Property is being improved and there is construction but it was very quiet until 8am. Alls good!!!

It was surprisingly quiet considering it is near the highway. The owner, Raj was very friendly & explained any questions we had. Part of the motel had been burned down tragically, but a rebuild is ongoing. Our room (121) was very spacious, had a comfy bed, HUGE tv, microwave & mini fridge. We had a/c but didn’t need it. Bathroom was clean but the toilet roll dispenser was in an awkward place. The room had a little couch with beautiful pillows! It’s not a Best Western but it does its best! 😉👏

Check in was a breeze, friendly staff. Room was clean and modern. Convenient parking right out front. Close to the highway and a convenient place to stay on the way to the Okanagan.

The property is being upgraded so construction made it a bit disjointed but the room and service made up for it! Great over all

This place is great! I never expect a lot from Hope's motels, but this one was very well priced and an excellent stay. The room is well-appointed, including a small but well-stocked kitchen (I appreciated the real dishes and cutlery, not to mention the toaster and microwave), and very clean. Staff was very friendly and there was plenty of parking available. I would definitely stay here again!

Our room #114 is a newly remodeled unit and has many bonus additions. For example in the bathroom the mirror lights up when you touch it, and there is a feature to defog the mirror when you shower. The shower itself is outstanding with 2 shower heads and an effluent hand held device. Kitchenette, toaster, Coffee maker, and dishes if you need them. A large microwave. The extra shelf under the TV gives more space to spread out. And the long desk allows for multiple devices. Between the 2 queen beds are 2 USB chargers both A and C as well as 2 electrical outlets. A easy chair to relax in was a little low but comfortable. The only comment I would make is the bathroom could use a few more towel racks and possibly a grab bar to hang onto as you exit the shower. Another very good feature for people getting up in the night to the bathroom is the softly lit light under the sink to provide a small amount of light but not so bright as to wake you up. Great feature. AC and heater easy to use. Parking was easy and free. The multi-directional lights at the head of the beds allowed one person to illuminate their reading material and the other person could sleep without a light keeping them awake. Our Room was exceptionally clean. Highly recommend this room to any travellers.

We had a newly renovated room which was nice and comfortable. The shower was great and the beds were cozy. The staff was very friendly and super helpful! They provide a keurig machine with pods for your morning coffee. I think the housekeeping could have been a little bit better. The dish soap dispenser was empty and there were a few cleaning spots that were missed (inside the fridge and bathroom sink). Parking was conveniently right in front of our room and it wasn't too loud considering it's right on the highway.

Although the motel and area was under construction/renovation, our accommodation was clean, comfortable and quiet.

The staff is nice. The beds are comfortable. The environment feels safe. The price was low. There was hair on the face cloth, stains on the sheets and the wifi didn't work well. I don't mind an older hotel but I would say this is below average.

We were upgraded to a King room for no charge. Room was small but everything was new and modern. Super clean.

Decent value, but not clean There didn’t seem to be any proper cleaning done before our arrival - the toilet, mirror, faucet, floors etc. were all dirty. Only the towels and bedding appeared clean. The layout was also inconvenient and odd, with the bathroom sink, mirror, and hair dryer located in the kitchen area. It’s okay for just a night of sleep, but not more than that.

The property is old which I didn’t mind but the room was very dirty. It looked like it was picked up but not cleaned. Mold on the window ledge in the shower, dirty tub and bathroom sink, spider and web in the bathroom, dirty carpets and clean but stained sheets. We would have left but it was getting late and we had no where else to go. The front desk staff were lovely though.

Nice staff. Comfy bed. Room not clean and smells of mould. Hot water did not come on for 25 min. Very inconvenient.

Location was great, accommodating staff. Unit was in disrepair. We had kids with us. Unsafe broken windows and class cutting surface. Rooms not clean, visibly dirty around beds and in the sinks. Not fault of the motel, but our neighbours were up until early hours of the morning and we could hear them through the wall.

Newly renovated but close to a noisy HWY.

The bed was too soft. Had trouble sleeping. Tv was not working but it was fixed immediately. On a busy road but couldn't hear anything in the room All new and very .modern, stylish, and clean. We really liked it. Overall everything was great and would stay there again.

I gave our room 4 stars because it was an older room and a bit noisy (single pain windows and older, louder a/c) however it was tidy, clean and comfortable. We had a quick 1 night stay so I went knowing it was a non renovated room. For that reason I was not disappointed. I have no doubt their newer rooms would be excellent. Check in was great. The staff was very nice and helpful.

The front desk young man was very nice and professional. The room was great, although the location of the bathroom sink right next to the kitchenette sink was weird. The pillows were very flat, we could have used a couple more to make a more comfortable sleep.

There was a cracked glass counter top in our room which could have been dangerous and we were concerned we might get charged for damage that was already there. Also they surcharged $20 for the dog which was not evident on the expedia booking. The shower curtain was too long and of fabric and would get stepped on if we werent careful. Otherwise we had a comfortable night.

I signed in was told I had made 2 reservations . I asked the clerk to cancel it . He said he could not. I’m totally disappointed overall. Your 4 star rating obviously overrated. I expect a response from Trivago. If I don’t hear from you . I will keep commenting on Social media. Thanks.

Check in is atrocious and needs major fine tuning. Booked w Hotels.com and owner claimed we had no reservation. Argued for 30 mins, finally got the room we booked. Had our dog aling when we checked in and altho she was NOT staying they accused us of having her there. Hubby dropped baggage off and then we all left. He was sleepimg in the semi truck and us 2 pilot drivers were staying in the room. On the plus side : Room was nice n new and clean.shower is huge and awesome.

I stayed here for one night and it was exactly what I expected it to be. I was helped kindly and the staff made sure I knew where to find my room and had everything I needed. The room was quiet and clean, perfect for what I needed

Unit didnt have heat. The workers tried to force me to stay in the cold room. Only offered a bew room when i asked for my money back. When i went to check out in the morning the office was closed with only a drop box for the key card very unprofessional

John, the property manager was excellent! Very accommodating and very friendly.

Very helpful! We really appreciated that the manager met us at the Lobby very late into the evening when we were delayed on arrival. Very helpful and friendly and made sure we knew where our room was. Our room was super clean and the bed and linens were really nice and comfy. Just what we needed after a long day. We are very appreciative and satisfied!

Construction separating parts of property. Key would not work one door had to get manager each time to enter. TV did not work - not a good facility to top it off manager gave me a receipt for $107 when I paid $140

Clean. most important. A bare bones room that has been upgraded . Spartan but perfect for a couple of nights. a little noisy by Highway if that bothers you. Bare bones. parking is not of a cluster bout I'm just not picking.

The outside of the hotel looks a bit run down but the room we stayed in was newly renovated and very nice. The beds were comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, we weren't bothered by any noise. Unfortunately, the toilet did not flush properly. The motel staff were friendly and helpful. The motel is not close to restaurants or the downtown area.

Chambre refaite récemment!!! La salle de bain est très agréable , voire même classe pour le prix de la chambre. Lits confortables. Personnel sympathique qui répond rapidement en cas de besoin. La cuisine n'est pas équipée pour un séjour de plus de 1 jour ou 2. Pas de table pour manger. Il manque des ustensiles indispensables pour cuisiner.

Just picked this place on a whim as I couldn't remember the name of the place I stayed here in the past. I was actually astonished at the upgrade they offered me upon arrival. The whole facility was clean, bright, inviting and generally wonderful. To top it all off there is a very good Japanese restaurant right next door. My luck usually runs the other way so this was a very pleasant surprise. I recommend this place to anyone, you won't be disappointed.
