Hotel Farah Tanger

I have come her for the first time to hotel farah tanger with my family for a one night stay on the first night of the stay the view was amazing from our Balcony to have a view of the sea and of tangier beach front however the room itself was infested with ants and I believe beg bugs too I was bitten several times around my body that looked and confirmed by the pharmacy that was bed bugs bites and I have pictures to show if need being I spoke to hotel receptionists and told them n showed my bites marks on my body and all they had to say was it this time of year they would appear in rooms and they can’t do anything about it staff was friendly spoke alittle English just to understand what they say but not what you say in English, breakfast was a disappointment everything had food flys around the food out in the buffet system they had I asked if they had baked beans they where showing me red kidney beans instead their was a women who was making scrambled eggs and fried eggs we asked for fried eggs instead she gave us scrambled eggs instead overall the breakfast buffet system was not the best but they need to make sure everything is on its right temperature that I believe they need more intention too and too have more open minded that they be things other guest can n can’t eat so they should have a back up plans especially for kids

Staff in the reception friendly and very helpfully. Breakfast is qualitativ very good Bungalow are old and must be renewed, not clean ( sofa, bathroom and kitchen) . And the acoustic isolation is very bad , noisy cars and motorcycles during the night .

Beside the hotel restaurant employees, their customer service and food was perfect. Farah hotel restaurant employees are amazing especially with the lead of the restaurant Manager Hassan who made our experience amazing..Thank you Hassan you’re the best!! Thanks to your team and chef. Otherwise I had a bad experience at the check in very bad customer service, no clear communication. I called 4 days in a row before my stay to confirm my arrival to ask about upgrade options but I had no answer. At the arrival I stand at the front reception for a bit while 2 receptionists finishing their tasks but no one greeted me!! After that I was assigned a room that is absolutely not matching the description or the pic on Expedia reservation. Tried to negotiate but no results! This is my second time at this hotel my first experience last year was much better. Not sure I will be back again!!

Stunning beautiful property. Spacious rooms. Great dining.
