We took our grandkids for an overnighter and were very impressed with what the facility offered. A game room, a fitness room, a pool facility with large pool, toddler pool, hot tub, a wonderful free breakfast assortment of foods, a clean fresh room, and great service. We will do this again.

The pool and hot tub were nice, and popular. They also have a small fitness center, and a unique game room with air hockey! Bring your quarters. 24-hour coffee service in the lobby with good coffee.

The breakfast was good. Lots of choices. The room was comfortable and clean. The pool area was gross. Walls were crumbling, water had hair and other objects floating in it, hot tub water was gray with some kind of sludge on the water; like an oil slick. Signs said no food or drink allowed, but there were pizza boxes and beer cans all over. Little kid pool was freezing.

The room was not clean. A desert cup with a spoon was left by the bed. The carpet had black fuzzy things on it in places. The microwave was dirty. There was hair in the shower. The staff offered to move us to a new room but we had our stuff already unpacked so we declined and they told us they would offer some type of discount for the inconvenience. When we checked out they said the person who offered this was new and they won’t offer any discount after all.

We had a very dirty room..,crumbs, hair, Penny’s and a pill on the floor that had not been vacuumed or cleaned up. Lots of hair in all corners. Drain in the bathtub was clogged and the light bar in the bathroom didn’t work. The room was not clean or maintained. We were very disappointed. They told us it would get cleaned the second day, but our room was totally skipped and it didn’t get touched after the first night, then when it did apparently get cleaned after our second night, the only thing they did was make the beds, so I just had to make sure that we kept shoes on and that nobody took that pill on the floor. It was still there after we left the third night. The pool was under maintenance all day Saturday so we couldn’t swim…it was just disappointing. I wouldn’t go back.

The hotel has a musty smell and our room also smelled like must and cigarettes. Behind the door in the bathroom it looked as if there was mold on the wall. The pool are is nice, but concrete around hot tub is breaking down and chipping. Staff was amazing as well as the free breakfast and coffee!

One of the only hotels in the area so not many options. This is a nice hotel with very large and spacious rooms. Beds had lots of pillows, but they were all rather uncomfortable. There was a brown streak on one of the pillow cases, which was alarming. Reasonably priced, conveniently located close to Downtown Ripon and Green Lake.

They seem to frequently have troubles with the room door locks that have to be reset - 2nd time in two stays. Lots of noise from the floor above this time - not sure if it was bad building insulation or kids jumping around. You may want to request top floor for quiet. Room 207 had a lot of leaking around the window during the rain. The staff is friendly, and it’s probably the nicest hotel in the limited selection of Ripon, though…

I have stayed at this Cobblestone 4 times over the summer. The first stay I had a bad room right by the elevator and their was a loud wedding party that didn't understand inside voices till 2 in the morning. I get it but that was a rough night's sleep. The stays after that improved as there were no more large noisy groups and I got rooms away from the elevator. Overall Iike the Cobblestone, comfortable rooms, decent cleanliness, good breakfast. One could argue the value based on weekend rates etc but all in all it is a good hotel.

The stay was great, comfy bed, and i especially enjoyed the jetted tub. After a long drive a tenacity bubble bath in that tub is just what i needed.

Check in was poor, Second person came to help and didn't know what process was already completed and seemed to think everything was done when it wasn't. She also asked for my email but didn't check that it was accurate, so I never received an email with the invoice. I had to ask what room we were in and they didn't say what floor. Toilet seat in our room had urine on it; I had to clean it before using it. Freezer in the refrigerator was frozen solid and froze the fridge door shut. Called the front desk and no one would answer, so we had to go to the front desk to let them know of the issues. They did offer to put us in a different room and we didn't choose to do so. They did take money off at least. We hope to avoid having to use this hotel in the future.

We arrived at 1:00pm after a 15 hour drive and there was not anyone at the desk. We buzzed as directed, so then a young lady appears at the desk and promptly told us with an attitude, that they don’t do any check ins until 3pm. I was a bit surprised to be greeted in that manner. If I were the manager I would train her to say…Hello, Welcome to Cobblestone Hotel and Suites. Your room is not ready just yet, however we can check you in and text you when the room becomes available. Thank you for your patience. At 2:45pm I watched another couple walk up to the desk and check in. I then walked up to the desk and different young lady very nicely checked us in. I am not sure if the first gal was having a bad day, however she needs to learn some manners if she plans to work in hospitality. The hotel was lovely and we had a very pleasant stay. It was clean and located in a very cute town. Convenient shopping and parking.

First the loud neighbors kept us up all night then the night staff wouldnt even do anything about it...from 12am.-3am...i called down and she actually told me to go and confront the drunk noisy neighbors because she wouldnt call there room and couldnt go up there apparently...so we almost had to just call tbe cops but then the power goes out and we lost our ac unit and the room go super uncomfortably hot and we were on the 3rd floor which isnt so bad but the elevators went out then the emergency lights didnt even work in the stairwell so it was pitch black trying to lug our luggage down the next morning.....worst exsperence ever

All ready sent a text and have not heard back Mouthy blonde at desk on check in when we had an unattended barking dog in room beside us on first floor. She was rude and she and I had words. Looking at the money we spent for 5 days should not have to put up with barking dogs or mouthy employees We were put on 2 nd floor which was not convenient for us. Everyone else was lovely. She didn’t adjust bill apparently because we booked thru Expedia which is BS

The bathroom was a bit dingy and the room smelled of B.O., plus there was a crushed cracker of some sort that had not been vacuumed up. The facilities were nice though. The pool was great as was the breakfast and nicely decorated lobby. The location is extremely convenient too, near a grocery store and historic downtown.

We were in Ripon for a college visit with our daughter, and the hotel was at a convenient location for our purposes . We were very satisfied with the hotel. It was clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful, we enjoyed the hot tub and nice warm pool, and the breakfast was standard hotel fare. Overall, very happy with our stay.

We weren’t at the Cobblestone long, just a place to stay near Green Lake for golf the next day. Ripon was about 15 minutes from the course. Our tee time was early so we weren’t able to enjoy the Cobblestone’s breakfast.

No house cleaning, tried to assist by asking for clean and got snapped at by staff member. VERY VERY under staffed. Breakfast was offered but ran out after an hour. Coffee smelled and tasted like it was run through a dirty sock! Will NEVER stay or recommend this facility ever again!
