Clean and well designed room. Nice staff. The meal at the restaurant downstairs was average. Location is a bit away from main sites in the city but easily accessible by bus (right in front of the hotel).

We really enjoyed our stay in crown plaza Lyon. The hotel staff were very welcoming and friendly. The lady at the reception who checked us in specifically was very helpful and helped us with all the information we needed with travelling around the area, food recommendations and anything else we needed. Breakfast in the restaurant was very good as well and the waiting staff in the restaurant area was very pleasant and friendly. Couldn’t complain about anything in the hotel, everything was very nice and clean.
