This hotel is located in a business district area so there is the convenience of the train station which was helpful but there isn't anything as a tourist you would walk to to see. The room was simple but nothing spectacular. The hotel offers dining options which were good but if you have time to find a local breakfast spot, same for lunch and dinner, I would try to find something else. The food was good, I've had better at other hotels. The gym is small so timing is important if you want to get a treadmill as there are only 2. The hotel is about 30 minutes from Haneda Airport so that's convenient and there are taxis around to get to other locations which I appreciate.

Great springboard to Tokyo. We loved that it is close to trains and a park. Both Mayumi and Jordan on the Executive Floor made a real difference in making our trip a success. Their innate knowledge of the area and fascinating excursions made our trip memorable in the best sense.

コロナ化でなかなか外出も出来ないため、せめてもの贅沢をと思い、利用させていただきました。ホテルの内の雰囲気はもちろん、接客もすごく丁寧でした。海外から来られている方の姿も多く見受けしました。ジムやバーもあって自分は今回利用できませんでしたが、次回はぜひ利用したいと思うホテルでした。客室マッサージを予約して利用しましたがさすがでした。全体的にリラックスした時間を過ごすことができました。

Front desk is really helpful but had a non working aircon spoiled two days of my 4 day stay. On top of it, didn’t have the audacity to try compensate costumer. I made booking via Expedia I guess that was one another reason they did not feel comfortable.Also there are additional city charges nowhere mentioned while making booking.

Very comfortable room with easy access to the station. Breakfast buffet is also well worth the extra money. We had an issue with our bank card early on in our stay (through no fault of the hotel, I had lost it earlier) and the concierge went above and beyond to try to help me solve the problem. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great service, they managed to check us in early and get us a room as we arrived quite early in Tokyo. We had paid for breakfast but would miss this on our last day because of an early morning flight so they packed breakfast bags for each of us. Would definitely stay here again. Also the location is very convenient with shops and the station right next door!

This is my second time at Pullman Tamachi. The location is the best, it’s very close to JR station, connected through a bridge. It’s not a crowded location because it is somewhat non-tourist area, more a neighborhood of families and workforce. You have few convenient stores within minutes away, Starbucks and other coffee shops, and a grocery store on ground level. The hotel itself is still pretty new, and upscale, design is nice, staff are all friendly and will go above and beyond!

Just a great hotel, location, and service. Has to be the best shower (water pressure) I have used at a hotel. Only disappointment but due to Covid, there was no breakfast buffet only a small selection to choose from. Will definitely be back next time in Tokyo.
