Abbiamo preso una suite, ma il terzo letto per la bimba non era stato preparato (appeno l'abbiamo chiesto l'hanno preparato). Siamo stati 2 notti, ma non ci hanno pulito la stanza, nè cambiato asciugamani o rimesso il necessario per il caffè, anche qui ho dovuto chiedere asciugamani puliti. Boh, la Francia è strana. Pochi parlano inglese o tedesco. La struttura è comoda, la suite grande. Ottima colazione e personale gentile (anche se parla solo francese). Bella piscina, la sauna non è ben isolata, quindi non caldissima.

The hotel is far from described. The breakfast is straight out a scam.. stayed 4 days, half of the buffet was out of stock at all points even when we asked for scrambled eggs and bacon to be refilled nothing happened. The coffee machines didn't work half the time. The room was sub standard and the bathroom flooded both the bathroom and room due to erroneous flooring which has a slope the wrong way. nice enough staff and all.. The cleaning was just as bad. The cleaning lady woke us op at just over 8 even though we had do not disturb sign on. The kettle didn't work, the door to the pool didn't work, the pool was green with algae on the sides, and so on. It's seems like the hotel had its glory days 15 years back and no-one bothers to fix things. our window didn't open and there was giant spotlights shining directly at out window at all time of the day.

Zeer goed hotel gelegen nabij de snelweg, gemakkelijk te bereiken. Comfortabele kamer en bedden. Grote gratis parkeerplaats. Het restaurant was gesloten, maar de receptie reserveerde een tafel in het Novotel op slechts een klein eindje rijden. Aangenaam ontbijt en vriendelijk personeel, een aanrader.

Wir haben uns im Hotel insgesamt sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Bett war bequem, die Kissen angenehm, und die Klimaanlage sorgte für eine erholsame Nacht. Einziger Minuspunkt: Sowohl in der Dusche als auch am Waschbecken lief das Wasser nur langsam ab. Das Schwimmbad war ein Highlight für die ganze Familie – nur hätten ein paar mehr Liegestühle den Aufenthalt dort noch angenehmer gemacht. Besonders praktisch: Direkt vor dem Hotel gibt es günstige Lademöglichkeiten für E-Autos. Für unter 110 Euro pro Nacht für die ganze Familie ein wirklich tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis – wir würden wiederkommen.

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour en famille. Personnels souriants, accueillants et disponibles Grande chambre, propre, avec une belle salle de bain. La salle de sport, le sauna et piscine font bien porter à cet hôtel le nom de Kyriad Prestige. A renouveler dès que possible !

Le lit était confortable. La salle de bain n'était pas propre; il y avait des bouts de papier WC par terre et le distributeur de savon coulait par terre. Il n'y avait pas de brosse à WC. Il y avait des poils dans la baignoire. Désastreux. Les fenêtres étaient salles. Le personnel était sympathique, mais débordé. Les vitres étaient salles. La nourriture au petit déjeuner donnait un choix très restreint, surtout pour 16€. On a souvent mieux pour moins cher. Désolé, à part le lit, ce n'était pas top.

Cela fait fait plusieurs années que nous séjournons dans cet hôtel - Golden Tulip devenu Kyriad Prestige. Malheureusement il n’a de prestige que le nom. Il serait grand temps de réinvestir dans le rafraîchissement des lieux (cet hôtel c’est une Mercedes à laquelle on a fait une vidange de temps en temps depuis 40 ans) pour mériter 4*. Depuis 5 ans, au deuxième étage, une odeur de champignons parasites nous incommodes chacune de nos séjours.

Excellent hotel! Big room, comfortable beds, very quiet astmosfear. Very clean, safe parking. Nice staff. The swimmingpool is not a big thing but it is ok for a moment with the kids. Recommended!

