I wish their website had mentioned that the hot tub was out of service. Literally the #2 reason I booked this location so that I could get some relief due to an injury. The pool temp was on the warmer side than what you’d expect which was nice. My room was clean, the bed comfy, hotel was quiet despite a bus load of college track athletes, USB ports on the alarm clock score bonus points. Overall, I would stay here again.

We came to fish at nearby Green Lake. What was nice is we could plug in our boat to recharge at an outside outlet & had sufficient room to park our truck with boat. However, we would suggest calling ahead as it was not a busy weekend at this property. Property was clean & staff was friendly.

This property is a little older , but in incredibly good shape and it was very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the staff was very friendly. Thanks for a relaxing stay.

The hotel is *very dirty. I had to wipe down the toilet-it was really gross, kill spiders out of the bathtub, and couldn’t even use the jacuzzi I paid for because it was falling apart and had a couple dead bugs in it. The ceiling was moldy. Any part of the floor not super easy to reach was filthy, and just overall would not recommend this hotel. The lady that checked me in was wonderful though. Props to her!

Property is dated, but comfortable and quiet. Room was not cleaned entirely before our arrival, there was an open jar of pickles left in the fridge and a used bar of soap left in the tub. Caulking/trim around tub had crevices attacking mold and mildew.....

We found a thick silver ring in our bed that was between the mattress and sheet. This makes me think the sheets weren't changed/ cleaned. The breakfast was terrible. Even the bacon tasted old & reheated. Nothing impressive about the hotel at all.

We had a room on the 2nd floor and it was exactly what we needed for our Oshkosh trip. The bed was comfortable and the shower had good pressure/temp. The mini fridge/freezer and microwave were handy. There was also a relaxing whirlpool tub and a sofa bed separated by French doors from the bedroom. Breakfast was good - Seattle’s Best coffee, milk, juice, eggs, sausage, waffles, cereals, yogurt, breads and muffins. Service was excellent. Thanks again for a great stay!

The outside of the facility is attractive, however, the rooms are quite dated, poorly cooled, damp and musty. Of greatest concern, however, was the fact that the room door would repeatedly allow access without a room key. The staff was pleasant, and the facility was within a 15 drive to our venue.

Beds were fine, 1 room had a damp-rid container in it that was gross and had an odd smell but turned the air on and smell went away. Bathrooms very old, no water pressure. Hot tub out of order. Staff during check in were very unprofessional and talking about personal things with each other and showing pictures on cell phones to one another while we were waiting to be checked in. Spider webs in stairwells. Overall it was an OK stay, but could use some effort from staff and some updates.

drove up from Chicago, checked online if they had rooms, they did. got there, I was told Sold Out, no sorry it\'s sold out. Anywho, went online and booked room. walked back in, said I have a reservation, she says " I\'m sold out, I don\'t have enough staff." it\'s either No rooms or no staff. I was left waiting for a refund and treated like an ahole

The woman that checked me in was phenomenal and very friendly!! She tried to help me with my concerns and what was wrong. The man that checked me out was rude and SO very unprofessional. Didnt want to listen to my concerns, wouldnt even listen to me when I express i purposely got a king size bed room the hot tub and there was a sign saying Out of Order. He said....too bad, already checked you out. The list is WAY longer but i dont have the time list it all

Arrived at property at 930 pm to find no one at front desk. Called the number and it rang through to a phone at the desk that went unanswered. We waited for 20 minutes and still no one came to the desk. Found room key with our name on it at the desk and went to room. The next morning we went to check out and the manager accused us of "stealing" the room key, refused to apologize and called us a liar went we detailed the story. An awful customer experience; I'll never return to a Boarders hotel again.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. And very quick and efficient at fixing a minor error in room assignment. For the most part, our room was comfortable, but housekeeping could be a little more thorough with dusting and cleaning. Having worked in housekeeping in my younger years, I tend to see more in that area. Would stay again tho.

Breakfast area was pleasant. Breakfast was below average. Couldn't keep up with filling the coffee pot. Filled one and then took it over to the staff while customers were waiting for it. Key card doesn't work well. Frustrating. Room was nice. Clean and quiet.
