It had clean sheets, the mini-fridge was nice and cold, and the air conditioning worked. Those are the positives. The floors were dirty, the shower curtain was moldy, the drapes had cigarette burns, and our first night (out of two) the TV didn't work. When we needed to exchange a towel, there was only one clean one available in the entire hotel, so I'm glad we got it when we did. The breakfast is very limited, cereal and a few mini-muffins from the grocery store. The staff was actually friendly and did what they could with extremely limited resources.

Stayed 1 night

Dirty room, stained up mattress stained sheets, NO amenities, the cord was cut off of wall mounted hairdryer, there was a hole punched in bathroom door repaired with duct tape, no middle handle on shower to adjust temperature, the vent on bathroom wall was hanging on by a thread, add the slashed screen on the window to the room and the window (must have been broken in the past) was too small to even latch so we had to put a hanger in it for safety and could hear traffic threw it all night. When I brought my service dog, I was asked what breed she was & then I was questioned as to what my dog’s job was! I let them know that it is against the law to ask that. To which she said “Yes, I know, but people have tried to bring a chihuahua in here as a service dog before!” We also heard from another guest this morning, that room 101 has BLACK MOLD!! As her and her child were checking out of that room! At the premium price we paid due to it being Notre Dame’s first home game…… Not acceptable! Beware & AVOID staying here!!!

Stayed 1 night

Although the area had their power knocked out by severe storms, they still honored my husband and I’s booking. The front desk lady was super helpful and explained what had happened, unlike the previous hotel we had booked a room with that turned us away w/o explanation. Would absolutely stay again
