Excellent location and restaurant, truly incredibly prepared food. I dod book the hotel because it boasted a spa on the site, however i was told on arrival it was no longer there. This was disappointing as was my key reason for booking.

This hotel is perfectly situated in Girona. The room was large and the hotel was modern. We loved Adrienne at check in he made our stay extra comfortable. The restaurant was outstanding for dinner. Highly recommend stay here when in Girona!

The hotel was in an amazing location, a great restaurant Blanc attached which my daughter and I dined at which was fabulous. A shirt distance from the bustling square where we took evening drinks. The catherdral is a short walk away, which I recommend an early morning strill round the old town, so peaceful with beautiful architecture. Will definately stay here again.

Had a very pleasant stay visiting Girona and cycling. Staff was pleasant and courteous. Room was comfortable, spacious and clean. Cycling room downstairs was wonderful. Location is in the heart of the downtown and extremely convenient. Highly recommend for your next stay in Girona.

The location is fantastic. Walking distance from historic downtown, restaurants, etc. If you drive by car, there is no area to quickly park for unload and check-in. You have to park on top of the sidewalk at your own risk of car being damaged by passing cars and delivery trucks. Room was very comfortable and very clean. Garage parking situation was confusing, expensive, and not as convenient. Bicycle friendly. Large number of cyclists were staying in this hotel, with special garage and amenities to accommodate bike riders.

We have stayed here at least 10 times pre pandemic. It has always been excellent. This time was very different. The main entrance to the hotel has been maintained well but once in the lift to reach the bedrooms it is very much a different matter. The lift is extremely shabby with torn wall paper on the inside. The carpets on the hallways / passages and bedrooms are badly stained. Our wardrobe glass was dangerously broken. The bedside lamp was broken. Our friends had the heavy glass wardrobe door fall on them causing significant arm bruises. There was no recompense fir this damage. The bedding was excellent as is the location. Will not be staying here again unless they have a complete make over.

The Hotel was really good, I'm happy, unfortunatelly, the Sink and the Bidet were accoumulating the water, and it was unpleasant, little things that can bring down a beautiful stay.

Hotel in great location for proximity to old city, shops ,restaurants etc. 15 minute walk to train station. Spacious clean rooms if furnishings a little tired. Rooms had kettle and fridge which was big plus . Would recommend

El baño sucio. Tuve que llamar para que lo limpiaran. Mi marido casi se cae de una silla en el Cuarto porque estaba quebrada, la mujer de la Recepción apenas hizo un comentario cuando se lo dijimos. Expedía pido me devuelvan el dinero por 2 desayunos del día 18 ya que el hotel Dino que debido a un evento dejaron de servir a las 9 am. Nadie nos informó de esto. Necesito me reembolsen el dinero ya que el hotel me refirió a ustedes ya que a ustedes les pague no a ellos. Este hotel es 2 estrellas. Tengo fotos si las quieren ver se las mando para que actualicen su página web. Pagué demasiado dinero por ese lugar, no vale la pena. Estoy muy decepcionada y siento que tiré mi dinero por haber elegido ese hotel.

Très bon hôtel, excellemment situé, très calme et confortable. Propre si on ne regarde pas dans les coins. Le petit déjeuner ne mérite pas vraiment ses 15 euros. C'est un buffet mais le choix est un peu juste. On ne peut pas s'asseoir où l'on veut et on vous apporte le café, que nous n'avons pas aimé, au compte-gouttes. Le personnel à la réception était très aimable. Globalement, nous étions très contents et reviendrons avec plaisir ( avec petit-déjeuner à l'extérieur).

O hotel é muito bem localizado, pudemos fazer tudo a pé, pois é próximo aos pontos de interesse. Os funcionários são atenciosos e gentis. Achei só o serviço, no café da manhã, um pouco lento, mas não comprometeu a qualidade. O quarto é de bom tamanho, cama confortável. Único defeito, foi o chuveiro, a ducha muito fraca, a água esquentava e esfriada, precisa ser trocado urgente. Recomendo o hotel.

Although the location was fantastic and the staff were really helpful, the hotel itself needs some work to make it worth the price per night. Lots of damage to walls and fixtures, torn sheets on the bed, dated furnishings. For nearly 200€ a night with nothing else included (ie breakfast) I would look elsewhere next time I'm in Girona.

We booked the family room and it was very spacious, beds and pillows very comfortable. It was also nice and quiet. Close enough to shops, restaurants and bars. Girona generally feels like a lovely safe city. We just thought the room looked a bit tired and needs some attention and it suffered from a pet peeve of mine: nowhere to hang 4 wet towels and not enough hooks. Also the door stop in the bathroom needs a rethink, ouch!

Kamers prima beetje slechte laminaat vloer, parkeergarage slecht aangegeven door onvriendelijk receptie personeel, ontbijt wat chaotisch door alles op elkaar bij buffet, alleen melk voor de sereals geen yoghurt, personeel die niet echt hulpvaardig waren bij het onduidelijke ontbijt presentatie, duur hotel maar personeel mag wel eens bijgepraat, er waren ook vriendelijke bij maar dat was er maar 1

I’ve stayed here lots over the years, it wasn’t as good as it used to be. I was alone with 2 kids and the man on reception refused to help with the bags. The bath wouldn’t fill, we could only use the shower. It was a birthday and they advised they’d do something for the day but didn’t. The bathroom door kept locking us out. Overall for the money a little disappointed. But the beds were super comfy and location is great

Check in was a really bad experience, noisy bed, the soap in shower was empty and worst breakfast ever. Nothing hot a d warm milk and hot "cold" water. There was nothing good about this hotel in any way. And i have had more than 500 stays in hotels, so that says a lot
