Needed to change booking to another date. Orbitz says contact property. Propert says, no…booked through third party…contact them. Decided to complete the stay since I could not get help. Arrived and front desk attendant noted room was not prepaid. I paid at check in. Once in room, I checked account and confirmed room was prepaid At checkout, the attendant supposedly cancelled and ‘reversed’ the charge made at check-in, however when asked for a confirmation or some receipt, the staff could not provide anything. Additionally, upon check in, there were only a few parking spaces at the farthest end of the parking lot. This was because there were (4) large box trucks and (1) large pick-up truck with a trailer, where each the vehicles were parked cross-ways of the parking spots, taking up 5-6 spots…so (5) guest vehicles taking up (30) spaces?! Since the parking lot does not have marked spaces for larger trucks, the property should have a designated area where the larger box or truck/ trailer vehicles should have to park, such that normal passenger vehicles can make the use of the individual spaces. Be a of these issues combined with some slight cleanliness concerns (in the bathroom), I will stay elsewhere for future visits to this area.

As we drove up, we noticed there are homeless living in the wooded area at the entrance. The employee that checked us in was not friendly at all. When we pulled back our comforter, the sheets had stains and hair on them. We were offered another room, but had already unpacked, so we just switched the sheets and called it a night. On the way down to breakfast, I noticed the elevator service dates were expired, and there was a man trying to print out his airline tickets, but the printer in the lobby had a big sign saying that it was broken. Go somewhere else!

Employee needed help with the amount of guests eating.Area of food was messy, eggs were watered down, juice was watered down, waffle mix had water in it and amounts were depleted quickly. Great location for soccer tournament we were in town for. A lot of people were there seeing a Braves game that had an early afternoon start. The hotel was lovely. Room was clean, spacious and fully equipped with toiletries and hairdryer. Bed was a liitle overly firm and oir room.was near the elevators watch made a load chime when arriving to the floor. Hotel location is a bit of a sketchy area but never once felt threatened. Good breakfast with hot and cold options.

The staff were friendly. Breakfast was hot and fresh with good variety of options. Room linens were clean and nicely folded. Only minor thing was I dont think our shower was cleaned well before we arrived because there was hair in the tub, may have been an oversight, all else was really good.

We had a great time overall. The front desk was very helpful w suggestions on wher to go. We opted for no maid service in r room cuz r schedule & lil naps We did notice the halls seemed to b a lil neglected on vacuuming as well as the floors of the elevators. They wer quite dirty & wer not cleaned at all that we noticed during r stay Breakfast sausage & biscuits cud use some help. The biscuits wer rock hard & the scrambled eggs were lil undercooked The room was comfortable & quiet & front desk was great

The only problem I had was that my room was in the back right in front of a light post, and I couldn’t sleep no matter how many ways I covered that window, it was bright as day at midnight! But I tough it out just because the place was decent.

This hotel is quiet, however, it is an older hotel so there is no sound buffer on the windows for outside noise. The bed needs updating as i woke with pain in my back the very first night. Lastly the room smelled like stale water. This hotel really needs a make over and it would be so much better!

Breakfast was tasty...rooms need the A/C Units worked on. Can't get the temp to drop more than 1-2 degrees lower than when we arrived. We like a cold room when we sleep, and it was warm all night. Beds aren't super soft, so if that's something you look for, look elsewhere.

Parking was a joke. $25 a day to walk up and down the hill and across the street. Had bed bugs so I had to change my room. Front desk manager had an attitude. I’ve stayed here before and only problem was parking.

Customer service was beyond horrible. My room toilet stopped up i called guest service she said you have to say you want a tranfer before i can transfer your room. When i say tranfer she says oh we have no more of your rooms available. Then i call the next morning constantly from my room phone no one would answer so i had to call from my cell phone to get an answer. I finally got my toilet unstopped 30 mins before checking out.
