Wir waren Fund Tage da. Saison war fast zu Ende. Innenpool ist nicht erwärmt und war bei 21 Grad. Außenschwimmbad war also sehr kalt. In den ersten Tag war unser Hotel geschlossen und mussten bei Kamelia Selin Hotel frühstücken und Abendeasen haben. Das Restaurant war so voll, dass wir für einen leeren Platz eine halbe Stunde warten müssen. Danach müsste ich selber den Tisch abräumen und sauber machen. Beim Ausgang war unser Tür, wo wir eingereist habengeschlossen und Bein Auschecken würden wir von Reseption nicht informiert. Als ich den Grung gefragt hatte, fuhr es zu einem starken Diskussion mit einteiliger Berechtigung. Wir werden da als doof dargestellt. Um 8:30 kam Hauskeeping rasch in das Zimmer und als cleaning cleaning raumgesprochen. Ich sagte wahred wir am Frühstücken sind, kann das Zimmer aufgeräumt werden . Die Antwort von Hauskeeping war frech als then no cleaning. Ich dachte diese Sentido Hotel Kette gutes Service anbietet aber ich war irritiert.

There’s a variety of food choices. The facilities were good and enjoyed by children. The waterslides was good. The place was massive. Friendly and accomodating staff.

Almost all bars and facilities of the hotel were closed

Große Anlage mit sehr vielen Bars, Snackbars und Restaurants Abendshow ist gut, das Programm ist aber nicht sehr einfallsreich (hauptsächlich Tanz-Shows) Sehr große Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken, leider aber wenig Abwechslung Strand und Pools sind sauber und gepflegt Für Kinder gibt es viele Aktivitäten und Möglichkeiten, die Poollandschaft ist für Kinder nicht optimal

Riesen Anlage mit allem was man sich vorstellen kann komme gerne wieder. Essen und Getränke auch bestens

Het was een prima verblijf. Het eten is goed. Veel variatie. Enige echte minpunt zijn de badkamers. Deze zijn wat verouderd en toe aan vervanging. Geen enkel zwembad was verwarmd. Dus in de meivakantie nog een beetje aan de koude kant.

Schmutzig, Renovierungsbedürftig, Schimel an sehr vielen Orten, Alt. Würden nie wider dort hin gehen.

After a 3-night stay that ended today, I want strongly recommend this hotel. Everything is as a tourist wants. The rooms are large and good. The facilities are excellent and everything is available in the hotel. The food is very diverse. The entertainment team works in the best way to give you happiness. Aqua gives an extra advantage for adults and children. Just a small note that more attention should be paid to cleaning the rooms, but I will not let it reduce my rating for the hotel

Everything was great but room was stinks and mold

Von den bildern her gut ,aber in wirklichkeit renovierungsbedürftig. wir waren mit 8 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder ,davon ein Baby und es wurde in dem Zimmer der Eltern mit dem Baby 4 Tage nicht gesäubert, obwohl sich das Kind übergeben hat, Handtücher nicht gewechselt,die Minibar nicht aufgefüllt,obwohl wir Ultra Inclusive hatten. ich empfehle die Anlage nicht weiter

Eine sehr schöne Anlage, tolle Zimmer, hohe Sauberkeit. Die machen alles, damit man sich dort wohl fühlt.

Beds especially mattresses too old, caused back pain. Bathroom always soaked, cleaning not enough. Service very slow. Foods always the same.

Nous avons louer une chambre deluxe. Nous avons ete tres decu car la chambre ete tres sommaire. Le sol n avait pas ete netoyé. Tres decu de la chambre. A notre arrive la femme a l acceuil na pas ete poli et pas un sourire rien. Tres decu de l acceuil a la reception.par contre les employe du restaurant ont ete tres gentil merci a eux.

