Lots of food options around the hotel. Very near to the train station. Self-service amenities at the lobby.

We stayed in the Double Room, Non Smoking (15 sqm). The room is compact but efficient, with a small bath tub in the bathroom and a humidifier that you fill with your own water before switching on. Free hot drinks are available at the lobby throughout the day. Check in was smooth and straightforward, and the hotel already had our Expedia reservations ready. As with most Japanese hotels, copies of our passports were taken at registration. Coin laundry facilities are available at the lobby, along with vending machines for drinks and beer. The washer costs Y200 for a 31 minute cycle, detergent is Y30, and the dryer is Y100 for every 10 minutes. The location is excellent. The hotel sits just across the road from Toyama Station and is also beside a Family Mart, making it very convenient for quick snacks and essentials. A shopping mall with multiple food options is within short walking distance. Luggage delivery via Ta-Q-Bin was easy to arrange. Each bag requires its own slip, and the process was handled efficiently by the hotel.

Location is great, just 5 mins away from train station. Plenty of eateries as well Room feels comfortable & clean with aircon (not central). There is also water dispenser at the lobby which is good. Amenities given especially for skincare are excellent. They also provide luggage delivery service which is good if you are going to the alpine route highly recommended

窓がなく暗い。 エレベーターが少なくこみあう。

富山駅から近く、市電の駅も目の前なので、立地は抜群。 壁が薄いのか隣の物音は聞こえてくる。 エレベーターは3基あるが、朝の時間やチェックアウトの時間帯は乗れないことも。

立地環境が大変良かったです 駐車場、自車がキャリヤ付きでしたので 対応してなかったのが残念でした。

Room is very clean and size is just right. Everything provided is good. The free breakfast has good spread of Japanese food. Checking in and out is easy and fast with the machine.

水回りがとてもきれい。 風呂場の換気に強弱があり、早く換気できる。 他のホテルでよくある生乾き臭が一切なかった。 とても快適に過ごせました。

洗面所のオーバーフローの汚れが目立ち、清潔感を感じられなかった。

Rooms are small but efficient, staff is awesome both helping and attentive. Location is super, close to Jersey trains and local teams.

駅前の立地条件ですが、リーズナブルな宿泊費。 少し年期は感じますが、清掃も行き届いていたし、全国の東横イン同様の安定したサービスを受けられます。 朝食は品数は多くありませんが、無料で提供も嬉しいですね。 階や部屋によってとは思いますが、宿泊した部屋からは富山駅ロータリーや立山連峰が見えました。

宿泊したのは8階あたりの高層階だったが、駅前なので騒音が少し（寝る時は特に）気になった。それを除けば素晴らしいホテルだった。

The location is very convenient near to train station The breakfast is just like cafeteria style which they can improve on the quality and the quantity. The bed were just too stiff hard!

The room's design is very odd, with some unaccessible space between the window and the bed, making the room's usable space much smaller. However, the bathroom is very clean, and the breakfast was delicious. That can make up for the room's poor design.

Very friendly and helpful staff! We were allowed to leave our luggage at the reception. Bed and pillow were very hard (almost like laying on the floor), we had troubles sleeping there.

The staff were incredible!!! They were professional, kind, and extremely accommodating . They even helped me print out our plane tickets. While our room was lovely, the mattress was like sleeping on concrete. As a result, my husband and had a horrible night sleep. For that reason I cannot recommend this hotel and we will not stay here again if we return to Toyama.

スタッフの対応が良かったです。 富山駅に近く便利でした。この値段で朝食付きというのも良かったです。

Excellent service by staff

Convenience is the reason I booked this hotel. The room is adequate and they stored our luggage as we got there early. As this hotel consists of mainly Asian tourists when we were there and many were Toyoko Inn Club members who were given first priority to check in at 3pm. As most hotels I booked have check in at 3pm, I have not read that booking with Expedia have check in at 4pm. There were lots of choices for Japanese breakfast and very limited breakfast choice for non Japanese food breakfast eaters - no cereals, no fruit. Just white bread, mini pancakes and mini croissants. Given it's a budget hotel of sorts, the dining room resembles a cafeteria. If you're prepared to put up with small inconvenience for a good value hotel, it's fine.

チェックインは各自タッチパネルで。との事でしたが、何度やってもエラーが出て困っていても誰も手を貸す様子もなく。楽しそうにペラペラお喋りをしていました。 チェックインにとてもうるさく下品そうな人達がドカドカと入って来てもなんの注意もなく。 あんなフロントならAIで十分。

２回目の宿泊でしたが、いつも素晴らしいスタッフの対応でした。

The staff are hardworking, polite, friendly to us, they are second to none! Much better if the brekky may include orange or fruits choice, instead of full meal, for those who watch weight ha ha.

The front desk staff were incredible! 👏 They work very hard to put you at ease despite the language barrier. They were very patient, kind, understanding, and very helpful. And always made you feel welcomed. 😊 The room was a perfect size for my needs and the bed was very firm (which I prefer) and had a great sleep. 😴👍👍

My experience here is excellent! 1)Hotel location is right next to the JR station, when you walked out, you’ll see the hotel building with clear signage in front of you. 2)The free breakfast is more than just a toast + tea/coffee, but buffet with Japanese and continental style for your choice. 3)The staff there are amazingly helpful and go out of their way to solve your problem. We’ve booked 2 rooms and 2 nights but separate booking. During booking, they can only offer non-smoking room for the first night, but full for the second night, so only smoking rooms. Upon arrival, We asked if we can have same rooms throughout so we don’t have change rooms, they did help to make it. 4）Since we stayed for 2 nights, we didn’t ask for cleaning after the first night, but they provided a bag of new towels and gabbage bags at the room door for you to choose whether you want to change or not. This is very user friendly and provide customer options. 5)Their counter lady staff Ms Okino Even also helped us to call the next hotel for some arrangements twice as the first one got no response. Grateful that she offered exceptional service which impressed us. I would highly recommend this hotel to all my friends when they come to Toyama and 東橫Inn chain hotel as I realise that this chain hotel is always located right next to JR station around 北陸area.

Close to the station and some good food choices in station area. Breakfast was included, but some options ran out quickly and very busy early. Bed and pillows comfortable. Easy to get to Kurobe alpine route transport.

客室は清潔でした。ただ、朝食会場の椅子の前後の間隔が狭く、席に座るのが大変だった。又、時間が経つとヨーグルトが無くなり、残念です。無くなり次第に牛乳を配置する等の工夫が欲しかったです。

Value for money business hotel. The free but good varieties breakfast is a bonus. Hotel is fairly centralized and is within walking distance to the eateries.

The trains going by actually shook the room a small mode each time. The sheer mass of people coming all at once for breakfast, overwhelmed the staff and the facilities. No one could get a coffee or tea for half an hour as the only dispensing machine went down due to the volume. Otherwise, the place was clean and the staff friendly. Breakfast options were meh, okay.
