Our room was clean and comfortable, the omelet bar was great, and my family enjoyed the pool area. The property is quiet, family friendly, and located in a great area. I wish they actually opened the bar area. It was NEVER open. We would stay again.

Check in late evening, front desk staff with poor customer service. Arrived to our studio suite immediately noticed a strong room freshener attempting to cover up mildew smell. Shower was filthy, shower curtain coated with soap scum, hand prints all over, bodily fluids sprayed all over the window curtains and carpet, dog hair in the beds, bathroom door latch broken. This room was disgusting! Called the front desk to discuss, she ended the call. Went to talk face to face initially refused to provide management contact info. Advised my contact info would be given and I would get a phone call ( never did). Do not waste your money at this cheaply built, dirty, musty, poorly run hotel.

Hotel is nice, new, and in a quiet neighborhood. Breakfast options were very good, including an omelet station. The only bad thing was our room was not serviced by housekeeping at all during our 3-night stay. Their policy is to service rooms every 2 days. Otherwise a very good hotel. Plenty of free parking.
