L'emplacement proche du centre ville est appréciable, l'appartement était plutôt calme même si certains clients se permettent de parler fort au téléphone sur les balcons. Dans l'intitulé de la réservation, il était noté parking en libre service ce qui n'était pas le cas, on a dû payer le parking (24 euros).

Hôtel bien situé à proximité du centre historique, mais les travaux dans la rue ont contrarié le GPS ce qui a occasionné quelques difficultés pour trouver l’établissement et entrer au parking.

L’hôtel est assez bien situé. On est dans le centre en moins de 15 minutes (Gare à 13 minutes à pieds, le vieux à 15 minutes, les endroits à visiter à 19 minutes). La chambre était nickel (même si je mets un bémol sur l’insonorisation. On entendait la chambre d’à côté parler légèrement fort). La cour intérieure est vraiment top !!! En arrivant, elle nous a direct donné le smile !

Nous venons très régulièrement chez vous avec mon frère 1- Problème d'acceuil de votre équipe, une seule employée est souriante et sympathique qui a l'air de faire le boulot pour toute l'équipe (Camille) et heureusement nous la remercions 2- Problème d'accord pour le parking avec le groupe Expédia hotel.com qui nous garantit un emplacement parking dans leurs annonces Sur les 2 dernières réservations votre groupe et votre responsable ont refusé de me faire l'emplacement parking en me disant de m'adresser directement à eux suite à un bug avec Expédia Nous regrettons la décision prise par votre équipe et direction qui me parait très minimaliste compte tenu des sommes importantes versées chez vous (Au moins plus de 3OOO euros par an) Le business passe avant la relation client

Chambre parfaite, très propre. Bémol sur l'oreiller un peu trop épais et trop ferme, douleurs cervicales au réveil. Mais je ne doute pas que ça peut convenir à d'autres. Personnel très accueillant et souriant, excellent. Plutôt habitué à des hôtels face à la gare St Roch, les 20-25 minutes à pied pour rejoindre le Corum ne m'ont pas semblé insurmontables. Pas trop loin du centre. Bon établissement.

On the plus side, having a kitchenette turned out to be a huge advantage - but I did not reserve the hotel because of this feature. However, the hallways are extremely dirty, gross. There are stains all over and they look dark and not welcoming. I was also disappointed that I did not receive the silver perk, even after I asked about it. The worst part is that in the hotel description it lists "room cleaning upon request," but it turned out that it also has a surcharge of 25 euros! This should be disclosed up front! I needed to have clean towels, and they told me they would only change them if I brought the dirty ones to the reception. Not a very customer-service oriented approach.

Unser Zimmer lag wirklich am Ende des Hotels, obwohl es offensichtlich nicht ausgebucht war. Für 120€ Zimmerpreis pro Nacht erwarte ich auch dass das Zimmer gereinigt wird und ich nicht an der Rezeption nach Handtüchern und Toilettenpapier fragen muss.

Chambre parfaite, très propre. Bémol sur l'oreiller un peu trop épais et trop ferme, douleurs cervicales au réveil. Mais je ne doute pas que ça peut convenir à d'autres. Personnel très accueillant et souriant, excellent. Plutôt habitué à des hôtels face à la gare St Roch, les 20-25 minutes à pied pour rejoindre le Corum ne m'ont pas semblé insurmontables. Pas trop loin du centre. Bon établissement.

Hôtel bien situé à proximité du centre historique, mais les travaux dans la rue ont contrarié le GPS ce qui a occasionné quelques difficultés pour trouver l’établissement et entrer au parking.

L’hôtel est assez bien situé. On est dans le centre en moins de 15 minutes (Gare à 13 minutes à pieds, le vieux à 15 minutes, les endroits à visiter à 19 minutes). La chambre était nickel (même si je mets un bémol sur l’insonorisation. On entendait la chambre d’à côté parler légèrement fort). La cour intérieure est vraiment top !!! En arrivant, elle nous a direct donné le smile !

Small apartment was fine. Very limited toiletries. The LESS than warm breakfast sausages and mushy to almost milky scrambled eggs left a lot to be desired. Selection of breads was quite good. Cold cuts and cheese were nice. Location was the biggest issue. Residential area with virtually nothing near by. Significant walk to any restaurant. There is a small grocery store 3 blocks away. Main city square (egg shaped oval actually is 20 minute away through lots of construction. Will be nice when done but for now not so nice. Priced a little high for location in my opinion. Would not likely recommend to my friends. City of Montpellier is very nice with lots of history and charm. Uber service in town is very good.

Stayed 3 nights, Friday to Monday , with 3 friends for a rugby game on Sunday. Check in was easy with everything about Breakfast etc well explained. Rooms were pleasantly well appointed, with the little kitchenettes and good shower rooms. Single Beds a little small but bearable for a short stay. Breakfast was very pleasant, with hot scrambled eggs a nice surprise. Great location only 10-15 mins to the city centre with all its bars, restaurants and shops. Well recommended for a short stay in Montpelier.

Very nice, clean flat, perfect choice. Really enjoyed. Bed very soft memory foam- some like it, some not. Decent breakfast. Excellent value for money. Very kind staff! The only negative thing was- if the neighbor decides to fry some pork at 22:00, my bedroom eventually fills up with the smell of frying. Advice to guests: please don't fry pork in a hotel!🙈🙈🙈

Our room was very dark and dingy. There was a fusty smell upon entering. The bathroom was clean but one of the towels had holes in it! Our room was cramped. However, we did experience a quiet night's sleep. As this was only an overnight stay, we managed, but we wouldn't have been happy staying any longer.

Fantastic property outside the city center - short tram ride away. Walk to all services. Room was great with seating space and kitchenette. The only negative is that it is fairly minimalistic, but the value proposition is great.
