It was the best, most relaxing stay. Roy, the front desk manager, took wonderful, attentive care of us from check-in all the way to check-out. If you ask for Roy, you are guaranteed to have a fantastic trip. ​The room was spotlessly clean, and the location right in the center of Guangzhou made getting around anywhere incredibly convenient. Having a large shopping mall right across the street was also a huge plus, making it easy to enjoy restaurants like Haidilao. Highly recommended!

Roy, Shirley, and Chloe made my stay at Dongfang Hotel a wonderful experience. They were all very kind, friendly, and welcoming throughout my stay. Their warm attitude made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. Whenever I needed any help, they were always attentive and ready to assist. Roy was very helpful and professional, and I really appreciated his service. Shirley was especially thoughtful and always made sure I was comfortable. Chloe was also very kind and made my stay feel even more pleasant. Thanks to all three of them, I had a very positive experience at the hotel. Their excellent service and genuine hospitality left a great impression on me. I would definitely be happy to stay at Dongfang Hotel again.
