The hotel was perfect for a one-night stay needed near the airport. Most of the hotel has been remodeled however the room I stayed in had not been remodeled yet but it was very clean and well appointed. There is a beautiful spa amenity, unfortunately the night I was there it was closed. I found transportation to and from the airport extremely convenient. Reccomend.

I loved it here, but I stayed on the 9th floor and it was nice, I went to lower floors and there's a lot of water damage on the walls. But otherwise, I love the amenities in the hotel and especially the beautiful garden and pond! Will definitely stay here again on our way back to the airport!

The rooms and general hallway and facilities were the dirtiest and unkept and most damaged we have ever experienced at a hotel. This hotel should be classified as a 2 star accommodation. Room was dirty, dusty and had black mold growing in various areas including the room itself.

I was shocked because the room looked nothing like the photos when I made the reservation 😨. The room was dark and smelled musty, the main light didn’t even work, and part of the bathroom ceiling was peeling off—it was really surprising. It seemed like airline crews were also staying at this hotel, but if they’re being given the same kind of room, I feel really sorry for them having to rest here after such long flights.

Hotel was great, clean, convenient and affordable but the rooms were extremely hot. You have no acess to the temperature and have to call the dromt desk to lower the temp and it shuts off at a certain time and have to keep calling.

We were placed in the section that was below the ground floor in the Garden Wing. It was fairly run down and smelled like a basement. It was very spacious. Wi-fi was good. The airport shuttle was convenient and the price was very inexpensive; however, I think the rooms in other parts of the hotel were probably nicer. The smell made it an uncomfortable stay.

The hotel common areas were nice and breakfast was great but the room was awful. Dingy, run down, and stunk of cigarettes. The worst part was that there wasn’t any central AC. There was some weird button you could turn to « high » but that didn’t seem to do much. With three of us sharing the the room it got unbearably hot at night. No one could sleep which isn’t ideal ahead of a 10 hour flight.

This was a great place to stay if you need to be close to the airport. The shuttle bus is convenient, though be aware that the ride is fairly long, the buses run only every 30 minutes, and they service multiple hotels along the way. The hotel itself is somewhat dated, and the rooms are small and basic, but they are adequate for a short stay before or after a flight. I did enjoy a wonderful meal at one of the on-site restaurants, which was a pleasant surprise. The garden area is a highlight—a peaceful space with a lovely pond that gives the hotel more of a destination feel rather than just a simple stopover.

We were first in a room that had a strong mildew smell, and when brought to the attention of the staff we were promptly moved to another available room that was immaculate. The conbini downstairs was very convenient, as the hotel is a bit far from other stores. However, there are options for taxis and a shuttle bus from here. Would definitely stay here again.

Staff were very helpful and polite. Airport transport was a stress free win. A convenience shop inside the hotel. Our room was super dated and retro but did the job. Clean and functional. Lovely gardens. Frustratingly the queue for breakfast was huge and the restaurant had spaces. It was just inefficiently organised.

Airport shuttle was nice but that doesn't make up for the oldest room I've seen in real life. It was straight out of an 80s movie. No outlets near the bed, had to charge my phone in the bathroom. Went to the buffet for dinner, host was very standoffish but food was decent and the rest of the staff i interacted with were very nice.

The staff were very friendly. We appreciated the little market open all night (jet lag hit us hard at 3am). We LOVED all the amenities including robes, slippers, toothbrush, toothpaste, shower cap, comb, and more little things that made us feel welcome. Didn't have adequate time to explore the surroundings. All are well - shuttle service to Airport is regular and with helpful & pleasant staffs. There is also shuttle service to Narita neighborhood. Breakfast is excellent with good selections. The only downside is the room is a bit old (Garden Wing), but does the job for an overnight transit.

It's a very convenient location right next to Narita airport. The planes fly directly overhead, but soundproofing in the room was so excellent that we didn't hear a thing. The property was nice with a pretty walking path around the grounds. It is a bit secluded, but there is a Family Mart near reception so that you can purchase amenities and snacks. The breakfast buffet was very good and the staff was very helpful.

For a one week trip to Japan and traveling solely in the Tokyo Prefecture area? This was great. We chose this hotel because it was closer to NRT airport. It worked in our because they had a free shuttle to/from the airport (with a schedule/start & end time) which saved us money. We just planned our days around the last train/shuttle schedule. The closest train from the hotel was at the airport, too so it was easy to follow. When we first arrived, before we checked in we used their luggage storage service which was incredibly easy. The convenience store next to the lobby was great to any meal of the day and late night snacks. Our beds were made every day when we came back to our room and towels replenished. Overall, I'm happy we stayed here.

It's a very simple hotel that is easy to get to from Narita airport, but there is absolutely nothing around it. The hotel facade is nice but inside where the rooms actually are, are pretty old and dated. The plus point is the onsen onsite has multiple type of baths, saunas and is great for a relaxing time.

Good 1. Mr. Yagi (八木) at the reception offers excellent meticulous instructions on room locations, spa locations and shuttle hours to the airport (which we were very thankful as we managed to reach the airport with much time to spare on the first morning bus at 6am) - great job and service from the gentlemen. Can be better 1. Perhaps expectations can be better managed. We booked for 3 pax but was given a room to accommodate 2 adults and 1 child. We are fine with it but there were only towels for 2 pax and pillows for 2. Fortunately the size of the beds made up for the shortfall. 2. Perhaps soundproofing can be better. There happened to be a group of Chinese tourist on the same floor making very loud noise along the corridor and leaving their rooms opened when chatting loudy away. If there signs to remind the guests to lower their volume, it might help. Thank you.
