Parking Lot and driveway very tight and inconvenient.

Big room and comfy beds. HOWEVER, no microwave, no phone, no hangers, TV had only one crappy station, no hair dryer and plastic toilet tank handle broke so we had to reach in the toilet tank to flush the toilet. Bare bones for breakfast.

Where to begin. As we approached our room, our door was wide open. We had to check the room to be sure no uninvited guests or critters had entered. Once we closed the door, we noticed a giant hair ball stuck by the security lock. Yum! The toilet needed to be wiped down. The shower was more of therapeutic. Think garden hose trickle. God help anyone taller than 5ft5. The shower head had you feeling like buddy the elf tall. The tv didn’t work at all. The mini fridge was completely off. Oh, the microwave was a nice touch. It was outside down the walkway where it was “communal”. The overall comfort depends on how well you can rest knowing crack heads are close by and wondering if you might get stabbed. I think I slept a solid hour. The continental breakfast spread was the final touch. The spread included 4 pieces of bread, two pastries and some cereal. All in all, I would not recommend staying here. Hope we didn’t leave with bed bugs, just some memories of our time at the Econo lodge. I would recommend Freddie’s for dining. It was reasonably priced and delicious.

Noise with couple next door. Noise from construction workers. Loud Music. NO Wifi even though staff said it was. No parking out front, Construction vehicles blocking parking. Leaking or non-working Refrigerator. Had to move to a different room.

Need microwave in rooms

No phone in room no microwave. Door would not lock from the inside. Light out in the stairwell. No breakfast not even coffee. No closet in room just a rack with one coat hanger over the desk/table. It was a budget hotel hotel and it showed. No clean towels or trash emptied, but someone had been in the room because we left a light on and it was off when we returned and could smell cigarette smoke and we do not smoke.

There was blood on the sheets throw up on the wall it was by far the worst place I ever seen and been to I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy

Where do I start. This place is a DUMP. Do NOT spend your money here. The place needs lots of work. Key card not working. Mold in ceiling. Gap in the carpet into the bathroom. The only reason I booked originally was a cheaper price for an ND game compared to in the South Bend area. I should have paid extra and booked somewhere else.

Great staff. Clean rooms and high tech mirror. Paper thin walls so if your neighbors are noisy you hear it

Not a clean place to stay

Door was opened when I walked in, sink hadn’t been clean + there was hair in it.. just gross.

The room smelled like an old ash tray, even being a non-smoking room. The soap was used and put back into an old wrapper. We opened the window to help with the odor and it was full of cobwebs. It was very noisy until late in the night and if I could have found another place to stay, we would have gone. There was a concert a nearby town and no vacancies. I will never visit another Econo Lodge, anywhere.

When I pulled back the bedding, there was a short, curly dark hair on my sheet, not on top of the bed, but inside. Where you sleep. I was reluctant to involve the front desk due to some yelling in the lobby when I was checking in. I put a towel over the sheet and slept on that. The vanity is in the main room, and it has a motion sensor light that is very bright and so sensitive that it turned on every time I changed position in my sleep, waking me up several times. This would have been even more annoying if there had been another person in the room! The toilet also has a motion sensor light, also very bright, in lieu of a night night. The last thing I want is a bright light to disrupt my sleep when I make a trip to the toilet. There was a non-stop loud drip in the tub. I ended up leaving early in the morning because slept so poorly, so I can't comment on the breakfast, which hadn't started yet. Considering that it is just coffee and some muffins (according to the clerk who checked me in), I don't know why they don't start earlier.

While the room was okay in size some of the rooms had no remote for the TV. and when upon returning from a funeral the remote was missing again. The disabled room did not have any way for a disabled person to reach the shower head or move it down for ease of use. That room also had cigarette holes in the sheets, even though they are all smoke free. all 3 rooms' floors were dirty enough that after showering, feet were dirty just walking to the bed. So-Called free breakfast had horrible coffee that tasted days old, bagels were not fresh and no butter or cream cheese, no milk for the cereal and no way actually food or drinks back to the room without multiple visits. We will not return to stay there, the Best Western 200 feet away has much better at the same prices.

