Very nice hotel. Very clean and enjoyed the rooftop pool and dining!

I left a review already. I wanted to add that their hotel gym is probably the best equipped hotel gym i have ever seen. Anything you need is in there. Great experience overall.

The spa was amazing. My fiancé and I had a couples massage and it was excellent! Friendly staff clean facilities. I highly recommend it as it is super affordable.

Are you running a Club or a premium Hotel? Any actual profit that you make from the club is going to be more than offset by the revenue you lose by not providing a quieter environment in the rest of the hotel

This is a legit really nice hotel, very professional, great restaurants, great service, rooftop pool, every service 24 hours.

Spent 9 nights here. The buffet was great. The room was very comfortable and very nice bed and shower. Walking distance to Parkmall. Nice restaurants in hotel and room service was good as well. The only knock was the pool bar staff which was NOT good. Had to wait a very long time for service both times I visited. Also once they finally took my order it took nearly 20 minutes to get my drink which was a simple beer in a can. I have been a bartender before in Hollywood, CA at a night club so I recognize poor bartenders and poor bar service.

Only had an overnight stay. Check in was quite slow maybe it was a weekend. The key cards didnt work so housekeeping across the room had to open our room.The bathroom easily gets flooded. Water seems like coming from walls. The carpet on the 6th floor (2nd room) was stinky. The rooftop was pretty cool; the kids pool and the bar. Breakfast buffett was a so-so.

My only concern was the shower area; there were yellow stains on the tiles.

The stay at this hotel ruined the rest of the trip. I became sick and my friend had an allergic reaction based on the hotel putting us in a room with mold. After inhaling the environment mold elements that filled the room, I became sick. A sickness that I am still experiencing while typing this review. The rest of Cebu, Chaing Mai, and the plane ride home was not so good with me being sick. In fact I had to get out of my seat over seventeen times to blow my nose and to cough up cold during the plane ride back home. We didn't participate in going out at night to club because I got sick and I didn't get any souvenirs from Bangkok because I was sick. I barely ate anything after I got sick and also I wasn't able to get a massage in Thailand because I got sick. It all started because of this hotel room was full of mold. After informing management that our Room had mold. Management did move us to a better room, took care of our transportation to the airport, and give us a late check out. The three managers I met Lee, Manus or Venus, and a lady whom I don't remember were very nice to us after they learned what we experienced. Although this still cost us a lot of money for a vacation that was ruined with the mold.

Check-in was a breeze, but my room had a huge stain on the wall below the TV, as if someone spilled coffee everywhere. Also, the sheets weren’t spotless.

Television reception need's improvement! Room 1752, screen would freeze, then come back on minutes later. Hard to follow what you are viewing when there is such a gap between then and now.....

I've stayed here several times over the past 10 years. In general, I consider it the best hotel in Cebu for the price they charge. It's very clean, everybody is really nice, the breakfast buffet is great, and the area is convenient as it is safe to walk around and has a shopping center right across the street. Two things that I consistently have issues with are the AC and TV though. The AC never works properly. It is freezing cold no matter how you set it. I basically just flip it on and off every couple hours to manage the room temperature. The TV is less of an issue, but cable channels do not come in that clear.

Pool is nice, food is good, beds are hard, refrigerator in room doesn’t cool. View from my room is of the roof (terrible). Nothing in this area to do. Inconvenient amenities, no ice or drink access. Staff is great!

The room is not that big as I expected… compared to the picture during booking. And when I asked if there’s another room bigger or maybe family room. I’ve been just said that all rooms are same size lol.

This is a fantastic hotel, there are so many choices for places to eat in the hotel itself but if you need anything the hotel doesn’t offer there is a huge mall across the road that is more than capable of filling in the gaps. The room was comfortable and spacious with all the facilities you expect from a high class hotel.

I have requested a Deluxe King Room. They ended up giving me a room with two twin beds instead of a king bed. They told me the king bed is subject to availability. Interestingly, I know someone who booked the same thing AFTER I booked mine but he did end up getting the king bed. Not sure how that works…..

It was okay but very disappointing. The staff has luck of communication. They double charge us not just once but twice. It took so long to figure out everything and it took so long yo order your food.

