigo. Cama boa. O ar condicionado travado no aquecimento causando uma sensação desesperadora de calor, mesmo forçando a abrir a janela e aturar os ruídos externos, ainda assim era quente. Café caro (20E). Perto na estação de trens, mas um pouquinho longe do metro. Isolamento acústico ruim. Boa limpeza. Sem controle de segurança/acesso. Apostei na supervisão da rede, mas de fato, mobilia e instalações denunciam a idade. Custo benefício ruim.

The room was good and the staff very helpful. charging a flat 25 euros for breakfast is unacceptable when all we want is coffee and a roll or an egg. It is rather close to the Prado but the neighborhood had few restaurants or cafes and people sleeping on the sidewalk. An area of heavy traffic and little charm. Very close to the Reina Sofia and Atocha Station. Again the staff are very helpful and the room clean and well equipped.