Quelle déception ! Je passe toujours par hôtel.com avec les mêmes critères d’exigence pour mes réservations de nuit d’hôtel et cette chambre d’hôtel n’avait clairement pas le standing hôtel.com noté 8/10 !! Mauvaises odeurs, taches dans le lavabo, sur les toilettes et le bureau, moisissure, ménage avant l’entrée clairement limite, matériel en mauvais état ou manquant… je vous laisse constater. Service de réception désert ce soir là pour un accueil dit ouvert 24h/24…

Franchement des joints de baignoire ca prend 10min a refaire, jai été juste écœuré, salle d'eau qui fuis également, et évacuation de l'eau défaillante, moquette super sale. Personnel ok rien a signaler, lorsqu'on voit l'annonce et le prix on s'attend a un minimum de prestige. Endroit assez sympas

Ruime kamer. Fijn dat er een waterkoker was. Ruime badkamer, jammer van de baacteriele aanslag op de grond in de douche. Verder netjes. Geen gebruik gemaakt van het zwembad maar het zag er goed uit.

Chambre avec porte de salle de bain cassé donc impossible à fermer. Douche italienne bouchée nécessitant de mettre des serviettes autour du receveur pour ne pas inonder la chambre. Bruit d'écoulement d'eau des étages = impossible de dormir. Repas du soir, j'ai mangé la plus mauvaise tartiflette de ma vie ...

Prijs en locatie is top. Veel Eetgelegenheden in de buurt. Dichtbij grens Switzerland. Maar fatale fout, airco werkte niet. Kwam geen lucht door. Zij gaven een losse airco, maar was niet koel genoeg. Hele slechte nachtrust.

Air con didn’t work and property was dated. I’d stayed in a basic Kyriad (Beaune), the night before and although the room was considerably smaller, everything worked and it was spotlessly clean. The Kyriad Prestige may have had a pool but I won’t be using it again. Complained about the lack of functioning aircon and got a small refund.

We komen al vaker in dit hotel. Lekker makkelijk op doorreis en met supercharger. Personeel is meestal aardig. We hadden dit keer een kamer met inloopdouche maar het water liep de verkeerde kant op. Restaurant is wel ok voor iets eenvoudigs, 1 lift voor zo’n groot hotel is weinig en de vloerbedekking op de gangpaden stinkt naar agressief schoonmaakmiddel. Vloerbedekking ook op kamer verouderd.

Das Hotel hat keinen guten Eindruck hinterlassen. Gebucht wurde der Aufenthalt über Expedia. Rund 268 € für zwei Nächte für eine vierköpfige Familie. Beim Check-In wollte man dann plötzlich 308 €. Nach einer kurzen Diskussion, die mit "das ist ihr Problem, klären sie das mit Expedia" begonnen hat, durfte ich gnädigerweise den Preis meiner Buchung bezahlen. Das Gebäude ist in die Jahre gekommen und bräuchte viel Aufmerksamkeit. Die Klima ist defekt, macht viel Lärm für warme Luft. Das Frühstück ist eine Frechheit, das Abendessen war in Ordnung. Die Austattung der Zimmer ist teilweise Defekt und auch deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Als Durchreisestation in Ordnung, aber mehr gibt es nicht her.

The room service staff took my water bottle from the room althought it was clearly visible that it was not disposable. Despite reporting to the reception desk I coldnt get it back before I checkout. In addition to this they also took away my tooth brush & tooth paste which was my personal property. When asked the reception desk to provide my tooth brush & paste they said they it is not available. The iron was also provided without any iron stand.

It was ok - it was not staffed enough to support all staying in the hotel, when we were there. The first day breakfast (19th Aug 25) was disaster - despite the best effort from a lady (only one on the ground) - many end up waiting for long / left without having breakfast.. Next day was ok - few more staff on the ground then.... Perhaps, it was an odd week in the holiday month.

We bored here as it was convenient (and very well priced) during our trip from London to Italy. The staff were excellent, couldn’t be more helpful. Very welcoming! The room was spotless!!

Hotellet mangler personale! Det Betød kaos til morgenmaden hvor der manglede stort set alt inkl. service efter kl 8.00. Dejligt værelse med et lidt slidt aircondition anlæg. Der er mange børnefamilier de fleste bliver dog kun en enkelt nat. Restauranten er billig med ok mad. Bestemt ikke gourmet. Réservation pour 3 personnes mais l’équipement de la chambre était pour 2 personnes: 2 tasses, 2 verres, 2 essuies. Quand nous avons demandé à la réception un 3 eme essui de bain ils nous ont répondu qu’ils n’avaient plus de grand essui…. Lors de l’accueil ils nous ont dit que tout était payé ( hôtel. Com avait prélevé l’argent lors de la réservation) mais le lendemain matin ils nous ont dit qu’on devait attendre car ils devaient vérifier si hôtels.com les avait payé….

