Für Kinder viele Möglichkeiten. Nachts ruhig. Gut von der Autobahn zu erreichen. Das Zimmer war um 17 Uhr nicht bezugsfertig, trotz Zusicherung. Im Hochsommer trotz Ventilator sehr warm. Für eine Zwischenübernachtung mit Kindern geeignet. Grosser Pool für viele Kinder.

We arrived at the property after driving the whole day 800km, we arrived with 2 young kids (3yo and 1yo). The lady at the reception was very friendly and knew we had a long journey. She explained me everything and informed me about all the possible options (amenities, dinner and activities). I take the card and go for the room, at the end of the a veeeeery long corridor, as I saw that they had many guests I can understand that we have the last available room (I booked the day before). We could not enter the room because the card was not working, back for a long walk to the reception leaving my wife with the kids. They update the card and finally we can open the door to discover that the room is laready occupied, there was inside the room, a stroller, some clothes and food, so apparently a family was already occupying the room. Back again to the reception to explain the situation. The lady at the reception apologized but not really in a customer/traveler service way. She gave us immediately a new room, on the first floor in a property with no lift. So We are with 2 exhausted kids, a stroller, luggage and a stair to climb with all this, this was not really a good experience. Plus : The property looks nice, it's really a property family friendly and there was a lot of families with kids so we felt comfortable. I would not recommend the place for singles or couples without kids as there is almost only family with kids and tourist groups so it can really noisy in the common areas

J'ai profité d'un hôtel quasiment vide en ce vendredi soir, l'établissement était donc très calme. Accueil un peu froid à l'arrivée (mais l'heure était tardive). Chambre très confortable, récemment refaite. Vue sur la piscine côté pair. Equipements réduits au minimum (2 sachets de tisane, une bouilloire, du sucre et des cintres...). La douche a souffert (l'accessoire pour maintenir l'énorme pommeau en hauteur était cassé, le flexible fuyait au niveau de la connexion avec le pommeau), ce qui est gênant pour une salle de bain rénovée il y a moins de 2 ans... Petit déjeûner bien fourni (musique un peu forte dans la salle), choix assez varié et quelques produits locaux. Je n'ai pas eu le temps de profiter de la piscine. Parking gratuit et fermé par portail automatique. Comme dans la plupart des hôtels du groupe Accor, il manque des infos concernant les horaires (petit déjeûner, arrivée, piscine, etc.) et rien n'est indiqué dans les chambres...

Looked forward to "French cuisine": Horrible quality at the Brasserie. Dinner: Steak uneatable/unchewable even after 2nd try. Breakfast: Uncooked bacon and scrambled eggs like porridge swimming in water.... (How do you kill an egg...?) Room/hotel: A bit tired, but ok. No kettle, no fridge. Parking: VERY secure and spacious parking. Pool: Ok, but shower b4 getting into the pool did not work. Ps: I travel a lot, retired now from a Quality Mgr for large travel chain (part of Expedia) - and this is the 1st BAD review I'm making...

Das Personal war eigentlich nett aber von der Sauberkeit her, Komfort und Zustand war es sehr schlecht; alte Möbel, altes Gebäude, altes Badezimmer, nicht ganz saubere Decke für unser Kind. Eine alte Lampe hat die ganze Nacht "gezischt". Schlecht geschlafen. Wir kehren dort nicht zurück.

My wife is coeliac, and must have a gluten free diet. Despite fully informing the hotel, a mistake was made in the restaurant, and my wife felt very ill at 22.00 and was very sick all night until 04.00. There was no reply when telephoning the reception desk for help with clearing up the mess, despite advertising 24 hr manning. At 07.30 with next to no sleep and my wife still feeling very poorly, I advised the manageress. 24 hours later, she contacted me to confirm their mistake and offered a partial refund of accomodation and dinner. As I had booked with Expedia, the refund only covered part of my payment due to the commission paid by the hotel. I was still charged for breakfast despite neither of us having anything to eat. The room was ok, but the bathroom was poor, with no plug or grid in the sink, which was blocked, smelly and very dangerous for losing a ring or toothbrush head in an unprotected hole.

Verouderd hotel. De kamer rook naar hond. Er wordt geadverteerd met dat er een speeltuin is maar die is er niet. De prijs voor een nacht is veel te hoog voor wat je ervoor krijgt. Ik zou hier niet nog een keer komen.

Einfaches Hotel mit Pool. Leider hat die Aircondition nicht funktioniert, der Kühlschrank hat nicht wirklich gekühlt und besonders sauber war es auch nicht. Das Personal war sehr nett. Wir haben einen Cremant getrunken, der war nicht kalt und offensichtlich vom Vortag.

