The hotel was very clean and two adjoining rooms worked well for our family of 5, with 3 teenagers. It had many amenities including a full set of pajamas for each person, free coffee 24/7, free coffee drinks, water and snacks during the afternoon and evenings. There is also a laundry room with 4 combo washer/dryers that stay busy all the time and the cycle takes 2 hours. It's a coin op. Make sure you have 100 yen coins. The clothes are damp after a cycle and you would have to add more time to dry. That is knock on the washer/dryer combo, nothing to do with the hotel. You can't beat the location. It is very close to Tokyo Station and many other metro/subway stations, in the middle of a mostly financial district with many suits going to work in the morning. It's close to restaurants and convenience stores. It is not nearly as touristy as Shinjuku. We even found a Din Tai Fung to go to too. Breakfast is only 500 yen and comes with pastries, fruits and this creamy scrambled eggs that I was not too crazy about. We had hotel breakfast for two of the 4 mornings we were there. Would highly recommend for the convenience and value. All in all, very happy with the location, value and the service of this hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff were incredibly helpful and went to a lot of trouble trying to track down a parcel I left in a taxi. We really appreciated the treats and drinks available in the foyer as well as the very reasonably priced breakfast. The location was excellent and the rooms small but very comfortable and well designed.

They have free soda, tea, coffee, latte, ice cream , snacks at the ground floor from 10 am until midnight. Free toiletries like toothbrush and toothpaste, towel for scrubbing, hair ties, brush and comb, shaver and shaving cream even a free Decorte (facial care) at the lobby. They also have a laundry area as well. Area is safe and convenient since it is outside Tokyo Station. There is an airport limousine service at Tokyo station going to Haneda/ Narita. If you check in early, they can store your luggage and place it inside your designated room once your room is available.

Where do I start, so many things to love here! First of all, the free popsicle when you get back after a hot sweaty long day was such a great idea and a very generous idea! Secondly, ai love the hardwood floors! Feel and see the clean! Third, their breakfast! OMG! Everything is sososososo yummy! The only thing is that if there can be a dresser or sth to put clothes in that will be great! Or a mini microwave in the room! But with the proximity to Tokyo station and shops, I love the hotel and will be back again!

Location is great - handy to Tokyo Station, almost central to most attractions/activities in other suburbs. The complimentary snacks/lollies/drinks/tea & coffee made a great hub for our family/travel group to meet or debrief. The staff were all so helpful and lovely - they were even able to phone restaurants and make bookings for us, due to speaking in Japanese. The only downside to the hotel, is the laundry facility has 4x washer/dryer - whilst cycle is cheap, and runs for 2hrs, it only works well if you fill it halfway, otherwise you run it for an extra 1-2 hrs till it's dry. Family friendly hotel - highly recommended.

we enjoy our stay but they did not clean our room very well, only change sheets and towels during our 6 day stay. I saw hairs strands left, bathroom was not disinfected, only trash bins emptied. Front desk staff was wonderful and helpful. Amenities was plentiful and open bar for soft drinks, coffee was also a nice treat.

the staff was friendly. the little amenities in the lobby were nice. overall the room was fairly clean, but there was black hair on two of the pillows and a white stain on the wall above one of the beds. however, the worst part was there was a false fire alarm (not their fault) at 11, when my jet lagged family had finally gotten to sleep. instead of a flashing light in the room, the hotel got on a loudspeaker in our room, which woke us up, but were still asleep, so we didn't know what was going on. then, we went back to bed, and 10 minutes later, again a super loud message over the speaker in the room. we woke up again, and they repeated the message but it was unintelligible, so i went down to the lobby where they explained it was a false alarm. to top it off, they left the intercom on the rooms playing muzak. so, if there had been a real fire alarm, we wouldn't have been toast, but there wasn't and they woke us up two more times.

