The shuttle is very convenient and dropped us off at the terminal in less than 10 minutes, the reception desk asks what time and which airline you are flying with, to have the shuttle ready for you.

Airport shuttle very late. Upon check-in, we were asked what time we needed to ARRIVE at the airport. We said 10 am. We were in the lobby by 9:30 am. The shuttle did not leave until 10:05 am. Then it stopped at a rental car property (why?) after being stuck in morning highway traffic. We ARRIVED to the terminal at 10:35 am. For an international flight this is very stressful. I do not recommend staying here for an international airport departure.

O hotel não é ruim, mas não é tão perto do do aeroporto como imaginei. O transfer gratuito começa a partir das 07:10 e eu precisava antes. O Uber, 4:30 da manhã, custou 35 euros (Comfort). Fui muito bem atendido. O quarto é simples, mas se for como no meu caso para dormir algumas horas e tomar um banho antes de ir para o aeroporto, funciona bem.

Staff was AMAZING! The shuttle from airport to hotel was a joke. We called several times and couldn’t get a straight answer on where to meet it. We went outside where the taxis were but no shuttle. We forced to take a cab, which was annoying because the shuttle is WHY I chose the hotel. Our hotel room was hot no air was on. The front desk guy put us in other rooms. He again was amazing!

Everything almost! It is far from Madrid central. We took uber/taxi...one way is around 28 euro. Excellent shuttle service to be drop off at the airport Terminal 4. They are on time! Our room was very roomy for 3 people. Bathroom is great with bidet . Shower good. Breakfast is very good.

Great hotel to stay at before a long haul flight. Was travelling with baby and the cot was extremely comfortable for her. The room was massive and held all of our suitcases easily! Bath was large also and comfortable bed. Only downside was the dinner menu was restricted for vege/vegans. They also don't offer room services. We ended up ordering a takeaway. We took the shuttle bus which went from the bus station at the airport. It arrived within 5 minutes but I'm glad we called ahead as it was being run by Centauro rent a car which we never would have guessed.

Le lit était horrible, nous avons eu l'impression d'avoir dormi dans un canapé lit en plus creusé au milieu donc vraiment usé... A la réception, l'excuse qui nous a été donné est qu'ils ne dorment pas dans les lits et ne peuvent les remplacer que lorsqu'un client leur en fait la remarque.... Ensuite les femmes de chambre nous ont réveillée à 9h à cause de leur discussion dans les couloirs... J'ai du me lever pour leur demander de parler moins fort. Pour un Hôtel 4 étoiles en plus MARIOTT!! c'est donc très décevantetant tant au niveau du service que des équipements. Une 100aine d'euros pour une nuit comme ça non merci.

On my last night, while drying my hair, the electricity went out. I had to pack up all my items and move to another room. In the morning, the male server wouldn’t allow me to have coffee without paying $5.50. I told him I had purchased breakfast but he still stood over me telling me No. The lady server asked for my room number and he searched it. He comes to me after and tells me I can have coffee. This was ridiculous. I explained all this at checkout but nothing was offered for my inconvenience. Disappointing.

Though in kind of a weird area, it is super close to the airport and the free shuttle was great. Have an affordable Continental breakfast. No restaurants to walk to but the mall is a quick cab ride away where lots of food options. Would stay again!

Check in was easy & pleasant, room was clean, spacious & comfortable. On site restaurant was nice after getting there late at night from a long international flight. Close to airport, 30 minutes from Madrid city center. NOTHING in near the hotel - you must take a cab anywhere. High fences & locked gate around the hotel made you question the off-site safety.

For an overnight stay close to Madrid airport, this hotel is fine. However, there are no restaurants nearby except for the one inside the hotel. So you are a captive audience for food unless you are willing to take a taxi or Uber ride. We chose to go to the Plenilunio shopping mall a few miles away with many restaurant choices.

What I didn't like was the drains in the bathrooms were almost plugged, no room service, eating breakfast and the waiter pulling our table ONE HOUR before breakfast time was over, extremely limited menu...it was easy to tell there claiming to be 4 Star but cutting short by being cheap. I don't mind paying but I want what I pay for.
