I wish I had read the reviews before booking. The reviews are correct with statements that the service is lacking. House Cleaning is the best!

What an amazing property. The Hotel, “quinta” style is so beautiful. Don’t think twice, and book it. Great breakfast, you can order à la carte too. The bed liners are so comfortable and soft. 2 selection of pillows (I’m picky about pillow, but they are superb). We wire the electric bikes, 30€ (each)for 2 hours, so nice to cycle around the rice fields.

Lovely idyllic rustic tranquil place and would stay again without hesitation. Need to sort dining arrangements as we were sat near noisy kids / children

Dear Team, I would like to share feedback from my recent stay. The hotel did not reach out ahead of our arrival to help tailor our plans or secure reservations, which is normally expected at this level. I had to initiate contact myself, and after several days of delay, I was told to contact the beach clubs directly. By then, everything was sold out, and I ended up returning to beach clubs I already knew from past visits. I had also requested a small cupcake for my daughter’s birthday, which was forgotten and only provided at the last minute before checkout after I reminded the staff. Despite paying a premium for a townhome for three kids, one night we received only two towels. Breakfast quality has declined, with fewer options than before. There was no welcome drink, the nightly cookies were crumbly and falling apart, and there was no small welcome gesture for children—details typically expected at hotels in this category. Given that the hotel does not have its own beach club, it is even more important to ensure a seamless beach experience for guests. Most travelers do not choose a resort of this class to stay at the pool only.

Hotel was beautiful, pool was stunning, loungers very comfortable, gym and spa were brilliant and the majority of staff were helpful. The cleaning staff were incredible and our room was spotless. The restaurant food wasn’t great and the staff weren’t hugely helpful or proactive. For example there is a sushi menu but this isn’t handed out, you have to ask for it. We were served wine on one evening which was the end of the bottle and not a full serve and we had to ask and then remjnd the waiter to open a new bottle to fill the glass. The pool menu is very limited (and doesn’t include sushi despite it being a very small distance from the kitchen). We stayed in a loft suite and there were a number of sharp cracked tiles around the bath. There is a shuttle to one beach but it finishes at 4.30 (there are no Ubers and getting a taxi is almost impossible) so it would be good if they could expand the shuttle service to the other beach clubs / restaurants (e.g comporta cafe / jncquoi) and run the shuttle for longer.