The location is great. The room was spacious for Japan. It was clean. Close to Tokyo station. The was the second location we stayed at on our trip in Tokyo. The problem is i am a light sleeper & we going d the room very noisy. Not like you can hear other guests. There we metal sounding creaks we couldn’t find the source of. There were other creaks & thump sounds as well which made sleep hard. So of you are a heavy sleeper this won’t be a problem for you

Probably the most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept in. This was our 4th hotel during a 2 week stay in Tokyo. We picked it due to the proximity to Tokyo station to fly home. It’s quite honestly the first time in my life that I debated just eating the cost and booking a new hotel for the 2nd night. The room was so tight and crowded that you had to walk sideways to get around the bed to get to the bathroom. The bathroom was so small that you had to open the shower doors so you could sit on the toilet. We could have been ok with all of that if the beds weren’t so awful - there also is no other place to sit in the room so any time you have in the room is spent lying on these god awful beds. There is a tiny area in the lobby with beverages with unwelcoming and uncomfortable chairs, so there really is no place at all to rest your body. The location is handy and there are convenience stores very close by for snacks etc. However, the trade off with the beds does NOT make it worth it. Save your sanity and your body and book elsewhere. I had seen a previous review where someone compared it to a hostel and I thought maybe they were exaggerating - they were not. The rest of our Tokyo experience was amazing and hotels were great. Kind of disappointed with myself for booking this as we are now heading home and are sleep deprived and body sore.

Room was clean, location was great but its WAY TOO SMALL!!! By far the smallest room of our entire trip in Japan. If you're a 6ft plus individual, beware. You have to open the shower doors to even use the toilet, the room is that small. Not where to open a suit case, just beware

Pricey for the size of the rooms, but the staff is very good and the HVAC system works great. Convenient to Tokyo station. Bathrooms are tiny- you need to open the shower door to be able to sit on the toilet.

The hotel was in a convenient location very close to Tokyo Station, and konbinis. The room was quite small for the three of us with barely any room for luggages. The best part was that they allow us to store our luggage’s a couple of days before we check-in to go to Kyoto first.

Fantastic staff, room was much larger than I expected. Very clean and quiet. Asked to hold our bags because of a late departure, the staff held the bags at no extra cost and were very helpful. This allowed us to have the whole day to see more sites without hauling our bags with us.

Great location - straight across the street from Tokyo Central Station The room was small but comfortable and functional. The staff were friendly and helpful. - The common areas (basically reception, lifts and the tiny dining area) seem woefully under dimensioned for the number of rooms. I had to wait in line for all of the above every time I needed them. - The breakfast was very strange. Onion soup, chicken teriyaki and a green salad? - The tiny dining area (seats about 15) was full when I came down for breakfast and all the warm dishes had run out. I waited about 10 minutes for them to be replenished, standing right next to them, but even so the food all disappeared no sooner than it appeared and I had to wait again. Embarrassed to admit that a swarm of Chinese women less than half my size managed to beat me to the punch even though I was standing less than 50cm away. Like a plague of locusts! The restaurant experience really took the edge off my stay. Despite an excellent location I would investigate alternatives before staying here again.

2度目の利用です。チェックインでの受付はスムーズで、とても感じの良いスタッフさんでした。ロビーにある飲み物やお菓子など、自由に頂けるのも嬉しいサービス！！しかし10:00〜24:00までの利用時間なのに、23:30にはお菓子などが片付けられてて残念。 24時までなら、その時間を過ぎてから片付けてほしかったです。トイレは狭い。。。シャワーも狭い。。。まぁ、部屋は狭く無いので、そこだけ我慢したら全然OK。チェックアウト時は機械の横にポールがあり、ポールが邪魔で2台ある機械がスムーズに使用できない状況なのは残念。もう少し広げた方が、荷物を持ってても機械を使いやすいです。チェックアウト時に居たフロントスタッフの声が大きくて残念。何の話か分からないけど「600円くらい払えよー」って他のスタッフと話してる声が丸聞こえ。。。。一流ホテルじゃなくても、最低限のスタッフマナーは必要かと思います。