Our room was disgusting!

The room was clean, the AC unit worked great (important for me cause I like the room cold at night), the bed was on the harder side (the way I like it), and the staff was nice. I will say if you’re staying there for the free breakfast - it was basically cereal and a few muffins.

The floor was dirty, hair in the bed under the sheets, the door was broken and didn’t latch. management said don’t worry about it we have cameras if anyone tries to go in your room with the door unsecured. was told twice the door was broken and never fixed. we had to take all our belongings with us every time we left the motel because the door wouldn’t close!!!!!!! had to ask for soap shampoo. this is a junk motel for local hobos/meth heads. too bad we didn’t know ahead of time.

The room was clean and the towels weren’t scratchy. That was about it for the good. I had to be watchful of the door because it may or may not latch when you closed it. Had a difficult time getting the tv on, the “breakfast” was laughable and I either King Kong above me walking normally or someone who was trying to stomp through the floor ALL night!

Check-in/out staff were great! However, recently a previous guest had blown the electrical crucuit to the outlets in half of the room. Staff tried to help but couldn't, as professional help was needed. Offered us another room, but with one of the bed frames broken (she did tell us this upfront). We declined that as we were tired and already settled in.

My room (218) was connected to 217 with a locked door. BUT the people in 217 were noisy and one could smell what they were eating/cooking?

The lady who checked me in was nice but a bit lacking in friendliness. Room was clean but had to request extra towel. Furnishings were a bit sparse. Only one soap and shampoo for 2 lodgers, etc. Lady gave us downstairs room which was very nice of her. Had to drive quite far from main route to get there.

It’s a cheap room so you get what you pay for. It was clean though and the lady at the desk was nice and helpful. My biggest complaint is that the WiFi doesn’t work inside the room. It made it difficult to get work done.

Professional and pleasant staff, very clean accommodations, security patrols every fifteen minutes, and very affordable.

In general, the staff is friendly and the service is good. I chose this lodging because of the price and I wasn’t expecting the Ritz.

The hotel lost my reservation and i had to spend about about on the phone ith Hotels.com to get it fixed after driving for 4 hours. The breakfast that they had was stale cereal and bread for toast. There was no clock in the room.

DO NOT STAY HERE ! The lady in the office was nice, but this place was like a horror movie motel. We were moving from California to Virginia, so we’ve been staying in different hotels every night. We are traveling with a small dog and a cat so it’s harder to find places that accept those and they did so we booked it online. Starting with the front office, they said they have a continental breakfast. There was like one little thing of cereal, and that was it. We parked our car and walked up to the room, and there was a used Q-tip on the stairway and all the carpet on the stairways are kind of ripped up. Almost every door has dents in them like being kicked.We get in our room which stunk like some kind of hooker perfume. We then started looking at the reviews which were mostly 1 star so we started checking everything out and on our comforter in our room there was some yellow stains in the comforter. Who knows what that might be? Our kids room comforter was red like it was stained with blood. We were there about 20 minutes and decided to get a refund and leave. Lucky for us there was a Hilton right next-door that takes pets and was a very nice place. The area on the Econolodge to walk your dogs to go to the bathroom was just dirt and mud in the back. We went up to get a refund and she said she couldn’t do it but would tell the owner and would hope that he would refund it. No, I have to do a chargeback because they didn’t refund. This place should be an hourly motel. DONT GO HERE

The room was basic the air conditioning worked great. House keeping needs to clean between the bed & headboard I saw trash, paper and even an earbud someone lost. The breakfast was some muffins, cereal, bread to make toast no butter and a machine for coffee/tea. It was a cheap price so you get what you pay for in every aspect.

internet network did not work. Killed a grasshopper and a moth in the room. Water at sink hoked up backwords (cold on left Hot on right). Breakfast was very meager!

Overall ok. Great price, therefore not that great. Breakfast included shouldn’t be advaticed. Coffee was terribly watery and food was poorly. Front desk should have been more helpful when I arrived being so tired and looking for help.
