Staff were lovely (especially Rosa). Breakfast hours good, served until 11am but limited choice, restuarant served good evening meals. Lunch snacks that were supposed to be available between 1-3.15pm were not despite menus on tables in the outside bar area. Rooms quite basic - shower dated, aircon leaked onto the TV underneath. Pool was lovely but sometimes not enough loungers for guests.

Perfect!Room was gorgeous, and very spacious with a large balcony with loungers and table with two chairs. Room faced the gorgeous swimming area and pool.restaurant was excellent and great value! Long happy hour! Very extensive breakfast included ! Staff were all very polite and helpful. Highly recommend it. About 1mile walk to Balcón or 5 mins taxi ride. Great !

De kamer was schoon, handdoeken worden iedere 2 dagen verschoond i.v.m schaarste aan water. Op zich prima aangezien je er twee krijgt. Wij hadden een ruime kamer met 2 terrassen, waarbij we een geweldig uitzicht hadden op zowel de zee als op de bergen. Voor en achter het hotel kun je je auto parkeren. Reserveren is niet nodig. Vanaf het hotel is het zo'n 25 minuten lopen naar het strand. Let wel, het is bergafwaarts. Naar. het hotel is het een behoorlijke klim. Wij parkeerden onze auto halverwege de tocht naar beneden, dat wat met 30 graden uiteindelijk een betere optie. Het ontbijt had wat uitgebreider gemogen.

An average property with limited facilities, no comfortable lounge area, small pool, a distance from central Nerja & dining/bar areas. Restaurant food was nice and repetitive breakfast which was adequate. Limited parking. Supermarket adjacent, little public transport so walk down into town 20 mins and 10 euro taxi back up. Nerja is nice and some nice beaches. If you do Alhambra Palace independently be aware ID needed such as passport or driving photo licence to get in if you just roll up. Hope this helps. Los Arcos hotel is fine clean, tidy reasonable size rooms just a bit too far out in a personal level to say would recommend or stay again.

This is a lovely traditional Spanish hotel with great staff and fantastic views down over a Nerja to the sea. The pool area is lovely and peaceful with plenty of sunbeds. Rooms are very clean and comfortable and there is a great very reasonable bar with a 4 hour happy hour! We loved it.

Top class hotel,staff wonderful, room magnificent, food very good, and well priced.Happy hour 5.00pm until 9.00 pm!!! Lovely pool. A very minor difficulty is distance from town centre, about a mile depending upon route, but town bus one Euro pp, and taxi about six Euros per trip. Discover bus stops and the two taxi ranks, and life becomes a pleasure !

Our flight was delayed leaving the UK, so everything was delayed. We knew the hotel reception was due to close at 23:00 and we thought we might be right up against it, so rang Hotel Los Arcos as soon as we had collected our bags to let them know the situation and again once we were on the road. They were great! A lovely lady named Rosa was very helpful, her English was very good so we could confirm an approximate time of our arrival. They were waiting for us and even made time so that we could have a drink. The staff overall were great, friendly and efficient and very hard working. Our room was clean, the beds very comfortable, there was a fridge and safe for our use and our bathroom had a lovely walk-in shower with fresh towels when we needed them. From the balcony, we had a sea view one way and the mountains the other. The hotel swimming pool was almost right outside our door, we didn't use it, but it was there. Breakfast was a very generous buffet with a choice to suit every taste. We had a couple of meals in the restaurant and would recommend it. The food was excellent and it was fairly priced. Would I recommend Hotel Los Arcos? Yes. Would I stay there again? Absolutely.

Nice clean room with a very comfy bed and a kettle in the room. We also had a balcony which in summer would be lovely. Hotel looks a little tired and could probably do with a refresh outside.

Clean room. Nice staff. Sea view . The breakfast let the hotel down fruit not fresh awful choice of cheese and meat in horrible old chiller. Pastries not good just had bread roll and jam every morning. Really need to look at the whole set up and make a lot of changes.

Stayed one night, the hotel is across the street from a grocery store and has a restaurant attached to the hotel. The bed was comfortable however, the towels were rough very old. The room was filled with silverfish bugs. Contiously running around the room all night. The hotel itself looks a bit outdated.