Die Zimmer sind alle aber ok, die Anlagen sehr schön. Das esse für alle was dabei

Delux Zimmer gebucht, aber Zimmer bekommen in dem die Klimaanlage nicht funktionierte, als man aber die Balkontüre öffnete damit es nicht so warm im Zimmer war war es sehr laut und unserer Delux Zimmer befand sich genau über der Küche, dadurch war der ganze gestank in dem Zimmer, somit war der Schlaf gestört, aber diesen könnte wir dann beim Duschen nachholen, denn der Wasserdruck in der Dusche war so gering das man dabei fast eingeschlafen wäre. Alles in einem war dies kein Delux sonden ein sehr unangenehme Erfahrung in diesen Hotel.

Everything was brilliant. Pools, water slides, private beach, food. Good for families. The rooms were nice too but they were not in the main hotel building. They have separate blocks of flats within the hotel's proximity which gives more of a residential look.

Altmodisch Zimmer . Renovier bedürftig

Tuvimos un apartamento de familia con 2 dormitorios. Habia mucho espacio para 2 adultos y 2 niños. Puede caber 1 persona mas. El hotel tiene 8 o 9 piscinas y no tuvimos tiempo para bañarnos en todas!)

Tarif un peu excessif mais nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Les enfants ont adoré l’hôtel que nous n’avons pas mis un pied dehors pendant 4 jours. Les photos prisent par le photographe sont cher et le papier est de mauvaise qualité 10e la petite photo !!! Un peu bruyant et chambre mal insonorisée Le fonctionnement de l’hôtel fait que les clients ont un comportement égoïste et individualiste…exemple ils viennent déposer leur serviette dans la nuit ou très tôt le matin sur les transats et réservent leur place toute la journée. Ils n’ont pas de savoir vivre et même si vous vous retrouvez en plein soleil parterre avec vos enfants ils ne sacrifient pas un de leur transat en en ayant déjà 5/6… dans certains hotels ils fonctionnent autrement ce qui permet de ne pas avoir ce genre de comportement. Rien n’a été fait sur nos 4 jours sur ce point là…chaque matin sur le chemin pour aller petit déjeuner nous avons vu tous les transats « réservés » par les memes habitues…nous nous sommes resignes à trouver un coin d’ombre parterre . Certains posent même leurs affaires sur des tables pour les réserver pendant des heures et vous vous retrouvez à manger parterre sur votre serviette ou si vous avez de la chance sur un transat. Des enfants vont dans la piscine avec leur cocktail et les renversent dans l’eau sans parler des pépins de pastèque qu’ils crachent partout. Hygiène autour de la piscine moyenne…Le restaurant est très bon et varié mais difficile de trouver une place

Sehr großer Hotelbereich, viele Aktivitäten tagsüber. Auch das Essen war sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Wir hatten ein Problem mit dem Zimmer, wir haben ein Standard-Zimmer bekommen und haben ein Deluxe-Zimmer bestellt, sie haben uns gesagt, dass es dasselbe ist. Aber sie hatten eine Beschreibung auf ihrer Website über den Standard der Zimmer, im Standard-Zimmer gibt es eine Dusche, die so klein ist, dass ich als Frau dort kaum ein Bad nehmen konnte. Die Badezimmer in beiden Standards sind vernachlässigt. Vielen Dank an unser Zimmermädchen, eine sehr nette Person, die sich sehr bemüht hat, alles so gut wie möglich zu machen.

