Amazing property. We were there during low season so we had the building to ourselves for 3 days. We enjoyed the common area fully. There is a big backyard with play structure for kids. It's next to a convenient store and farmer's market store. It's perfect for family with young kids/babies. It's very clean and the owner was there every day to clean the floor and common area even though we were the only guests.

Beautiful old Inn with lots of character, especially the original house that was built in 1898. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. It was a great place to stay and do our day trips around the area from. Very handy having the Pub on the same property for tasty, inexpensive meals. The Pub is not at all noisy or rowdy.

The hotel was close to Summerside which is nice. The pub is only open in Aug, but the owners offered to open it if we needed anything. The rooms were clean but small. The bed was rock hard and really squeaky. It reminded me of sleeping at my grandmas house on the bed with plywood! I would stay here again.

This guest house has large public areas where you can sit and visit, or have a coffee. One morning I got to chat with a quality inspector from Toronto and a woman using an electric bike on the trail. Best was talking with the owners. I could see this being a great place for a family or friends group as there is room, with comfortable seating to socialize.

I loved the old elegance of Victoria style houses. Everything was very clean and they also had a pub on the back of the house. . There were flower gardens ans decks on both sides of the house with chairs and tables for convenience.

What a beautiful property! It is true that it's over an hour from Charlottetown, but if you are visiting P.E.I. as an Anne of Green Gables enthusiast, it's a pretty and low-key drive to the Cavendish area from here. I recommend shopping at the ADL grocery store ahead of arrival so you can use the lovely kitchen provided to the guests. We didn't do this but wish we had, as many restaurants close at 8pm, even in the summertime, and if you miss that window, there will be very limited eating options nearby. If you need more space, rent #2 - it has a comfy pull-out couch in its sitting room. The area is quiet, as were all the guests. There is a back deck overlooking a lovely yard available to all, and several pleasant indoor sitting areas for a rainy day. The hosts are kind and accommodating.

We had a delightful stay here. Jinn was professional and kind. She was there to met us and answer all the questions we had. Our room was clean and inviting. The public rooms were clean and welcoming as well. If we are ever back that way, we will definitely stay again.

We have stayed in various accommodations so the suitability depends on your travel style. If you're just in-and -out with no frills needed, then it's ok. Room was clean and the guest house was very quiet. Perhaps because its an older accommodation, the water pressure for showering was not great in our room 11.

This place certainly has a lot of character. And no room keys - just have to remember your code. It’s a shame that meals are no longer served. There was no TV remote in our room and unless you have a Netflix, Prime, Crave, or Apple plus subscription, you won’t be watching any TV.

me and my girlfriend stayed for 3 nights and overall we really had no complaints. the rooms were small, but it was enough for just the 2 of us. the owner was also super nice. the only downside was the lack of a mini fridge in the room, but it wasn’t a deal breaker. all in all, i would definitely recommend and probably stay again

Absolutely wonderful. Jing is such a great host, friendly, accommodating and has thought of your every need. Beautiful home and our room was very spacious and spotless. Extremely comfortable bed and very quiet so slept like babies after long days exploring the island. Would highly recommend.

Check in was a breeze. Our room was very private and spacious. Bathroom was very clean and had nice soft towels. Had a nice light breakfast of hard boiled eggs and toast. Would highly recommend if you’re visiting summerside!

The property seems to be deserted when you arrive and you have to call for someone. In my opinion, the place needs more ambiance like some quiet music or a radio on. It’s dead quiet. Also, waaaay too many deodorizing plug-ins, which wouldn’t be good for people with allergies. Finally, the coffee maker was hard to figure out, and it would have been nice to at least have a few cookies or pastries on offer. Bring your own food!! I know the owner is doing her best, but the place needs a bit more ambiance.

I loved the fact that the home was older and had a lot of original décor like the hardwood floors. The room I stayed in was a good size and the bathroom was decent as well. It was clean and the bed was very large and comfortable. The owners were very nice and check-in is very quick. There was no real food option or restaurant to go too unfortunately. There was a coffee maker and some breads and light snacks to have in the morning but if you want a meal, you will to have go elsewhere. There are very few dining options in the area so Summerside would be your best bet. However, there was a convenience store next door which was great and they did serve some light fare for take-out. I also liked the fact that the Confederation Trail was handy as I like to go for a walk everyday. The area around the Inn is pretty quiet so that was nice and you have the option of sitting on the covered veranda/deck to relax off the second floor. Overall. I was very pleased with my stay and would gladly stay there again.

I also liked the fact that the Confederation Trail was handy as I like to go for a walk everyday. The area around the Inn is pretty quiet so that was nice and you have the option of sitting on the covered veranda/deck to relax off the second floor. Overall. I was very pleased with my stay and would gladly stay there again.

Beautiful old Inn with lots of character, especially the original house that was built in 1898. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. It was a great place to stay and do our day trips around the area from. Very handy having the Pub on the same property for tasty, inexpensive meals. The Pub is not at all noisy or rowdy.

We had a great stay! The property is in a good location and the rooms were really comfortable. It's an old property that has been restored beautifully and the bathroom was updated and had a great bathtub/shower.

The hotel was close to Summerside which is nice. The pub is only open in Aug, but the owners offered to open it if we needed anything. The rooms were clean but small. The bed was rock hard and really squeaky. It reminded me of sleeping at my grandmas house on the bed with plywood! I would stay here again.

It is true that it's over an hour from Charlottetown, but if you are visiting P.E.I. as an Anne of Green Gables enthusiast, it's a pretty and low-key drive to the Cavendish area from here. I recommend shopping at the ADL grocery store ahead of arrival so you can use the lovely kitchen provided to the guests. We didn't do this but wish we had, as many restaurants close at 8pm, even in the summertime, and if you miss that window, there will be very limited eating options nearby. If you need more space, rent #2 - it has a comfy pull-out couch in its sitting room. The area is quiet, as were all the guests. There is a back deck overlooking a lovely yard available to all, and several pleasant indoor sitting areas for a rainy day. The hosts are kind and accommodating.

I loved the fact that the home was older and had a lot of original décor like the hardwood floors. The room I stayed in was a good size and the bathroom was decent as well. It was clean and the bed was very large and comfortable. The owners were very nice and check-in is very quick. There was no real food option or restaurant to go too unfortunately. There was a coffee maker and some breads and light snacks to have in the morning but if you want a meal, you will to have go elsewhere. Check in was a breeze. Our room was very private and spacious. Bathroom was very clean and had nice soft towels. Had a nice light breakfast of hard boiled eggs and toast. Would highly recommend if you’re visiting summerside!

This place certainly has a lot of character. And no room keys - just have to remember your code. It’s a shame that meals are no longer served. There was no TV remote in our room and unless you have a Netflix, Prime, Crave, or Apple plus subscription, you won’t be watching any TV.

Très belle grande maison avec plusieurs chambre. Les hôtes sont gentils et serviables. Il n’y a pas de déjeuner inclus mais un Accès à une cuisinette pour se faire du café ,thé et un grille pain . Je recommande cet endroit

Pour un bed and breakfast j\'ai été très très déçue par le petit déjeuner composé uniquement de produits d\'épicerie. Rien de "fait maison" ce qui distingue habituellement les B&B des hôtels ou motels. Nous sommes donc allés déjeuner dans un "coffee house"😏