S’il est idéalement placé aux abords de l’A36 et de la zone commerciale de l’Ile Napoléon, le restaurant de l’hôtel est très cher pour la carte proposée. Également le petit déjeuner, où vous n’avez pas intérêt à arriver en fin de service sinon plus rien de disponible… Sinon, chambre confortable, certaines méritant d’être rénovée (vieillotte à l’aller, remise au goût du jour au retour). Calme apprécié

À ÉVITER PENDANT L’ÉTÉ La chambre ne correspond pas au standard des Novotel! La Clim est inexistante et la température est vraiment étouffante dans une chambre pour dormir. Déjà à l’arrivée j’ai remarqué que la chaleur était suffocante, mais on m’a informé que cela allait se refroidir en début de soirée… Plus tard a la réception l’employé m’a expliqué que la pompe à chaleur était en panne. Mais la température n’a pas diminué !!
À ÉVITER PENDANT L’ÉTÉ La chambre ne correspond pas au standard des Novotel! La Clim est inexistante et la température est vraiment étouffante dans une chambre pour dormir. Bonjour Séjour au moment de la canicule 2 nuits dans l établissement Au dela du service de leur restaurant ou l impression est que vous avez à faire à des stagiaires qui avance à rien ( il s agit de mon second et dernier séjour dans cet établissement estampillé 4* Vous devez régler votre séjour à l arrivée donc si vous déjeune ou dîner sur place vous vous retrouvez avec plusieurs factures je me suis retrouvé dans une chambre en pleine canicule avec la climatisation qui ne fonctionne pas Le personnel au delà de cela est sympas, ils n’y sont pour rien mais cela ne fait pas tout au prix ou vous payez les chambres dans un Novotel À fuite , il faut que la direction s attache au confort de leur client, pour la part j avais bien fait attention à ce que les chambres soient climatisées comme indiqué

Nous avons été surpris : la chambre n est pas climatisée pour un hôtel 4 étoile du groupe accord La nuit a était compliquée vu la chaleur extérieure Sinon le reste est très agréable

My wife is coeliac, and must have a gluten free diet. Despite fully informing the hotel, a mistake was made in the restaurant, and my wife felt very ill at 22.00 and was very sick all night until 04.00. There was no reply when telephoning the reception desk for help with clearing up the mess, despite advertising 24 hr manning. At 07.30 with next to no sleep and my wife still feeling very poorly, I advised the manageress. 24 hours later, she contacted me to confirm their mistake and offered a partial refund of accomodation and dinner. As I had booked with Expedia, the refund only covered part of my payment due to the commission paid by the hotel. I was still charged for breakfast despite neither of us having anything to eat. The room was ok, but the bathroom was poor, with no plug or grid in the sink, which was blocked, smelly and very dangerous for losing a ring or toothbrush head in an unprotected hole.

A very arrogant and unwelcoming check in. Impossible to locate check in staff, was shown to a person looked like another guest working on his laptop, who only replied with a “qui”??? Really the worst service I’ve received on any hotel for a long time! Also a very worn down hotel, which in my opinion doesn’t match what was promised.

Bonjour Séjour au moment de la canicule 2 nuits dans l établissement Au dela du service de leur restaurant ou l impression est que vous avez à faire à des stagiaires qui avance à rien ( il s agit de mon second et dernier séjour dans cet établissement estampillé 4* Vous devez régler votre séjour à l arrivée donc si vous déjeune ou dîner sur place vous vous retrouvez avec plusieurs factures je me suis retrouvé dans une chambre en pleine canicule avec la climatisation qui ne fonctionne pas Le personnel au delà de cela est sympas, ils n’y sont pour rien mais cela ne fait pas tout au prix ou vous payez les chambres dans un Novotel À fuite , il faut que la direction s attache au confort de leur client, pour la part j avais bien fait attention à ce que les chambres soient climatisées comme indiqué

This is not the usual Novotel standard - the manager was too busy on his laptop to notice we had arrived and then we had to stand and wait until he was finished (the reception) is a table in the middle of the dining room…our food order was wrong and not very good….

J'ai profité d'un hôtel quasiment vide en ce vendredi soir, l'établissement était donc très calme. Accueil un peu froid à l'arrivée (mais l'heure était tardive). Chambre très confortable, récemment refaite. Vue sur la piscine côté pair. Equipements réduits au minimum (2 sachets de tisane, une bouilloire, du sucre et des cintres...). La douche a souffert (l'accessoire pour maintenir l'énorme pommeau en hauteur était cassé, le flexible fuyait au niveau de la connexion avec le pommeau), ce qui est gênant pour une salle de bain rénovée il y a moins de 2 ans... Petit déjeûner bien fourni (musique un peu forte dans la salle), choix assez varié et quelques produits locaux. Je n'ai pas eu le temps de profiter de la piscine. Parking gratuit et fermé par portail automatique. Comme dans la plupart des hôtels du groupe Accor, il manque des infos concernant les horaires (petit déjeûner, arrivée, piscine, etc.) et rien n'est indiqué dans les chambres...

Looked forward to "French cuisine": Horrible quality at the Brasserie. Dinner: Steak uneatable/unchewable even after 2nd try. Breakfast: Uncooked bacon and scrambled eggs like porridge swimming in water.... (How do you kill an egg...?) Room/hotel: A bit tired, but ok. No kettle, no fridge. Parking: VERY secure and spacious parking. Pool: Ok, but shower b4 getting into the pool did not work. Ps: I travel a lot, retired now from a Quality Mgr for large travel chain (part of Expedia) - and this is the 1st BAD review I'm making...

I was a little disappointed with the hotel, our family room (double bed & sofa bunk beds) was quite pricey at €197 for one night and the room & hotel felt tired. EV Charging on site was very convenient but the air con wasn’t working very well. Usually air con is controlled in room by a display, the display in our room could only increase the temperature and not decrease it. At 26c it was a bit too hot in the room Breakfast was nice, not exceptional but there was good coffee
