Nice place, room had a faint indistinct smell, but not too bad. No breakfast due to remodel, but breakfast was offered at another hotel across the interstate (we didn't bother to go). Room was large, but sparsely furnished, making it feel empty and echoey. And there was a lot of remodeling work going on around the hotel.

Outside appeared as questionable but did look that some renovation was in the works. Evening clerk was most helpful. To our surprise the room must have been recently renovated. Clean, very comfortable bed. A good stay!

Pretty seedy property. Bathtub was not clean. Insects in the room. By far the worst motel free breakfast I have ever encountered: Raisin Bran or Fruit Loops, 3 chocolate muffins, 5 pieces of white bread to choose from.

The bed was in the very ferm, pillows were so soft. Carpet was replaced during renovations with cheap laminate over concrete. This may be fine in some areas of the country but not in central Kansas. Rm was not cleaned during 2 nt stay. At checkin $100 deposit for damages.

The VERY WORST STAY I HAVE EVER HAD. Flies all over the room. Rooms next door he was doing maintenance on his work truck in the parking lot taking up 9 parking places. So got to listen to this all day. Then they proceeded to play music last night from 2pm to 12am.and loud enough to shake the walls. In the add was complementary continental breakfast. Which was nonexistent because of the front office being remodeled. Was informed of this upon arrival not in my booking. Arrived a hour and half early from a 6 hour drive and requested a bathroom. Was told sorry. I asked if the room was ready so I may have an early check In. Was looked at like I was nuts. And he looked at his watch and said nothing. I said what for an extra day? He shrugged his shoulders. EXTREMELY unprofessional and uninviting hotel. Avoid. Go down the street or go elsewhere.

The hotel does not match the picture shown. It’s more of a roadside inn. My door shook every time another door nearby opened it closed. It always sounded like someone was trying to get in. The swinging door latch arm was broken off. The room was okay but the bed frame was really loud every time you moved in the bed.

Check in took long then it should have. Person didn’t know what he was doing. Management should have put on their website saying they are under construction, if you want breakfast you needed to drive across the highway to a different hotel. Their beds suck. OMG!!

The room served its purpose; we had a place to shower and sleep. The staff at the desk were friendly and accomodated our request for an extra pillow, blanket and TP. Breakfast is served across the highway and was sufficient to get the day started. You get what you pay for, and in this case I have no complaints.

One of the worst hotel stays I've had. No breakfast as indicated, had to go to another hotel, the frig didn't work and stunk. Clock/radio didn't work, bathroom look as if they didn't care what it looked like, and we wouldn't take a shower because of the condition of the tube. There was no mention that they were going through a renovation. Would not recommend this property.

Pleasantly surprised with room quality for a motel that's in an area that's a bit dated. Staff was excellent though and took a genuine interest in our comfort. Breakfast was as advertised, muffins, cereal, yoghurt, sliced bread, juice mainly. Would stay there again if price was a concern.
