Underground parking. Great, quick, friendly service. Clean, comfortable room. Nice hot tub and steam room to relax in. Robes provided in room are a really nice touch. Great breakfast in the morning including eggs, bacon, sausage, toast, waffle maker, fruit and other items. Nice that it’s open until 11am on weekends.

The hotel itself is fantastic, clean and comfortable. The front staff was welcoming and helpful. I booked the hotel after visiting a sick friend and wanted to treat myself to a hot tub or steam. I booked it based on this and when I showed up both the hot tub and steam room were down apparently for quite some time now. The room was $180 for the night, 2 hours later it went down $25, so not impressed with the rate. False advertisent does prevent me from booking at the hotel in the future.

I love the underground parking. The staff was excellent. The breakfast was pretty similar to any other free hotel breakfast, mediocre but what else do you expect . One thing I didn’t like as somebody who travels a lot for work, my hotel room did not have a desk which I’m very used to having when I stay in hotels, I understand there is a business center, but most of the time I need to do my business in my hotel room . It also did not have any counter space in the bathroom at all. It was just a sink so if you’re a female and you like a counter to get ready, you will not have this. The gym was very basic…. other than that, It was a decent stay, clean rooms, friendly staff.

Reserved a room with a balcony which I could not access due to construction. There was also a lack of underground parking spaces. The staff could not accommodate any room change as the hotel was at full occupancy. Quite disappointed.

Stayed a few days for a business trip, nice room, daily service, and decent breakfast. Couldn’t charge my room for the $4 laundry coins needed, had to get change from the generous cashier across the street at the local gas station. To end my trip neither dryer worked and had to scramble within an hour of my flight time really had to coax the desk clerk to throw my laundry in the linen dryer so I didn’t have to travel with an extra 20 pounds of wet FP clothing on a redeye.

We liked the hot breakfast and coffee in the morning. But half this property is residential so it can be loud with dogs barking and couples arguing, etc. Our bedding was stained with blood. Carpet in the hallway looked like it was stained with feces. The hottub was also out of order which was disappointing.

Lovely hotel. Friendly staff .Nice big rooms. Clean. Only things that reeally let it down is very uncomfortable hard beds . You wake up lots fue to it . Ridiculous breakfast hours. Finishing too early. 8.30 finish instead of 10 like other hotels

Had 2 rooms booked for the first night and asked for adjoining rooms; told the hotel was sold out. Went to our room and our room smelled like something died in the AC. Since the hotel was supposedly sold our we shut the A/C off and dealt with it. The next morning we asked to move to our other room that our friend was checking out of and were told they'd get us a new room...guess it wasn't sold out? This new room's AC didn't work. Both nights were hot with no AC. No parking for a truck as we didn't fit under ground but neither did most of the other hotel guests. No compensation for the dead animal in the ac or the non working ac.

The original room provided 410 did not have a microwave so requested for it and they moved me to 517 which did not have windows that could be opened. They advised they are fully booked and canno9t move. The room aircon was very noisy. The hot breakfast is good, staff is friendly and rooms are clean.

The only reason the Pomeroy didn’t get a better review from me was the beds. The mattresses are hard as rocks and extremely uncomfortable. Everything else about this hotel was fantastic. It was quiet, clean, the underground parking was a huge bonus. Unfortunately, the beds are enough of a factor that I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

My stay started off with a late in the evening check-in, it was myself & my infant daughter. I was offered no help & the guy t the front desk seemed as if I was inconveniencing him by being there. He quickly skimmed over everything & didn't mention amenities such as the pool & gym & the hours they were available. Hotel room was clean, & fresh. Second day of being there, towels & toiletries were replaced but the bed was not remade (Which I found odd?) Check out was simple & the lady helping me was kind.

Walking distance to an amazing recreation facility which pretty much offers everything. It shares the parking lot with a golf course and driving range.

Don’t know why but took 30 minutes to check in. Then found out we had the wrong room. Got another room and it was wrong. Third time around we got the room we reserved. Still haven’t got an email receipt back so not sure what I was charged. They need more training. The girl seemed confused.

Very disappointed in our stay. We picked this hotel because of the hot tub and it was shut down the week we were there. The girl at the desk offered a discount but at checkout it was a different person and the invoice did not reflect a discount. I have spoken with several people and they all have to "talk to the manager" and call me back which no one has. Cleaning of the room wasn't done until day 4 so we had to keep going to the lobby to get towels, coffee, toilet paper and kleenex. When the cleaning staff came the second time they took our collection of bottles to return that was clearly in a separate box/area in the middle of our stay. AND one night was insanely loud we had to call down at midnight to complain. Just overall a disappointment.

Hotel Itself was great. Perfect location as were there for a baseball tournament at the amazing facilities. The direct area around the hotel is not very nice. We felt safe the entire time and there are good dining options close by. The downtown of Fort McMurray is slightly grungy.

The hotel is very nice inside, very clean, the rooms are comfortable and the staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast was okay, but it closes early, even on weekends, so there is no option to sleep in if you plan to have the breakfast. It also needed some fruit and vegetable options. I did not like that only disposal paper or plastic cups were available at the breakfast as well as in the rooms. I imagine the hotel has a lot of waste. Our stay would have been better if the hot tub was working.

The stay was all perfect and everything was clean. Breakfast was one of the reasons I booked here but was not edible. The bacon was sitting in grease for what looked like the entire morning and potatoes and omelettes were so incredibly dry. We decided to go elsewhere for breakfast. Lived the hotel and staff was great … I will stay here again but will just know not to go for breakfast.

Nice enough for the price. Hot tub wasnt working when we booked this property because it had a hottub. Free breakfast is only until 8:30 so not great if you have late nights and arent going to be up before than. Late check out was offered for $25 for an extra 10 minutes. And $50 for half an hour. Anything longer is full price of room. The patios arent kept shoveled so dont book a patio room because you cant go out.
