I was a solo female and the staff couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful. Batul sprung out the door the second I parked outside, carried in my luggage and even parked my car in their secure underground carpark. The room was extremely clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was very varied and of a high standard with freshly cooked pancakes from the chefs. The orange juice could be improved... Overall a great stay at a fantastic price and I will use it as a convenient hotel for the airport.

There are definitely positives and negatives to this Hotel. The beds are very comfortable however you can be disturbed by walls being too thin and hearing people in next room. You are not allowed to decide how you want your air conditioning. The Hotel decides. I had a strange experience in the restaurant. Food was good but a waiter was never smiling and I have to ask for water, for everything. He never came over to see how I was. He must be having bad day.