Hotel bei Ankunft total überbucht. Bekamen nach 2 Stunden Wartezeit ein altes abgewohntes Zimmer im Kamelya Selin Hotel. Statt unser gebuchtes,großes Deluxe Zimmer im Kamely Aishen Klub. Beim Essen auch totale Chaos total überfüllt alles. Nie wieder Kamelya

Bad service Some staff were nice some had bad attitude issues Charged extra per night as there was a mistake made on the booking where my child is 12 but was entered as 0 years a genuine mistake they could waived the fee . Rooms were made up late cups weren’t cleaned properly Balcony was flooded by the sprinklers as we were on ground floor . Overall not happy Avoid this hotel

Very bad hotel not 5 stars , staff treatment especially the costumer care manager has attitude when she treat with customers , the hotel is very poor from all aspects I don’t recommend it

Service level has dropped since we were at Selin Hotel 6yrs ago. The smiles, kindness, hospitality are below expectations for a 5 star hotel. We experienced bedbugs in our room when removing bed sheets after 5 days! of usage. No compensation or apology was given for the inconvenience. I had my birthday upon arrival and was informed to get a voucher as gift which was not given. The complex is predominately for Russian and German speaking guests (not Scandinavian). The buffet is large but not similar day in and out, after 5-6 we got bored (also missing more authentic Turkish dishes). The ambient in Amber restaurant (Club Aisha) was very loud, better at Selin and Fulya. Also do not expect any bargain prices in Turkey, 146€ for a pool bedmadras (angel wings) is MASSIVELY overcharging. Finally don’t expect that everything is free in the hotel (pocket money will be needed at the hotel as well). On the positive side they have loads of activities for children (entertainment team are doing a good job). There are better hotel alternatives in the area.

Dont ever book att this hotell. We shared aroom with strangers for 2 nights cause they dont have the room that i booked. They say its because they have something wrong with there booking system. Awful !

Some of the staff was exceptionally good and helpful. However my experience with some of reception staff who are main port of call wasnt good, they were rude and hardly understand to communicate in english. The bell boy in the golf cart car who supposed to collect luggage from your room to reception didnt turn up on check out and we had to drag 3 large bags and 3 hand carries to the reception which was quite a walk. Its not all inclusive and you have to pay to eat in Al carte restaurants which is vague and misleading on booking. Poor communication and needs improvement to welcome visitors after all its an expensive resort.

Moyen dans l’ensemble, plage magnifique,les piscines ,les toboggans top,les personnels sont gentils,les activités,cependant la propreté des chambres n’est pas au top,les transats toujours prises depuis l’aube ,activités pour enfants presque rien à la piscine et à la plage,la nourriture pas trop variée,des maïs et ice crime payant donne une mauvaise image pour un complexe hôtelier 5 étoile,enfin dernière impression pas d’envie d’y retourné.

Bra prisvärt hotell med mycket utbud. Bra mat men saknar mer utbud för vegetarianer och laktosfritt. Synd att man inte kan äta på alla restauranger, borde finnas möjlighet att boka in sig någon kväll. Men överlag ett av bättre hotellen vi varit på, mycket aktiviteter, inte så kallt i poolerna. Vi kommer nog tillbaka!

1. Terrible cleaning service. We left $20 for the room cleaners every day from the first day of our stay (because we have a young child and wanted it to be very clean), but the cleaning got worse and worse. Not to mention, we checked into a room with sand on the floor. The broken drain in the bathroom wasn't fixed even after several calls and visits to the reception. 2. The rooms are either very old or poorly constructed. Everything is shaky and falling apart. The mattress is simply "alive"; if two people sleep in the bed, you'll bounce every time the other person turns over. 3. There are no elevators in the buildings, so if you have a small child, don't accept the 3rd floor. It'll be tough for you. 4. The service is a whole other story... In the restaurant, they don't care about you. Nobody will ask if you want something to drink with your dinner. We also went to the paid Italian à la carte restaurant, after which we all got food poisoning. We were severely sick with high temperatures and all the symptoms. Did anyone from the hotel apologize? No one! I repeat, they don't care about you at all. 5. The food in the restaurant is not tasty! I've been to various hotels, from 3-star to 5-star, but I've never had such tasteless food. The selection is very limited. Breakfasts are terrible. Nobody will make an omelet to your liking. In summary, the hotel doesn't live up to its claimed 5 stars at all. Paying 4,000 euros for 9 days, we expected some basic respect.
