Great room, clean hotel, lovely staff. One restaurant closed however and buffet restaurant not that great, bbq restaurant the best!

The accommodation is clean, the staff are very friendly and helpful and the food is good. This hotel isn’t 5 star though. If you are looking for 5 star luxury the Riu doesn’t have it

Housekeeping was excellent and spotless. The food was really tasty and we never had a bad meal here, the spread was very good. Service in general was very spot on especially Chaminda, who took really good care of us. The kids club ran by Shashini was very well received by our daughter and overall we had a really good time hear. We would love to visit again!
