Great hotel with kitchen, washing machine, huge bathroom. Large space ( we booked the 4 beds suit) so it’s perfect for family! Could have been nice to have a table but we did fine with the coffee table for our meals. Beds were comfy. Location about 8 mins walk to JR station. Restaurants and convenient stores near by. The only thing to note is that you cannot leave your luggage’s at the hotel as check out is quite early at 10 am.

The location of the hotel is a bit far from the train station, and the surrounding area is quite and dark at night if you walking through alleys. The good thing is having a washing machine in the room, but the wind dry function of the machine doesn’t help much, I need to put them in the bathroom for drying.

Very clean apartment hotel and a convenient location near the Nagoya train station. Great amenities such as a washer machine and a small kitchen area. Spacious space, unlike a typical Japanese hotel. My room has a large shower place and two separate small restrooms. More importantly, it has a large trash can, and the hotel will pick it up daily (you need to put it outside by 10 am). Overall, a great place for a great price. I will definitely stay again next time.

家族3人での4泊5日の利用でした。引越しを兼ねたプライベート旅行でしたが、キッチンの充実や洗濯機、バスに衣類乾燥機が備わっている事で、とても快適に過ごす事が出来ました。ベッドは余裕のダブルでしたし、空間も広々として圧迫感も感ずることなく、まるで我が家で過ごしているかのようでした。冷蔵庫も十分な大きさ、ユーティリティも2箇所あって使い勝手も最高でした。但し一つだけ残念でありましたのがスリッパです。布製の履き古した感満載のお品でした。せめてディスポスリッパのが良かったです。環境も静かで物音ひとつせずに安眠できました。名古屋に来ましたら又宿泊させて頂きたいアパートメントホテルです。お掃除機もお借りでき、スタッフさんもお優しく、お世話になりました。皆様も是非お泊まりしてお楽しみ下さい。簡易クローゼットの上に棚などあるともっと便利だなと感じました。TVも大画面で嬉しかったです。壁掛けが動くタイプだと尚良かったです。ありがとうございました。

全体的に綺麗で部屋も広くて大満足でした。ただ、誕生日だったのでケーキのロウソクをつけるライターかマッチがあるか聞きたかったのですがフロントの電話の声が小さく、チャットでのやり取りになったのですが貸し出し用品にあるかないか自分で確認してくださいと言われ、あるかないか聞きたかっただけなのに残念でした…。それ以外は満足です‼︎

スタッフ皆さん対応良かったです。喫煙所行くために出入りする度に声かけてくれるのが逆に申し訳ないくらいでした😅 部屋も綺麗でしたが、恐らく清掃時に落ちたであろう女性の髪の毛がベッドにあった(私は短髪男性です)のを見つけてしまったので清潔さはマイナス1にしました💦 エレベーターが一つのため、チェックアウトの10時ギリギリに出てしまうと混雑しますので、余裕を持って降りるといいかもしれません。

i stayed in room 703 with 3 other friends, it's a very spacious room, with 4 double beds. everything in the room is great. 10-15mins step-free walk from Nagoya station, it's fine for us as we didn't have a lot of luggage.

2連泊しましたが、初日は上階（もしかすると下階かも…？）のドタバタ暴れる音が酷くてフロントの方に注意して頂くようお願いしましたが、24時頃まで続き、困りました。翌日はとても静かだったので、仕方ありませんが運ですね。グルーブで泊まれる分、騒がしい客がいるとうるさいかもしれませんが、設備自体は満足です。名古屋駅から結構歩くので、太閤通駅から電車利用が便利です。

We arrived and there was very heavy rain. We couldn’t find a coin locker at the train station. We arrived a few minutes before check-in. No one was waiting, but the front desk staff forced us to wait for almost 25 minutes. Also the layout was very uncomfortable inside the room. We liked the entry and bathrooms, but the table, couch and coffee table layout was very strange. We kept hitting our feet on the furniture. It hurt a lot. They say do not move the furniture but they placed too much furniture inside the room with limited space to move around. I also felt the bed was very uncomfortable. Between the unkind and unprofessional staff that stared at us to wait in very wet clothing before check-in and the poorly arranged furniture I do not think this hotel is worth the price we paid. Avoid it.

遅いチェックインにもかかわらず、いやな顔一つせず、ご丁寧に対応していただきました。家族４人での宿泊でしたが、部屋がきれいで広く、家族も思い思いにゆっくり過ごせました。冷蔵庫も大きく、この酷暑の中非常に助かりました。一つ、洗濯機が備え付けてあったのですが、水が出てこず、使えなかったのが残念でした。しかしそれを差し引いても余りある満足度でした。また名古屋に宿泊する際はぜひ利用したいです。

I would NOT recommend this hotel. No service provided. No 24 hours reception. Unhelpful. Not near to station. During my stay, it was cold. The heater was not warm enough. I asked for blankets or portable heater but nothing could be provided. No heat in both the toliet and corridor. It was cold in the toliet. Also you have to wait for long time until the tap water turned warm. Finally, two of us got sick. No cleaning service - you may say environmental friendly. But I stayed for 5 nights with only one set of towels. One had to pay for the other set of towels if needed. It was even worst than budget hotel.
