Excelente el personal. La habitación muy bien. Cama espaciosa y cómoda, fenomenal, aunque no me adapté del todo a la almohada. Baño, ducha sin bañera, bien. Desayuno excelente. El punto débil, los ascensores, lentos y moviéndose mucho, generando cierta inseguridad

Personal sin.minimo de respeto. La chica desagradable y el señor no supo indicarnos donde se encotraba el casino (a 100 metros) no se sabe si por desconocimiento o lo que es peor de mala fé. Barrera arquitectonica de escaleras para subir las maletas, además de haberse cerrada la segunda puerta de acceso. Parking cercano eso sí, pero de dificil acceso para un coche grande de largo, habia que hacer numerosas maniobras para aparcar

Rooms were clean and a good size, but lacked electric sockets. Room safe in wardrobe. Reception friendly and helpful. Rooms have a complete lack of sound proofing. All street noise and internal noise is loud. Do not stay here if you require quiteness to sleep! Parking (if available) €20/ night.

We were travellin from the snow to catch a ferry. The hotel advertised air-conditioning but the only available option was heeat - for an already over-heated room. When I checked with reception they said management had made a decision not to offer cooling air-con at that time of the year. They agreed the description was inaccurate. They offered no solution, although said the hotel was very full and other rooms would be warmer . In the end we had to stay in the room (rather than go out for the evening - the whole point of paying a premium to stay somewhere worthwhile) with the room door and window open to reduce the temperature. Therefore cannot talk about location and proximity to attractions! Nightmare trying to get in in a car, on third trip past front door went past and onto a 6 minute diversion to find the front again, they have to know you're coming and require a parking space - cost €20 - to tell you to pull across a busy pavement to enter a door labelled hotel garage (in Spanish) but not which hotel. Breakfast was good albeit in Spanish fashion the hot food was just about tepid! Room facilities as you would expect. Shower button needed a few attempts to work but then very satisfactory

Hotel mais antigo, porém, muito bem cuidado. Atendimento impecável. Limpeza em todos os setores. Bem localizado, próximo aos principais pontos de interesse. Roupas de cama e banho de boa qualidade. Café da manhã delicioso, com variedades de pães, sucos e frutas, o ovo mexido simplesmente maravilhoso, os funcionários não deixavam nada faltar. Foi umab estadia ttomamos bem agradável.

The hotel is adequate for a nights stay. The location is good for the old part of Logrño The rooms are clean but the noise coming from above, outside inside the hallway, other people’s flushing toilets is really unacceptable.

Chambre spacieuse mais datée, insonorisation vers le couloir inexistante et porte d’entrée laissant passer la lumière du couloir. P Dej avec l’assortiment d’un 2 étoiles.

Central location near old town. The room was spacious and bright, the bathroom very roomy. Breakfast buffet also good.

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about where we could go to enjoy the nightlife. They also provided a map and advice about where we could go to enjoy dinner like the locals do.

Hotel muy agradable, excelentemente ubicado, tanto para acceder al casco antiguo como a la parte nueva y comercial de la ciudad. Personal muy amable, con un trato personalizado. Sin duda volveremos en nuestra próxima visita a Logroño

We enjoyed our stay. It was a bit loud but the hotel is on a busy city street. The staff were excellent. We would stay there again.