No tiene nada que ver con las imágenes de internet. Pasillos muy oscuros, habitaciones con vista a un escampado, desayuno muy pobre. El restaurante no lo probamos, pero los precios no son baratos. La piscina, no está llena del todo, está como un metro por debajo del borde, es imposible salir si no es por la escalera. Al llegar, la “recepcionista” era una mujer asiática que casi no sabía hablar español. El parking para clientes, son 5 plazas en la puerta del hotel, siempre ocupadas. Tuve que aparcar en la calle. En la habitación había calcetines y resto de comida de otros bajo la cama. Lo recomendaría, para pasar una noche. Pero no para vacaciones y menos en familia.

Fint hotell, vi hade fin uteplats med solstolar på terassen och kunde gått direkt ut till poolen. Bra med gratis parkering. Helt ok frukost, men kunde haft någon variation i sin frukost (bodde 4 nätter). Vi hade små myror i badrummet som vi skrev till er om, dock hände inget inget under våra dagar där.

We only stayed one night, as breaking the journey from Granada to Malaga airport. It's a lovely hotel. It is a bit of a walk down to the beach from it, as it's up on the outskirts of the town centre. There is parking, but not lots of space. The room we had was enormous and lots of facilities. The terrace was huge and had stunning views to the sea. Lovely pool area too. Staff are friendly and very helpful. There is a restaurant attached and it serves fabulous food. There's a happy hour (lasts for 2 hours, from 5pm) for drinks too and you can sit outside in the front. Breakfast is fantastic, buffet of hot (eggs, bacon, sausage) and cold foods, all the fruit and pastries you can eat, cereals etc. It's a lovely hotel and I would have liked to stay longer. I'd definitely go back, didn't have chance to use the pool, it was a little cold on the day we arrived (April).

Awesome room for a family of three! It was huge and my daughter had her own bed on a pullout sofa. We had a spacious patio with a table and chairs as well as two lounge chairs. Partial sea view from our room on the ground floor, if you are on a higher floor you could see more. Breakfast was included and had a decent amount of options.
Awesome room for a family of three! It was huge and my daughter had her own bed on a pullout sofa. We had a spacious patio with a table and chairs as well as two lounge chairs. Partial sea view from our room on the ground floor, if you are on a higher floor you could see more. Breakfast was included and had a decent amount of options.

Room view is gorgeous and we got to enjoy sunrise right on our patio. Staff was very friendly. Room is a bit dated but well maintained and not run down. Unlike said in some reviews, we found the breakfast a pleasant and tasty experience with good selections including fresh bakeries, cold cuts, hot meat and eggs, fruits and beverages. Free parking is a plus. Will definitely consider coming back next time in Nerja!

Our flight was delayed leaving the UK, so everything was delayed. We knew the hotel reception was due to close at 23:00 and we thought we might be right up against it, so rang Hotel Los Arcos as soon as we had collected our bags to let them know the situation and again once we were on the road. They were great! A lovely lady named Rosa was very helpful, her English was very good so we could confirm an approximate time of our arrival. They were waiting for us and even made time so that we could have a drink. The staff overall were great, friendly and efficient and very hard working. Our room was clean, the beds very comfortable, there was a fridge and safe for our use and our bathroom had a lovely walk-in shower with fresh towels when we needed them. From the balcony, we had a sea view one way and the mountains the other. The hotel swimming pool was almost right outside our door, we didn't use it, but it was there. Breakfast was a very generous buffet with a choice to suit every taste. We had a couple of meals in the restaurant and would recommend it. The food was excellent and it was fairly priced. Would I recommend Hotel Los Arcos? Yes. Would I stay there again? Absolutely.

Lovely smaller hotel with a fantastic pool area and views down to the sea. Set in a good location with excellent sized balconies if you like more space outside. The buffet breakfast is decent but more limited to bread/pastries and some fruit but plenty of it. We had a superior room which was worth the small supplement and €20 to keep the room late on our day of departure was excellent value. Fantastic staff (especially Rosa) and the bar is very cheap and great for Happy Hour! Wonderful stay.

