I love the ambience, kind staff. The pool staff was a bit aloof and didnt start the sauna's on time and I had to ask and they forgot to turn one of them on , (which wouldnt have mattered but I only had an hour and it was the reason I came) It is quite far from the train station and quite a pricey uber/ cab drive (38 euros from trouville station) but it is well worth it for the spa vibe and the beautiful floral decor around the hotel. It is a sweet spot with a great restaurant and 2 clean pools with an amazing sauna and hammam spa I really enjoyed it especially for the price

Cet établissement ne mérite pas ses trois étoiles affichées, (2 au mieux, la partie jardin arboré sauvant la vétusté ambiante) Chambres en 2 séjours non reposantes: - 1 face au parking avec fêtards la nuit durant, - l'autre isolée avec parking près de la circulation routière sans sécurisation - P'tit déjeuner industriel insignifiant 18€ , - Eau trouble dans piscine extérieure impraticable, - soit disant Hammam, Sauna, piscine intérieure, tousrepoussant d',eau saumatre - En résumé, bon plan pour être proche de l'aéroport (et des gens du voyage), autrement passer son chemin, c'est déjà trop cher pour cet insalubrité il n'y a rien à voir ! Signé : un professionnel dans le domaine de l'hospitalité

Personnel agréable mais le rapport qualité prix concernant l’hébergement n’est pas en rapport avec avec les 3 étoiles affichées. La chambre est très petite et la salle de bain appelle très fort une réfection….

-Accueil froid -Service au bar pour la terrasse extérieure à nous de se lever et de se ramener notre commande tout seul -ascenceur en panne -Toiture de la piscine intérieure qui s'effrite -moisissure sur les mur -Vestiere toilette et douche sans entretien -batisse Normande colombages ce qui pourrait donner du charme mais aucun entretien tout comme le mobilier extérieur en bois qui cloque de partout Très déçu !!! Perte d'argent !!!
