Facilities are basic: pleasant courtyard, bar, and a rooftop terrace, but many rooms are accessed only by stairs and some parts lack an elevator. There is no on-site parking (discounts at nearby garages) and laundry facilities/service were unavailable for some stays.

Many guests found rooms very clean, but feedback is inconsistent. Others reported odors, stained linens, worn or dirty carpets, mold or dust in places, insects, and maintenance issues like leaky toilets or shower doors that fail to contain water.

Rooms vary widely in size and style across different buildings; many guests found the beds comfortable, while some rooms are compact or feel dated. Noise depends on placement, with quiet courtyard views for some and street or courtyard noise for others.

Service is widely described as friendly and helpful, with quick check-in, good communication, and useful local recommendations. A few guests noted lapses such as unhelpful responses, absence at reception early morning, or billing disputes.

Exceptionally central: steps from Avignon Centre station and an easy walk to major sights, restaurants, and shops. Reaching the hotel by car and parking can be tricky due to pedestrian streets, and a few guests mentioned street activity near the entrance.

Breakfast ranges from sufficient or tasty to basic with limited variety, and several guests felt it was overpriced. Some guests appreciated the courtyard bar and seating areas.