Gran hotel de 3 estrellas con una zona de piscina muy agradable y suficientemente amplia para el número de habitaciones. A mejorar el desayuno que aunque variado era algo pobre. En cuanto a la localización, está pagado a la carretera a Almería por lo que está algo lejos de la playa y del centro. Pero eso ya se sabe cuándo reservas y miras el mapa. En coche al centro son solo un par de minutos, aunque para aparcar es algo difícil. Por ello, lo mejor es aparcar en los aparcamientos de tierra y andando son unos 5 minutos al Balcón de Europa. Yo lo recomiendo, siempre que vayas en coche, si no mejor coger alguno más cercano a la playa pero por el precio es muy recomendable. En cuanto a la habitación muy espaciosa para 3 adultos con una amplia terraza. El aire funciona perfectamente lo que se agradece.

Gezellig hotel met veel ruimte om lekker buiten te zitten. Vriendelijk personeel, zeer schoon. Goed en uitgebreid ontbijt. Kamer mooi met balkon en koelkast. Restaurant in het hotel: goed eten voor een vriendelijke prijs. Lopen naar centrum 2,1 km, goed te doen. Leuk oud centrum.

De kamer was schoon, handdoeken worden iedere 2 dagen verschoond i.v.m schaarste aan water. Op zich prima aangezien je er twee krijgt. Wij hadden een ruime kamer met 2 terrassen, waarbij we een geweldig uitzicht hadden op zowel de zee als op de bergen. Voor en achter het hotel kun je je auto parkeren. Reserveren is niet nodig. Vanaf het hotel is het zo'n 25 minuten lopen naar het strand. Let wel, het is bergafwaarts. Naar. het hotel is het een behoorlijke klim. Wij parkeerden onze auto halverwege de tocht naar beneden, dat wat met 30 graden uiteindelijk een betere optie. Het ontbijt had wat uitgebreider gemogen.

A very minor difficulty is distance from town centre, about a mile depending upon route, but town bus one Euro pp, and taxi about six Euros per trip. Discover bus stops and the two taxi ranks, and life becomes a pleasure !

Staff were lovely (especially Rosa). Breakfast hours good, served until 11am but limited choice, restuarant served good evening meals. Lunch snacks that were supposed to be available between 1-3.15pm were not despite menus on tables in the outside bar area. Rooms quite basic - shower dated, aircon leaked onto the TV underneath. Pool was lovely but sometimes not enough loungers for guests.

Perfect!Room was gorgeous, and very spacious with a large balcony with loungers and table with two chairs. Room faced the gorgeous swimming area and pool.restaurant was excellent and great value! Long happy hour! Very extensive breakfast included ! Staff were all very polite and helpful. Highly recommend it. About 1mile walk to Balcón or 5 mins taxi ride. Great !

Clean room. Nice staff. Sea view . The breakfast let the hotel down fruit not fresh awful choice of cheese and meat in horrible old chiller. Pastries not good just had bread roll and jam every morning. Really need to look at the whole set up and make a lot of changes.

This is a good hotel with a lovely quiet pool area. The staff were very helpful plus there is a happy hour from 5pm until 8. It is a good 30 minutes walk to the beach, and it is very steep. About 30 minutes walk into Nerja town centre. The room was very clean and thankfully the air conditioning worked a treat.

Los Arcos have a very poor impression on arrival. It's a shabby old fashioned terracotta frontage amongst white pristine buildings. Parking is very difficult & staff at reception not helpful. We arrived a few mins early & were made to feel a nuisance. A simple free drink at the bar would have helpful. The receiption area is dingy, as is the breakfast area - cafe space. Bedroom had a large balcony & comfy huge bed, but again, dated. Bathroom small & towels seen better days. Plus side, lovely clean pool, down side, building works next door. Breakfast was basic - the cheapest sliced cheese & bread, over cooked eggs, lots of cakes. Altogether we used it as a base - it wasn't of the standard we expected for 3 nights - other locations were have been pleasantly surprised, so this wasn't a good comparison. Nerja old town & Frigliani both lovely.