Great hotel and amazing staff whom were all very courteous, helpful and accommodating. My issue with this place is how slow the check-in/out process are, For me at least i stood in line for about 15-mins only to be told that my room wasn't ready, I then waited 45-mins and no one ever got back to me despite me sitting in the lobby. It wasn't until i asked a staff member about my room again that they ended-up upgrading me which i appreciated. Days later i decided to extend my stay and i was informed by a lady in the front that the price would be higher about 6000PHP but said i could make a reservation online again and stay in the same room, Fair enough so i make my reservation online and upon inquiring about it i'm told that they're unable to do this and that i would have to change rooms, Okay fine although it seems counterproductive. A day later i come back to lobby to check-out and the gentleman there says i don't have to leave the room, That he would merge my registrations and i could stay in the same room; I appreciated what he did for me but the staff communication seems to be all over the place. Lastly there is the buffet, I visited the buffet here on a Monday night at 8pm and it was the single most disgusting food i had tried. To start the food was cold despite sitting in the warming pans, It was clear that the staff stopped putting out fresh food, I stop by the Ribeye & Lechon station only to have the staff member serve me grizzle, It was clear he was untrained.

My stay at the Bai Hotel was excellent. The staff were professional and polite and the food was beyond my expectations. It is what every guest would like to have when they visit, a worry free moment. My thanks to the hotel and to its wonderful staff.

Convenient checkin and fast checkout.Room is clean and smells good. Staff are courteous and very helpful. It’s great they take record of taxi information whenever guests take cabs.

Stayed at Bai Hotel 3/03/24-3/05/24 but had an early check out on 3/04 at 8pm due to my flight being at 12am on 3/05. All of the staff including front desk, dining, housekeeping & Jason who helped with my luggages were super nice and helpful. However, upon check out on my way to the airport I received a call from the hotel saying the alarm clock was missing and I was being accused of taking it. I’ve traveled and stayed at many chain hotels such as Marriot, Hilton, & Hyatt and have never been accused of taking anything from the room. I was highly disappointed and mad that I was being accused of taking an alarm clock! I was heading home to the USA, why would I take or need an alarm clock? There was never an alarm clock in my room to begin with. I told them that if anything was missing, to check with their own staff. Prior to checking out of the room, the man who came to checked the room asked me to stepped out of the room before checking in which I thought was unnecessary. Maintenance also came into my room to fixed the power outage in my room without my presence. There were multiple people who came inside my room during my stay so any of them could’ve taken the alarm clock. If you’re planning to stay at Bai Hotel, make sure to take a video of your room upon arrival for proof of what was in your room before checking out!!!

Great location! Staff were very polite and welcoming. Our hotel room was excellent. Their breakfast buffet has great selections. Amazing infinity pool on the rooftop. One thing I was worried about is, they sell pool passes to non guest, but I was surprised that there weren’t a lot of people at the pool which was great! Overall, an excellent stay and will definitely be back.

I don't think the location of this hotel is great, However, there is a charm that can cover it. For example, trained customer service and hotel security.

They ran out of a lot of things to make drinks at the pool. The coffee machine at the pool was broken Tue entire two weeks we were there. The only place to get coffee is a detached coffee shot, it was very nice but to go out of the hotel and back in, you have to go through a metal detector and take everything out of your pockets everytime, kind of silly when there are people getting up to the pool that are not guests.

Buffet breakfast was fantastic. All kinds of tasty items. Quiet and well furnished bedrooms. Recommended.

Had a wonderful week stay. The staff were incredibly attentive and the hotel was beautiful. The rooftop pool and bar is definitely a highlight and must see. The buffet was my only disappointment, the food was dry, cold and not worth the price.

The breakfast and supper buffets had an excellent variety of food choices. The custom made omelets and indian food choices were great. Canned soda and mixed alcoholic drinks were VERY high priced.

We stayed for 2 nights, and overall, it wasn’t the most relaxing experience. The rooms were on the smaller side, which wasn’t a huge issue but something to keep in mind if you're expecting more space. One of the bigger annoyances was the elevator situation — despite having 6+ elevators, it took a long time to get on one. That was a bit frustrating, especially when you're in a rush. The buffet was another letdown. It was really crowded, and while the food was refilled, the selection wasn’t that great, and a lot of items ran out quickly. The whole experience felt chaotic, with people constantly waiting for food to be restocked. On the plus side, the pool area had a stunning view, and it wasn't crowded, which made it a much more peaceful experience compared to the rest of the hotel. A big shoutout to the staff, though — they were all incredibly helpful and always seemed happy to assist. Their positive attitude really made a difference in the overall experience.
