Good location to visit Palace of Versailles, plus a wide choice of resturauants around the market area of Rue de la Paroisse. The hotel is on a quite street with all the usual facilities, including an exellent buffet breakfast to offer. Only downside is the small car park at the back, although we arrived early and a member of staff was really helpful in organising a space for us which seemed to be the last one, so probably best to visit by train if possibe. Otherwise all good.

Hôtel très bien situé à quelques pas de la place du marché des Halles Le Carré et des ruelles piétonnes. Un hôtel très bien tenu, personnel accueillant, le petit déjeuner est copieux et continental. Il y a un parking au sein de l'hôtel.

Excellent location, an easy 20 minute walk to the Palace of Versailles and a few minutes from the RER L train station. Room was clean and with all usual facilities. Breakfast quite sufficient. Staff friendly and helpful. Despite having a 24-hour reception, the confirmation email said checkin stops at midnight and you have to call for late arrivals after 8pm - but when I called, the staff didn't seem to know anything about this, they stated that reception was open 24 hours.

Absolutely great hotel! We stayed for one night and were lucky enough to get a parking spot, there are only around 10. The staff were super helpful and spoke great English. We had forgotten our travel chargers and the reception kindly loaned us a couple for the night. We then somehow, left a bag of gifts in our room after checking out. The cleaners found it and brought it out to reception for us to collect once we realised. Every single staff member was kind, helpful and warm. The location itself is fantastic. A few steps away from a quaint French market, 5 min walk to Versailles palace and 10 mins to the train station that takes you straight into Paris.

Very clean, nice, wonderful staff. Right in the center, lots of shops, restaurants, and very close to the palace and all the museums. Great location. The price and quality are right. I will recommend it to friends and acquaintances.

Breakfast was decent - not outstanding but well up to European standards. Only disappointment was fairly rubbish coffee (particularly by Italian standards) - Nescafé machine again the culprit. Spotlessly clean and newly refurbished on my floor. Initial issues with faulty room key (door mechanism as it turned out) which took 3 attempts to solve but otherwise faultless service. Tiny bit noisy in the mornings which was surprising for a top floor room.
Breakfast was decent - not outstanding but well up to European standards. Only disappointment was fairly rubbish coffee (particularly by Italian standards) - Nescafé machine again the culprit. Spotlessly clean and newly refurbished on my floor. Initial issues with faulty room key (door mechanism as it turned out) which took 3 attempts to solve but otherwise faultless service. Tiny bit noisy in the mornings which was surprising for a top floor room.

The location is superb, the property is nice, clean, quiet. The continental breakfast is nice and plentiful. Service is very nice and efficient. The beds are comfortable, and the bathroom was very clean and modern. 8-10 mins walk to the entrance to the palace. WiFi included.

Deco globale pas mal.. mais tous les matériaux sont "cheap" le bouton des toilettes cassé .. la tuyauterie de la douche qui se décroche du mur quand vous tentez de régler la hauteur de la douche.. beau et très propre mais.. ca mériterait un sérieux passage d'un technicien L'ennuyeux est le personnel d'accueil en communication privée sur le mobile le soir qui note votre demande de taxi distraitement pour le lendemain .. et bien évidemment qui ne l'a pas pris en compte.. résultat faut prendre un Uber en dernière minute et arriver en retard.. En bref comme les équipements .. ça nécessiterait que le management s'en préoccupe pour mériter une bonne note !

The reception team was very friendly, and fortunate for us, spoke excellent English to our weaker French. We were given a disabled room, which while a bit larger, lacked storage. The shower had no curtain, so we had to wipe down the toilet and mop the bathroom floor after each shower. Suggest providing extra bath mats for this room. One of us could not connect with the hotel's WiFi on an iPhone 13. This was a significant inconvenience.

This hotel worked out very well for us. The room and bathroom were clean but very small. The location was great…15 minute walk to Versailles Palace and a large market just down the street. Breakfast was good and front desk staff were very helpful.

The service, reception staff was the best I recall in decades of travel. Attentive, polite and helpful with some adjustments we will return here and happy to share this report. Great neighborhood as well with a garden across the street. As a result of very very poor Expedia experience with our Paris accomodation in future we will book in Versailles and arrange transport to Paris as may be necessary.

Great location. Efficient service but not particularly friendly. Very transactional. Advertise car park yet no instructions on how to get into it, and it was locked! Arriving by car in a foreign, new town, this stuff should be really well communicated to make arrival as easy as possible.

Hotel is in a great location 15 mins from the palace of Versailles and so many restaurants just around the corner by the market. Easy to get into Paris train station 5mins away. The reception desk staff were great and printed the trains we need to get to the Eiffel Tower as a direct train was not running that week.

The hotel is well-located and has parking (which was important for us to secure the rented car). The breakfast was OK but expensive for the food options they had. The staff was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately, they gave us the room behind the Elevator and it was noisy until midnight. The walk to Versailles is 15 minutes, there are many restaurant options around the hotel.

Very clean, nice, wonderful staff. Right in the center, lots of shops, restaurants, and very close to the palace and all the museums. Great location. The price and quality are right. I will recommend it to friends and acquaintances.

The location is superb, the property is nice, clean, quiet. The continental breakfast is nice and plentiful. Service is very nice and efficient. The beds are comfortable, and the bathroom was very clean and modern. 8-10 mins walk to the entrance to the palace. WiFi included.

Hotel is in a great location 15 mins from the palace of Versailles and so many restaurants just around the corner by the market. Easy to get into Paris train station 5mins away. The reception desk staff were great and printed the trains we need to get to the Eiffel Tower as a direct train was not running that week.

Ideal place to stay for visiting the Palais Versailles and the surrounding areas. Rooms nicely decorated with Palais theme and comfortable. Also offers a good continental self service breakfast too.

This hotel worked out very well for us. The room and bathroom were clean but very small. The location was great…15 minute walk to Versailles Palace and a large market just down the street. Breakfast was good and front desk staff were very helpful.

Breakfast was decent - not outstanding but well up to European standards. Only disappointment was fairly rubbish coffee (particularly by Italian standards) - Nescafé machine again the culprit. Spotlessly clean and newly refurbished on my floor. Initial issues with faulty room key (door mechanism as it turned out) which took 3 attempts to solve but otherwise faultless service. Tiny bit noisy in the mornings which was surprising for a top floor room.

Excellent location. Palace of Versailles, shops and restaurants all within a 10 minute walking radius. Staff were very friendly and informative. Breakfast was more than adequate, nicely presented and offered a great choice.

Miscommunication between the staff about the parking payment, we paid the parking at the arrival, the gentleman at the reception said all is paid for our stay, but on the check out missing 1 day parking, I didn't argue for 12 euro, just paid and that's all, the gentleman on the reception very helpful day and night shift.

Bed was comfortable, room was very small but clean and air con worked. On the negative side, the wifi was very poor (2nd floor) and kept disconnecting and the fire alarm went off at 6am and then again at 7am.