The AC system wasn't working correctly. The night felt a bit warm. The location seem to be an industrial area. Not many places to dine around the hotel, but in the hotel restaurant. We ate at the restaurant. Big parking lot. Staff was friendly.

Das Hotel war einmal ein sehr gutes Hotel, ist aber in die Jahre gekommen. Das Personal ist bemüht und freundlich, die Zimmer und Bad sauber und gut. Parkmöglichkeiten und Hotellage zur Autobahn sind sehr gut. Restaurant zweckmäßig. Restauranteinrichtung und Terrasse ist nett und schön mit Schwimmbad, schöne Gartenanlage. Frühstück war okay, aber keine Gläser, wenig Brot- sehr übersichtlich. Alle waren sehr bemüht, doch Golden Tulip kannten wir schon anders. Für eine Übernachtung okay, liegt im Gewerbegebiet, Restaurants in gut 1000m Fußweg erreichbar.

Zeer goed hotel gelegen nabij de snelweg, gemakkelijk te bereiken. Comfortabele kamer en bedden. Grote gratis parkeerplaats. Het restaurant was gesloten, maar de receptie reserveerde een tafel in het Novotel op slechts een klein eindje rijden. Aangenaam ontbijt en vriendelijk personeel, een aanrader.

Le lit était confortable. La salle de bain n'était pas propre; il y avait des bouts de papier WC par terre et le distributeur de savon coulait par terre. Il n'y avait pas de brosse à WC. Il y avait des poils dans la baignoire. Désastreux. Les fenêtres étaient salles. Le personnel était sympathique, mais débordé. Les vitres étaient salles. La nourriture au petit déjeuner donnait un choix très restreint, surtout pour 16€. On a souvent mieux pour moins cher. Désolé, à part le lit, ce n'était pas top.

Zimmer gut, allgemeiner Bereich gut. Allerdings sieht man deutlich wie ein altes Hotel halbherzig renoviert wurde. Frühstück war katastrophal, Tische dreckig, Geschirr dreckig oder erst garnicht vorhanden. Tische nicht abgeräumt. Nichts wurde ohne Aufforderung an den einzigen Mitarbeiter nachgelegt oder bereitgestellt. So noch nie erlebt. Wir kommen nicht wieder.

Je suis déçu de ma réservation à l'hôtel pour la raison suivante : l'hôtel propose la restauration midi et soir. A notre arrivée, après réglé la facture de la réservation, nous constatons dans l'ascenceur que le restaurant est fermé juqu'a fin janvier 2025. Quand j'ai fais la réservation, la restauration faisait partie des presatations de l'hôtel. A aucun moment, nous avons été prévenue de ce manque de service de restauration. Si j'avais été prévenu à l'avance, j'aurai surement annulé ma réservation. Il y a vraiment un manque de respect de la clientele.

It was ok - it was not staffed enough to support all staying in the hotel, when we were there. The first day breakfast (19th Aug 25) was disaster - despite the best effort from a lady (only one on the ground) - many end up waiting for long / left without having breakfast.. Next day was ok - few more staff on the ground then.... Perhaps, it was an odd week in the holiday month.

We komen al vaker in dit hotel. Lekker makkelijk op doorreis en met supercharger. Personeel is meestal aardig. We hadden dit keer een kamer met inloopdouche maar het water liep de verkeerde kant op. Restaurant is wel ok voor iets eenvoudigs, 1 lift voor zo’n groot hotel is weinig en de vloerbedekking op de gangpaden stinkt naar agressief schoonmaakmiddel. Vloerbedekking ook op kamer verouderd.

The room service staff took my water bottle from the room althought it was clearly visible that it was not disposable. Despite reporting to the reception desk I coldnt get it back before I checkout. In addition to this they also took away my tooth brush & tooth paste which was my personal property. When asked the reception desk to provide my tooth brush & paste they said they it is not available. The iron was also provided without any iron stand.
